- A panel (1) comprising a frame consisting of two longitudinal members (2) and two cross members (3) opposite to each other and a part made from a flexible material described as a metal sheet, folded back onto itself so as to form at least one edge seam in which passes at least one ring, a respective groove being formed in each of the longitudinal members and cross members, so as to receive by sliding within them at least one ring (5) in such a way that the latter is unable to leave the groove transversely in which at least one stretcher tube or preferably a number of stretcher tubes(20), are provided, essentially parallel to each other, which extend from one longitudinal member to the other, and means (37, 38) for adjusting the tension in order to adjust the force exerted by the stretcher tube or stretcher tubes on the two side members with which it acts to adjust the tension of the sheet, characterised in that the stretcher tube or tubes (20) being held at at least one of its/their ends, in particular at each of them, by a respective end piece (32) comprising on one side a recess of the same shape as the end of the stretcher tube and on the other side a screw (33) and a stem (34), in particular of a square shape, that is held by sliding in a lateral interior groove of the section forming a respective longitudinal member, the groove for the stem being essentially parallel to the groove holding the ring of the sheet, the end piece being fixed to the longitudinal member by screwing the stem to the end piece to lock the two edges of the groove between the stem and the end piece.
- A panel according to claim 1, characterised in that it is provided with additional means (12, 13, 14, 15) for adjusting the tension that adjusts the force exerted by one or more of the longitudinal members on the two opposite cross members, in particular to tighten the sheet in the direction of the longitudinal members.
- A panel according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the means of adjusting the tension comprise a screw (37) and a nut (38), the screw having a stem (43) and a head (41), the head having a complementary recess (42) formed in the base of the end to prevent its rotation and a nut, screwed onto the stem of the screw, which butts against the edge of the section forming the stretcher tube, the remainder of the stem of the screw entering a longitudinal groove, essentially central, in the section forming the stretcher tube.
- A panel according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the additional means of adjustment of the tension comprise firstly a T-shaped part (12) comprising a threaded stem (13) and a flat head (14), and secondly a nut (15), the threaded stem being screwed into the nut, the free end of the stem entering a groove in the section of the longitudinal member and the nut butting against the edge of the longitudinal member while the flat head is fixed to the longitudinal member thereby by screwing or unscrewing the nut permitting the force or tension applied by the longitudinal member between the two cross members, and thus the tension of the sheet along this direction, to be adjusted.
- A panel according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that it is fitted with a bracket (10) at at least two corners of the frame, essentially opposite the corners comprising the additional means of adjustment, the two arms of the bracket being fixed, for example by screwing respectively to the cross member and to the longitudinal member forming the respective corner.
- A panel according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the stretcher tube (20) is pressed into a suitable end piece (31) having one part of a shape essentially complementary to the transverse section of the section forming the stretcher tube and another part of a suitable shape to be pressed into the receiving part of the end piece (32).
- A panel according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that a helical spring (40) or a spring with a flange is fitted to the stem of the screw, between the edge of the section of the stretcher tube and the nut.
