Claims (13)

  1. Bewegliche-Achse Scharnier für Möbeltüren und dergleichen, umfassend:
    - eine erste Kopplungseinheit (2), verbindbar mit einem fixierten Teil eines Teils des Möbels oder dergleichen;
    - eine zweite Kopplungseinheit (3), verbindbar mit einem beweglichen Teil eines Teils des Möbels oder dergleichen;
    einen kinematischen Bewegungsmechanismus (4), zwischengeschaltet und abklappbar zwischen der ersten Kopplungseinheit (2) und der zweiten Kopplungseinheit (3) und in der Lage, den beweglichen Teil umkehrbar zwischen einem geschlossenen Zustand und einem offenen Zustand einzurichten und umfassend einen ersten Drehpunkt (4a) und einen zweiten Drehpunkt (4b) verbunden mit der ersten Kopplungseinheit (2), einem ersten Arm (4e) rotierbar auf dem ersten Drehpunkt (4a) montiert und aufweisend einen dritten Drehpunkt (4c) an einem seiner Enden gegenüberliegend dem ersten Drehpunkt (4a) und einen zweiten Arm (4f) rotierbar auf dem zweiten Drehpunkt (4b) montiert und aufweisend einen vierten Drehpunkt (4d) an einem seiner Enden gegenüberliegend dem zweiten Drehpunkt (4b), wobei die zweite Kopplungseinheit (3) rotierbar mit dem dritten Drehpunkt (4c) und dem vierten Drehpunkt (4d) verbunden ist; und
    - eine Hilfseinrichtung (5), die operationell auf den kinematischen Bewegungsmechanismus (4) wirkt und die umkehrbar einrichtbar zwischen einem unterstützten geschlossenen Zustand, in dem sie eine Wirkung des Zurückziehens des beweglichen Teils in Richtung auf den fixierten Teil ausübt, und einem stabilen Zustand, in dem sie mindestens eine Wirkung des Haltens des beweglichen Teils in einer Position unter mindestens einem gegebenen Öffnungswinkel in Bezug auf den fixierten Teil ausübt, ist, wobei die Hilfseinrichtung (5) eine elastische Reaktionseinheit (5a) umfasst, die sich operationell zwischengeschaltet zwischen dem ersten Arm (4e) und dem zweiten Arm (4f) axial entwickelt, wobei die Hilfseinrichtung (5) weiter eine Stützhülse (5b) und einen Stützstiel (5c) umfasst, die teilweise ineinander eindringen und in der Lage sind, die elastische Reaktionseinheit (5a) an gegenüberliegenden Enden zu stützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erster Kopplungsfuß (5d) aus einem Ende der Stützhülse (5b) entsteht und in der Lage ist, mit dem ersten Arm (4e) oder dem zweiten Arm (4f), vorzugsweise mittels einer Buchse, in Eingriff zu kommen, und wobei ein zweiter Kopplungsfuß (5e) aus einem Ende des Stützstiels (5c) entsteht und in der Lage ist, mit dem zweiten Arm (4f) oder dem ersten Arm (4e), vorzugsweise mittels einer Buchse, in Eingriff zu kommen.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, in dem die Hilfseinrichtung (5) umkehrbar zwischen dem unterstützten geschlossenen Zustand und dem stabilen Zustand, der mindestens einem vorbestimmten kritischen Winkel teilweiser Öffnung des beweglichen Teils in Bezug auf den fixierten Teil entspricht, einrichtbar ist, wobei der unterstützte geschlossene Zustand vorzugsweise zwischen einem minimalen Winkel des Schließens des beweglichen Teils in Bezug auf den fixierten Teil und dem kritischen Winkel der teilweisen Öffnung auftritt, und wobei der stabile Zustand vorzugsweise zwischen dem kritischen Winkel der teilweisen Öffnung und einem maximalen Winkel der vollständigen Öffnung des beweglichen Teils in Bezug auf den fixierten Teil auftritt.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, in dem die Hilfseinrichtung (5) ebenso umkehrbar in einem Zustand der unterstützten Öffnung einrichtbar ist, der einem komplementären Grenzwinkel entspricht, wobei der komplementäre Grenzwinkel vorzugsweise mit dem kritischen Winkel der teilweisen Öffnung übereinstimmt.
