Claims (8)

  1. Unité (10, 10.1 à 10.8) montée à l'avance de rail de guide-fil, comprenant un rail (11) de guide-fil, au moins un guide-fil (12 à 15), qui peut être entraîné de manière autonome et qui est mobile le long du rail (11) de guide-fil, un entraînement (16 à 19, 16.2, 17.2, 18.1, 19.1) de guide-fil pour le au moins un guide-fil (12 à 15), ainsi qu'un moyen (20) d'entraînement pour accoupler l'entraînement (16 à 19) de guide-fil au guide-fil (12 à 15), l'unité (10, 10.1 à 10.8) de rail de guide-fil pouvant être insérée en étant prête à fonctionner dans une machine (100) à tricoter rectiligne, de manière à pouvoir mettre la machine (100) à tricoter rectiligne en fonctionnement, immédiatement après l'insertion et la liaison électrique avec la machine (100) à tricoter rectiligne, dans laquelle il est prévu au moins une interface électrique et l'unité de rail de guide-fil montée à l'avance a tous les composants nécessaires à l'entraînement des guide-fils (12 à 15), qui y sont montés.
  2. Unité montée à l'avance de rail de guide-fil suivant la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu au moins un servo-moteur (21 à 24) de déplacement d'une épée (25 à 28) de guide-fil.
  3. Unité montée à l'avance de rail de guide-fil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu des capteurs.
  4. Unité montée à l'avance de rail de guide-fil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que, dans les deux parties d'extrémité de l'unité (10, 10.1 à 10.8) de rail de guide-fil, il est prévu pour la fixation d'entraînements (16 à 19, 16.2, 17.2, 18.1, 19.1) de guide-fil, des pièces (29, 30) de montage fixées au rail (11) de guide-fil, les entraînements (16 à 19, 16.2, 17.2, 18.1, 19.1) de guide-fil fixés aux pièces (29, 30) de montage ayant, dans une partie d'extrémité de l'unité (10, 10.1 à 10.8) de rail de guide-fil, une distance autre au rail (11) de guide-fil que dans la partie d'extrémité opposée.
  5. Unité montée à l'avance de rail de guide-fil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que le rail (11) de guide-fil est en aluminium.
  6. Machine (100) à tricoter rectiligne ayant une unité (10, 10.1 à 10.8) montée à l'avance de rail de guide-fil suivant l'une des revendications précédentes.
  7. Machine (100) à tricoter rectiligne suivant la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que la machine (100) à tricoter rectiligne a deux supports (70, 71) opposés pour au moins une unité (10, 10.1 à 10.8) montée à l'avance de rail de guide-fil, l'unité (10, 10.1 à 10.8) de rail de guide-fil étant montée mobile sur un support (70, 71).
  8. Machine à tricoter rectiligne suivant l'une des revendications précédentes 6 ou 7,
    caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu plusieurs unités (10, 10.1 à 10.8) montées à l'avance de rail de guide-fil, les unités (10, 10.1 à 10.8) de rail de guide-fil étant disposées en éventail.
