More specifically, the tubular structure of the pedal arm 12 is obtained according to the invention by joining, preferably by means of welding, two separate arm parts, indicated 18 and 20, respectively. - a control pedal according to the present invention combines the advantages of high stiffness and mechanical strength of a tubular structure with the advantages of high dimensional precision and resulting possibility of optimizing the thicknesses, and hence the weight, of the pedal arm given by the moulding technique. Moreover, the control pedal according to the invention is easy to manufacture, since it is obtained by simple moulding and welding steps. A control pedal is thus obtained, which is at the same time strong, light and not expensive.

Claims (8)
- Pédale de commande (10) pour véhicule, comprenant un bras de pédale (12), une plaquette pour pied (14) agencée au niveau d'une extrémité du bras de pédale (12) et une douille d'articulation (16) agencée au niveau de l'extrémité opposée du bras de pédale (12) et définissant un axe de rotation (x) pour le bras de pédale (12), dans laquelle le bras de pédale (12), la plaquette pour pied (14) et la douille d'articulation (16) se composent d'une matière plastique, dans laquelle le bras de pédale (12) présente une structure tubulaire avec une section transversale fermée et comprend une première partie de bras (18) avec une section transversale ouverte et une deuxième partie de bras (20) avec une section transversale ouverte qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre de manière à définir la section transversale fermée du bras de pédale (12),
caractérisée en ce que la plaquette pour pied (14) est entièrement formée par la première partie de bras (18). - Pédale de commande selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la douille d'articulation (16) est également entièrement formée par la première partie de bras (18).
- Pédale de commande selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle les première et deuxième parties de bras (18, 20) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un joint soudé.
- Pédale de commande selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la première partie de bras (18) présente une section transversale en forme de C et dans laquelle la deuxième partie de bras (20) est créée en tant qu'élément analogue à une plaquette servant de couvercle qui ferme le côté ouvert de la première partie de bras (18).
- Pédale de commande selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle la deuxième partie de bras (20) s'étend dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation (x) du bras de pédale (12).
- Pédale de commande selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans laquelle la première partie de bras (18) est pourvue de nervures de raidissement.
- Procédé de fabrication d'une pédale de commande (10) pour véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes consistant à :- produire les première et deuxième parties de bras (18, 20) par un procédé de moulage, et- relier l'une à l'autre les première et deuxième parties de bras (18, 20) ainsi obtenues.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, selon lequel l'étape consistant à relier l'une à l'autre les première et deuxième parties de bras (18, 20) est réalisée par soudage.
