Durch die Handbetätigung der Abfallklappe in die Offenstellung wird der Energiespeicher aufgeladen bzw. die Rückstellfeder gespannt. dass eine Öffnungseinrichtung (8) mit wenigstens einem bewegungsübertragenden Stellglied (13) zwischen einer orstfesten Halterung (10) und einer Halterung (12) an der Abfallklappe (3) vorgesehen ist,
dass die Öffnungseinrichtung (8) zudem einen Elektromotor (9) aufweist, der in einer der Öffnungsrichtung der Abfallklappe (3) entsprechenden Drehrichtung für eine Stellgliedbewegung und damit für eine Klappenbewegung bis zur Offenstellung ansteuerbar ist, wobei zudem auch der Energiespeicher der Rückstelleinrichtung (4) aufgeladen wird, und
dass im nicht angesteuerten, stromlosen Zustand des Elektromotors (9) dessen mit dem wenigstens einen Stellglied (13) gekoppelte Abtriebswelle rückdrehbar ist und damit die Rückstelleinrichtung (4) durch Entladen des Energiespeichers die Abfallklappe (3) aus der Offenstellung in die Schließstellung sowie das Stellglied (13) in die entsprechende Ausgangsstellung zurückführt.Waste flap of a waste container
