Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning unit, in particular for cleaning clean rooms.

Mops in particular are used for cleaning floors. These must either be moistened at regular intervals with fresh disinfectant or cleaning liquid, or after each cleaning process the used mop is exchanged for a fresh mop, which must be moistened with disinfecting or cleaning liquid before cleaning. In this context, it is important that an intended amount of disinfecting or cleaning liquid is used to moisten the cleaning mop in order to ensure a desired cleaning result.

When cleaning clean rooms, the mops generally have to be replaced after each cleaning process, i.e. a large number of mops are often required to clean a room. These can usually be cleaned and recycled, so the used mops are preferably collected.

In clean rooms, it should also be avoided that the user or the cleaning worker touches the mop and thus possibly contaminates it.

According to the prior art, provision can be made, for example, for a large number of fresh mops to be stored in a closed container, which also contains a quantity of disinfecting or cleaning liquid intended for the number of mops. Before using one of the mops, the container is turned over and a certain time is left, for example 10 minutes, to ensure that the disinfecting or cleaning liquid is distributed as evenly as possible on the mops stored in the container. The mops can then be removed and placed on a mop holder.

In particular, this has the disadvantage that the containers containing the mops and the disinfecting or cleaning liquid are very heavy and, in addition, a certain amount of time must be planned before the mops can be used.

Alternatively, it is known that mops are completely immersed in cleaning liquid and then wrung out using a manually operable press.

Both variants known from the prior art have the disadvantage that a high expenditure of force and several work steps are necessary in order to moisten the mops reproducibly as required. In clean rooms, however, as few work steps as possible are advantageous, since particles are released into the clean room by the user with every movement. Such release of particles should be minimized whenever possible.

It is also disadvantageous in the existing systems that manual touching of the mops when pulling them onto the mop holder, when moistening them and when discarding the used mops can only be avoided with great effort.

Manually touching the mop by a user is disadvantageous because cross-contamination can occur. In this case, contamination can be transferred from a used mop to a user and from the user to a fresh mop or to other items or equipment in the clean room. In this case, the desired cleaning cannot be guaranteed.

In the EP 781 524 A2 describes a dosing device for disinfecting and/or cleaning liquids for wetting a cleaning tool, in particular a mop cover already mounted on a mop holder for the care of floors or the like. This dosing device contains a dosing valve, which is closed in the rest position and can be opened by means of an actuating element that can be actuated, for example, via the cleaning tool, in order to allow fresh disinfecting and/or cleaning liquid to pass from a storage space into a wetting space that is sealed off from this for immersion of the cleaning tool. In this way, a dosing device is to be made available by means of which the cleaning tool is wetted with a dosable amount of the disinfecting and/or cleaning liquid. According to the dosing device EP 781 524 A2 The cleaning liquid flows through a valve located on the bottom of the container, which can be opened by a lever that can be actuated by a cleaning tool, driven by gravity into the adjacent wetting area and first fills the bottom area in this area, so that a mop cover, for example, can be moistened with the cleaning liquid. When the cleaning tool is removed from the lever after the mop cover has been wetted, the valve is automatically closed so that no further cleaning liquid can escape from the storage space into the wetting space.

In the WO 2011/085769 describes a wiping plate for a cleaning appliance with at least one cleaning side, comprising a central area with a style connection to which at least one wiping plate wing is movably connected parallel to the plane of the cleaning side. In this case, the connection of the wiping plate wing to the central area has to take place in such a way that the at least one wiping plate wing can be pivoted and/or displaced obliquely to the longitudinal extent of the wiping plate. In this way, one should arrive at a wiping plate for a cleaning device with a high area coverage, in which the wiping cover can be changed without manual intervention.

It would therefore be desirable to be able to use a device that provides fresh mops, allows the mops to be mounted on a mop holder quickly and easily without contact, allows the mops to be moistened with disinfectant or cleaning liquid afterwards, and discards the used ones without contact Provides mops, wherein the used mops can be collected in particular in a container.

