This leads to less frequent interventions of the loop compensating the variations of speed and, consequently, to reduced wear of the mechanisms which adjust the stitches.

Claims (8)
- Fadenliefervorrichtung für eine Textilmaschine (16) mit einstellbaren Maschen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie aufweist:- einen Garnzuführer (18), der mit einer stationären Garnwickeltrommel (20) versehen ist, von der auf Anforderung einer Textilmaschine (16) Garnschlaufen abgewickelt werden,- eine Bremseinrichtung (28, 128), die dazu gesteuert ist, durch Reibung auf das sich abwickelnde Garn eine Bremswirkung aufzubringen, um die Garnspannung im Wesentlichen konstant zu halten,- einen Garnverbrauchssensor (34), der zum fortwährenden Messen des tatsächlichen Garnverbrauchs und zum Erzeugen eines entsprechenden, den Verbrauch angebenden Impulssignals (PS) angeordnet ist, und- eine Verarbeitungseinrichtung (32, 36), die dazu programmiert ist, das Impulssignal (PS) zum Berechnen der genauen Anzahl von der Trommel abgewickelter Schlaufen und Schlaufenabschnitte und zum Ermitteln eines entsprechenden Verbrauchssignals (YC) zu verarbeiten, das Verbrauchssignal (YC) mit einem vorbestimmten Verbrauchsbereich zu vergleichen und die Maschen in Abhängigkeit der Differenz zwischen den zwei Werten einzustellen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremseinrichtung (28, 128) auf der Basis eines Zugspannungssignals (TS) gesteuert ist, welches von einem längs des Gamweges angeordneten Zugspannungssensor (33) übertragen wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremseinrichtung (28) stromaufwärts des Garnverbrauchssensors (34) so angeordnet ist, dass sie das sich abwickelnde Garn gegen die Trommel drückt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremseinrichtung ein kegelstumpfförmiges, hohles Bremsbauteil (28) aufweist, das mit seiner größeren Grundfläche vor und koaxial zur Trommel (20) angeordnet und mit seiner Innenfläche gegen den Zuführrand der Trommel gespannt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bremseinrichtung (128) stromabwärts des Garnverbrauchssensors (34) so angeordnet ist, dass sie das sich abwickelnde Garn zwischen ein motorbetädgtes Druckglied und eine stationäre Basis drückt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Garnverbrauchssensor (34) ein piezoelektrischer Sensor ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Garnverbrauchssensor (34) ein optischer Sensor ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungseinrichtung eine fest zugeordnete Steuereinheit (32) des Zuführers umfasst.
