  • a tamper-evident member 330 is visible at the junction between the top of the base 320 and the underside of the lid 325 .
  • This tamper-evident member 330 is in the form of a tab and is frangibly connected to the lid 325.
  • the tamper-evident member 330 has a projection 333 on its lower radially outward side. The lid is moulded in the open position. When the lid is initially closed at least part of the tamper-evident member 330 passes through an opening in the top surface 324 of the base partially into a void or pocket 331 provided in the base 320. The projection 333 engages underneath the top surface 324 of the base 320.
  • Figure 20 shows a perspective view of the closure after it has been initially opened and re-closed.
  • the gap 327 is visible where the tamper-evident member 330 was previously present. No other parts of the closure lie between the gap 327 and the spout 340 which lies within the closure 310. Accordingly, the spout 340 is visible through the gap 327. If the spout is manufactured from a different material and/or has a different colour from the lid and/or base, and in particular from the tamper-evident member 330, then it would be more clearly visible through the gap 327 and thus provide evidence of the closure having been opened and re-closed in a more obvious manner.
  • Figures 30 to 34 relate to another example of closures.
  • This example operates in a similar manner to that described above with respect to Figures 24 to 29 in that the closure has a separate tamper-evident member 530.
  • the closure 510 is moulded with the lid 525 in the closed position. It may be connected to the base 520 via frangible bridges.
  • the lid 525 of the closure 510 has a top surface 525a and a visor 525b in a similar manner to that described above.
  • the closure 510 may include a tamper-evident band 523 at the lower end of the base 520 in a similar manner to that described above.
  • the tamper-evident member 530 has an upper ring 530a and a lower ring 530b.
  • the upper ring 530a includes a projection 534 on the radially outer surface.

Claims (11)

  1. Originalitätsverschluss (10), umfassend einen Verschlusskörper mit einer Basis (20) und einem Deckel (25), und ein Originalitätselement (30), das vor dem ersten Öffnen des Verschlusses sichtbar ist, wobei der Deckel eine obere Platte (25a) und eine Seitenschürze (25b) umfasst und die Basis mit einer Tasche oder Ausnehmung (31) versehen ist und das Originalitätselement zerbrechbar mit der Seitenschürze des Deckels verbunden ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass wenn der Deckel zuerst geöffnet wird, dass Element (30) von dem Verschlusskörper gelöst wird und zumindest teilweise in die Tasche oder Ausnehmung (31) fällt und zumindest teilweise dem Blick verborgen wird, um anzuzeigen, dass der Verschluss zumindest einmal geöffnet worden ist.
  2. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1, bei welchem das Element (30) vollständig in der Tasche oder Ausnehmung (31) verborgen wird.
  3. Verschluss nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, in welchem die Basis (20) und der Deckel (25) integral aneinander angelenkt sind.
  4. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welchen die Basis (20) und der Deckel (25) als ein Stück hergestellt sind.
  5. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welchem der Verschluss ein Fenster (27) umfasst, in welches oder durch welches das Element (30) vor dem ersten Öffnen sichtbar ist und aus welchem das Element beim ersten Öffnen herausfällt oder mit welchem das Element dann nicht mehr fluchtet.
  6. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welchem der Verschluss einen offen-anzeigenden Abschnitt aufweist und das Element eine Maske umfasst, welche den Abschnitt nach dem ersten Öffnen des Verschlusses offenlegt.
  7. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welchem das Element (130) aus einer nicht-bereiten Position in eine bereite Position bewegbar ist.
  8. Verschluss nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in welchem die Basis ein Ausgabeteil (140) umfasst.
  9. Verschluss nach Anspruch 8, in welchem das Ausgabeteil integral mit der Basis ausgebildet ist.
  10. Verschluss nach Anspruch 8 oder Anspruch 9, in welchem das Ausgabeteil offengelegt wird, wenn das Element freigegeben wird.
  11. Verschluss nach einem der vorherstehenden Ansprüche, in welchem der Verschluss aus Plastikmaterial gebildet ist.
