Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Flurförderzeug mit einer Anzeige- und Bedienvorrichtung. Insbesondere betrifft die Erfindung ein Flurförderzeug nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.The invention relates to a truck with a display and control device. Hinzu kommen die Steuerungsfunktionen für das Fahren. Neben der direkten Ansteuerung dieser Arbeitsfunktionen und Fahrfunktionen besteht auch eine zunehmende Anzahl von Einstellmöglichkeiten. Bei diesen kann es sich um klassische Funktion eines Fahrzeuges handeln, wie Lichtschalter, Scheibenwischer, aber auch um komplexere Einstellungen, die sich auf das Fahrverhalten auswirken, wie insbesondere bei Flurförderzeugen Rangierfunktionen, durch die Geschwindigkeiten herabgesetzt werden und eine feinfühligere Steuerung möglich ist. Hinzu kommen Komfortfunktionen wie etwa eine Klimatisierung, Belüftung und Beheizung der Kabine, die weitere zahlreiche Einstellmöglichkeiten erfordert. Dabei kann man unterscheiden zwischen primären Funktionen und Sekundärfunktionen, wobei Letztere solche sind, bei denen eine Einstellung oder Betätigung der entsprechenden Funktionen nicht kontinuierlich beim Arbeiten mit dem Flurförderzeug erforderlich ist. Da ein Flurförderzeug nicht regelmäßig im öffentlichen Straßenverkehr bewegt wird und oftmals nur im Inneren von Industriehallen, können zu solchen sekundären Funktionen abhängig von der Art des Einsatzes des Flurförderzeugs auch beispielsweise Lichtschalter und Schalter für Scheibenwischer gerechnet werden. Auch diese müssen unter Umständen nur im Ausnahmefall betätigt werden, wenn beispielsweise nur sehr selten innerhalb eines Betriebsgeländes auf ein Freigelände gefahren wird. Ein weiteres Beispiel solcher nur seltener vorzunehmenden Einstellungen bzw. sekundärer Funktionen sind Einstellungen von Assistenzsystemen, die Anpassungen an Wünsche der Bedienperson zulassen, beispielsweise Einstellungen zu dem Verhalten einer Hubhöhenvorwahl. Generell kann man als sekundäre Funktionen zumindest auch solche Einstellungsmöglichkeiten ansehen, die für eine Vielzahl von nachfolgenden, wiederholten Steuerungsbetätigungen vorgenommen werden.Forklifts, such as forklifts with the functions of a lift mast, have a variety of work functions, which are controlled via various controls by an operator. Die Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass bei einem Flurförderzeug mit einem Steuerungsrechner zur Ansteuerung von Fahr- und Arbeitsfunktionen sowie mit mindestens einer Anzeige- und Bedienvorrichtung, die zur Anzeige von Informationen zu den Fahr-und Arbeitsfunktionen durch den Steuerungsrechner einen Bildschirm aufweist und mit Schaltelementen, die mit dem Bildschirm verknüpft sind und durch die Eingaben erfolgen können, die Schaltelemente dem Rand des Bildschirms und jeweils einer Symbol- und/oder Textanzeige für eine Unterauswahl am Rand des Bildschirms zugeordnet sind, so dass bei Betätigung des Schaltelements die Unterauswahl zur Steuerung sekundärer Funktionen mit weiteren Eingabemöglichkeiten auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt wird. Auch wird die Herstellung des Flurförderzeugs stark vereinfacht, da für eine Vielzahl von Varianten und unterschiedlichen Ausführungen des Flurförderzeugs jeweils angepasste Schalter und Bedienelemente leicht vorgesehen werden können. Die Varianz in der Montage beschränkt sich auf das Aktivieren bestimmter Funktionen in der Fahrzeugsoftware. Es muss nicht für jede Funktion, die durch eine Ausführungsform neu hinzukommt, ein bestimmter Schalter am Montageband vorgehalten werden. Auch können spätere Anpassungen und nachträgliche Ausrüstungen mit zusätzlichen Geräten bei dem Flurförderzeug leicht berücksichtigt werden. Indem die wichtigsten Funktionen aktuell auf der Bildschirmoberfläche dargestellt werden und durch das Aufrufen von einer Unterauswahl die sekundären Funktionen zugänglich werden, ergibt sich eine intuitive und leichte Bedienung. Es können in solchen Unterauswahlen auch Funktionen von Geräten von Drittanbietern integriert werden. Die Schaltelemente können dabei als mechanische Schalter seitlich neben dem Bildschirm angeordnet sein, oder als Schaltfläche auf dem Bildschirm selbst angeordnet sein, wenn dieser ein Touchscreen ist. Dies ist auch in Kombination möglich. In einer Unterauswahl kann eine weitere Unterauswahl angeboten werden. Bei den Symbol- und/oder Textanzeigen sind Kombinationen aus reinen Symbolen mit Texthinweisen denkbar. Durch diese Anzeigen wird für die Bedienperson verdeutlicht, was durch das Schaltelement ausgewählt werden kann.
