Claims (13)
- Détecteur d'étiquettes (1) destiné à palper des étiquettes sur un tapis de transport, avec un corps de détecteur (2) supportant un cœur ferromagnétique (18), une bobine (19) et un élément palpeur (17), caractérisé en ce que le corps de détecteur (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'une plaque conductrice avec au moins une couche de support (26, 30, 35) électriquement isolante et au moins un plan conducteur (27, 36) disposé au niveau de la couche de support (26, 30, 35) avec des conducteurs électriques et qu'une zone de liaison centrale (4) du corps de détecteur (2) présente une fragilisation (14) ou une épaisseur plus réduite que les zones de contact et de détection (3, 5) connexes placées des deux côtés.
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la fragilisation (14) du corps de détecteur (2) est fraisée.
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps de détecteur (2) est réalisé sous la forme d'une plaque conductrice à plusieurs couches avec au moins une couche pré-imprégnée (31, 32).
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche pré-imprégnée (31, 32) est réalisée sous la forme d'une couche pré-imprégnée sans flux (31) qui libère la zone d'épaisseur (14) davantage réduite.
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les couches de plaque (29, 34) supérieures disposées au-dessus de la couche pré-imprégnée sont retirées par poinçonnage dans la zone d'épaisseur réduite (14).
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un côté inférieur (12), éloigné de l'élément palpeur (17), du corps de détecteur (2) est pourvu au moins en partie d'un revêtement (37a).
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone de liaison centrale (4) du corps de détecteur (2) est pourvue d'un passage traversant (14a).
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bobine (19) est réalisée sous la forme d'une piste conductrice (27, 36) du corps de détecteur (2) ou sous la forme d'un enroulement enroulé de fil de fer.
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cœur ferromagnétique (18) comporte des saillies annulaires (18.1, 18.2) intérieures et extérieures concentriques entre lesquelles une rainure annulaire (18.3) est réalisée pour recevoir la bobine (19).
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la saillie annulaire (18.2) extérieure comporte des passages traversants (21) dans la direction longitudinale (L) du détecteur d'étiquettes (1).
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de détecteur (2) comporte une structure de protection ESD (45) permettant de fournir notamment une protection contre les décharges électrostatiques.
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la structure de protection ESD (12) est réalisée sous la forme d'au moins un câble de protection (46, 48, 49).
- Détecteur d'étiquettes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le corps de détecteur (2) comporte au moins une résistance dépendant de la température.
