Definitions

  • the invention relates to a coupling device with post-locking according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a generic coupling device is from the EP 2 937 018 A1 famous.
  • catches or coupling devices with which the drawers are fixed to a pull-out guide attached to the furniture body are part of one or both side walls or frames of the drawer.
  • This installation space can be used to hold a catch or a coupling device with which the frame and thus the drawer are attached to the pull-out guide.
  • a detent spring 103 'with a coupling device housing is fixed in place on a side frame 3' of a drawer 2 '.
  • the detent spring 103 ' locks in a first detent window 9a', which has a running rail 7 'of the pull-out guide 6'.
  • the invention aims to alleviate this problem.
  • a coupling device is created for attaching and locking a drawer to a pull-out guide, the drawer having at least one base, a frame on each side and a front panel, and the pull-out guide having at least one body rail and at least one running rail.
  • the pull-out guide with the body rail is attached to a furniture body and a free end of the running rail is encompassed by a hook element of the coupling device, the hook element being formed on a slide of the coupling device and a retaining lug of a latching element which is movably mounted on the slide, as a result of the drawer being pushed onto the pull-out guide, engages in a latching window of the running rail, so that the running rail is locked to the drawer by the interaction of the hook element and the latching element.
  • the slide is finally guided displaceably relative to a base element of the coupling device, the base element being attached to the frame and the slide and the base element having complementary locking means such that the base element and the slide can be fixed in different positions relative to one another.
  • the drawer is advantageously locked or fastened to the pull-out slide with virtually no play.
  • the complementary latching means are advantageously used to ensure that the front panel rests securely on the furniture body when the drawer is fully inserted into the furniture body, and also advantageously to compensate for tolerances.
  • the locking means are designed to be structurally simple and reliably functional as latching means, in such a way that the base element and the slide can be latched in different latching positions relative to one another.
  • the locking means further include a locking plate with a locking toothing and a locking spring arrangement with a tongue.
  • the tongue can be an integral part of the locking spring arrangement - e.g., one end of a leaf spring - or a part of the locking spring arrangement that is separate from an actual spring.
  • the locking spring arrangement it is alternatively conceivable to implement the locking spring arrangement as a structural unit with a rotatable pawl, which can engage with one end in the locking toothing and is acted upon with force by a spring, in particular a helical spring.
  • the locking means are each advantageously designed to be simple and robust. Further refinements are conceivable.
  • the base element has a cuboid basic geometry.
  • the base element is advantageously designed to be robust and compact, so that it can safely accommodate further components and operating forces over the long term.
  • a force is applied by a cam, in particular as part of a spring arrangement the latching element is exercised so that the retaining lug, in particular due to the spring force, engages through the latching window.
  • the base element has an opening with an essentially rectangular cross section, the opening having one or more undercuts.
  • the at least one spring arrangement engages in the one or more undercuts in a simple manner.
  • the spring arrangement can be implemented in one or more pieces in various ways.
  • a trapezoidal spring may be mentioned as an example as a possibility for practical implementation, in which such a form-fitting connection between the base element and the spring, in particular the trapezoidal spring, can exist.
  • the base element has a recess which is designed such that the locking spring arrangement can be positively connected to the base element with its free end on the base element through the recess.
  • the locking spring arrangement can be easily and thus advantageously mounted on the base element without further fastening means.
  • a release button is provided, the release button being movably arranged on the base element, in particular being movably guided or rotatably mounted.
  • a housing plate is pivotably attached to the base element, so that the recesses as well as the undercuts and the opening are closed.
  • the latching element has a first tab and a second tab, the second tab being supported on a link.
  • the first tab of the latching element can be pushed onto a surface of the spring arrangement, in particular in the form of a trapezoidal spring, which is arranged parallel to the free ends of the spring arrangement.
  • the spring arrangement exerts a constantly acting force on the latching element, so that the retaining lug reaches through the latching window. This ensures an advantageously secure locking of the coupling element.
  • the retaining lug has a bevel on its side facing the front panel. This ensures that tolerances are compensated for and that the locking of the coupling element is free of play in a simple and therefore advantageous manner.
  • the invention also provides a drawer which has at least a base, a frame on each of its sides and a front panel on its front, the drawer having at least one pull-out guide to which it is attached with a coupling device according to one of the claims related to this.
  • the invention also creates a piece of furniture with a furniture body which has at least one such drawer. Further advantageous refinements of the invention can be found in the remaining subclaims.