The object of the present invention is now to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art and in particular to provide a device that allows mops to be pulled on, moistened, cleaned and thrown off, the mops also being provided with a specific, reproducible amount of disinfectant or cleaning liquid can be moistened. As little effort as possible should be necessary to moisten the mops.

This object is achieved by a cleaning unit according to the features of claim 1.

A cleaning liquid within the meaning of the present invention should also always be understood to mean a disinfecting liquid.

The first container can be used to provide receiving elements that can be moistened with a certain amount of cleaning liquid in the second container. A cleaning unit according to the invention makes it possible in particular that a user does not have to touch the receiving elements, but instead enables contact-free work. This is particularly important when cleaning clean rooms.

Each time the dosing device is actuated, the same amount of cleaning liquid can be provided, which is particularly important in clean rooms and/or when disinfecting surfaces. If the receiving element is too heavily moistened, it will not be possible to ensure that particles will be received; if the moistening is too weak, the required disinfection cannot be guaranteed.

With the cleaning unit according to the invention, only a minimal expenditure of force is necessary, in particular in comparison to the systems known in the prior art, in order to moisten the receiving elements. In particular, no containers with receiving elements have to be turned over or the receiving elements have to be squeezed out after moistening. Since every movement of a user in a clean room causes contamination of the same with particles, the cleaning unit according to the invention is therefore particularly advantageous. The cleaning unit of the present invention comprises at least one third container designed and set up to receive the at least one receiving element.

Such a third container is particularly advantageous for receiving receiving elements that have already been used. In clean rooms, used receiving elements are frequently replaced by fresh receiving elements. As such, it is particularly advantageous to provide both used and fresh receptacles in one location.

It can also be provided that the cleaning unit comprises a frame, the frame having at least one receiving area for the first and second container, and in particular for the third container, with the frame in particular comprising rollers.

Such a frame enables easy movement of the cleaning unit in a room to be cleaned.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that a support device can be inserted or placed or arranged or arranged in the at least one first container, wherein the at least one receiving element can be placed or placed on the support device.

Such a support device has the particular advantage that it enables a contactless connection of a receiving element arranged on the support device to a cleaning device, for example a mop holder.

Provision can also be made for the support device to have a first end, a second end opposite the first end and two opposite side ends, and the support device when inserted or arranged in the first container in its center of the support device measured from the first end to the second End has a further spaced from the bottom of the at least one first container bearing surface for placing the at least one receiving element than the spacing of the bearing surface at the first end and / or at the second end.

Spacing the center of the support means from the bottom of the first container in this way enables a collapsible holder of a cleaning means to engage in pockets or the like of a receiving element.

In particular, it can be provided that the support device has at least two recesses, in particular in the form of circular, oval and/or slit-shaped recesses, in particular in the area of its side edges and/or on its surface, with the at least two recesses preferably being arranged in regular, in particular uniform, Distances are spaced from each other.

Recesses on the side edges of the support allow easier removal of the support from a container.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that the support device is in the form of a flat plane, in particular plate-shaped, with in particular a first area measured from the first end of the support device to the middle of the support device, measured from the first end to the second end and/or or a second area measured from the second end of the support device to the middle of the support device, measured from the first end to the second end when inserted or arranged in the first container, at an angle α in a range of 5° to 45°, in particular in a range of 10° to 20° relative to the bottom of the at least one first container.

Such a configuration of a support device has proven to be particularly advantageous.

Provision can also be made for the cleaning unit to be used in conjunction with a cleaning device, with the cleaning device comprising a shaft section, a closure element and a holder for the at least one receiving element, and with the holder being tilted or tilted in on itself at an angle in an open state. can be tilted and can be locked in a closed state by means of the closure element.

It can be provided that in the open state of the holder the at least one receiving element can be connected to the holder of the cleaning device or can be detached from it, and in the closed state of the holder the at least one receiving element, in particular tensioned, cannot be detachably connected or is connected to the holder .

According to one embodiment of the present invention, it can be provided that the holder engages or can engage in, in particular pocket-shaped, retaining elements of the at least one receiving element.

A release device is or can be arranged above the opening of the at least one third container, the release device being designed and set up to convert a closure element of the holder from a closed to an open state.