  4. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in dem der kritische Winkel der teilweisen Öffnung im Wesentlichen dem halben Wert des maximalen Winkels der vollständigen Öffnung entspricht.
  5. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in dem die elastische Reaktionseinheit (5a) vorgespannt ist und vorzugsweise mittels einer axialen Feder gebildet ist, die operationell zwischen dem ersten Arm (4e) und dem zweiten Arm (4f) zwischengelagert ist.
  6. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, in dem die elastische Reaktionseinheit (5a) in der Lage ist, eine elastische Reaktionskraft in Ausrichtung entlang einer Betriebsrichtung zu erzeugen, wobei ein Verlauf der Anwendung der elastischen Reaktionskraft invertiert wird und/oder sich aufhebt entsprechend dem kritischen Winkel der teilweisen Öffnung und/oder entsprechend dem komplementären Grenzwinkel.
  7. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in dem die Hilfseinrichtung (5) ebenso Bewegungsdämpfungsmittel umfasst, vorzugsweise der viskosen Art, die operationell zwischen der ersten Kopplungseinheit (2) und der zweiten Kopplungseinheit (3) aktiviert werden können und vorzugsweise zwischen dem ersten Arm (4e) und dem zweiten Arm (4f).
  8. Scharnier nach Anspruch 7, in dem die Bewegungsdämpfungsmittel einen Dämpfer (5b) umfassen, der koaxial mit der elastischen Reaktionseinheit (5a) montiert ist.
  9. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, in dem die Hilfseinrichtung (5) ebenso Montagemittel (8) umfasst, die operationell zwischen der Stützhülse (5b) und dem Stützstiel (5c) aktiviert werden können und die in der Lage sind, die elastische Reaktionseinheit (5a) zu stützen und vorzuspannen.
  10. Scharnier nach Anspruch 9, in dem die Montagemittel (8) eine vorbestimmte Anzahl von entgegengesetzt geformten Eingriffseinheiten umfassen, wobei die Eingriffseinheiten vorzugsweise Unterschnitte und/oder Ausbaue und/oder Gewinde und/oder Gegengewinde umfassen, die gegenseitig komplementär sind und entsprechend in der Stützhülse (5b) und dem Stützstiel (5c) hergestellt sind.
  11. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in dem Vorspannmittel ebenso präsent sind, die in der Lage sind, jedes anhaltende Spiel zwischen den Drehpunkten (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d), den Armen (4e, 4f) und den Kopplungseinheiten (2, 3) in Betriebszuständen zu minimieren und/oder aufzuheben, wobei die Vorspannmittel vorzugsweise mit der Hilfseinrichtung (5) übereinstimmen.
  12. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in dem Bewegungsbegrenzungsmittel (6) ebenso präsent sind zum Öffnen und/oder Schließen des beweglichen Teils in Bezug auf den fixierten Teil, wobei die Bewegungsbegrenzungsmittel (6) vorzugsweise mindestens einen zusammenpassenden Körper montiert auf dem ersten Arm (4e) oder auf dem zweiten Arm (4f) umfassen, und die in der Lage sind, mit der Hilfseinrichtung (5) entsprechend einem Begrenzungswinkel der Öffnung des beweglichen Teils in Bezug auf den fixierten Teil zu interferieren.
  13. Scharnier nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, in dem Montagemittel (7) ebenso präsent sind, die in der Lage sind, es dem Scharnier (1) zu erlauben, mit einem fixierten Teil und/oder einem beweglichen Teil in Eingriff zu kommen, wobei die Montagemittel (7) in der Lage sind, den Eingriff des Scharniers (1) in einer seiner teilweisen oder vollständig geschlossenen Konfigurationen zu erlauben und die vorzugsweise Durchgangslöcher und/oder Hohlräume umfassen, die in den Kopplungseinheiten (2, 3) und/oder in den Armen (4e, 4f) hergestellt sind und die in der Lage sind, eine Zugriffs- und Betriebsachse (7a) für ein Werkzeug zu definieren, was einer teilweisen oder vollständig geschlossenen Konfiguration des Scharniers (1) entspricht.
