In diesem Zustand (Fig. 15) löst sich die Tür 7 vom Stößel 11. Sodann wird der Stößel 51 in seine Ausgangslage in das Gehäuse zurückgezogen (Fig. 11). Es kann ein Endanschlag zum Begrenzen der Ausfahrbewegung des Stößels 52 im Stößel 51 vorgesehen sein (hier nicht dargestellt). Claims (27)

  1. A piece of furniture, which has a furniture body (1) having multiple walls (2 through 6) and having a pusher device for a movable furniture part, in particular a rotatable door, of the furniture, which has an electromechanical drive unit such as an electric motor, characterized in that the pusher device is implemented so that, with the drive device, which has the electromechanical drive unit, it is integrated in one of the walls (2 through 6) of the furniture, and this wall has a sensor element (20), which is installed on the furniture so that a light pressure on the door outer side can be sensed using it.
  2. The piece of furniture according to Claim 1, characterized in that the furniture body has a base wall (2), which is used as a base, an upper or cover wall (3), two side walls (4, 5), and a rear wall (6), the pusher device being installed in an installation space in one of the walls (2 through 6) of the furniture.
  3. The piece of furniture according to Claim 2, characterized in that the furniture body, which is open toward at least one side, is closable by the door (7), which is movable around a rotational axis D on at least one or multiple single-axis or multi-axis hinge(s) (8), the hinges (8) preferably being implemented as damped hinges.
  4. The piece of furniture according to Claim 3, characterized in that the hinges (8), as damped hinges, are equipped with a damping function toward the minimal and/or maximal opening angles of the door (7) and/or the hinges (8) have closing springs for closing the door over a predetermined rotational angle.
  5. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pusher device has a linearly movable tappet (11) or a lever element (27) as the actuator element for moving the door.
  6. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pusher device is implemented so that its thickness and/or height h is not greater than the thickness d of the wall (2 through 6) which receives it, the pusher device preferably having a thickness h of less than 25 mm, more preferably a thickness h of less than 20 mm, and particularly preferably a thickness h of less than 15 mm.
  7. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wall (2 through 6), in which the pusher device is installable, has at least one or preferably two cover plates, which are spaced apart from one another, and between which a receptacle space is implemented, in which the pusher device (9) is insertable, and/or the wall (2 through 6), in which the pusher device is installable, has a preferably peripheral installation frame (19) having at least one profile or having multiple individual profile elements which can be installed together.
  8. The piece of furniture according to one of Claims 5 and 7, characterized in that the installation frame (19) preferably has a hole (12), which penetrates the free end of the actuator element, in particular the tappet (11) or the rotating lever, at least in the open position, and/or the installation frame (19) has a hole (21) for receiving a sensor element (20).
  9. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pusher device has a housing (10), having two installation plates or panels (24, 25) spaced apart from one another, between which drive elements of a drive device of the pusher device are installed, the housing (10) preferably having two lateral profiles (22, 23), which are T-shaped in cross-section, and whose base legs form support areas on both sides for the installation plates or panels (24, 25).
  10. The piece of furniture according to Claim 9, characterized in that the drive elements installed between the installation cards (24, 25) comprise the electric motor (13) and a transmission (15).
  11. The piece of furniture according to Claim 10, characterized in that the transmission (15) is implemented as a multistep gearwheel transmission (15), which has multiple transmission steps (15a,...), and which preferably has a segmented gearwheel (16), which in turn has an off-center pin (17), which is situated parallel to the rotational axis of the segmented gearwheel, and which engages in a link (18) which is connected to the actuator element.
  12. The piece of furniture according to Claim 11, characterized in that a linearly movable tappet (11) is situated on the link (18) as the actuator element, and/or a lever element (27) is situated on the segmented gearwheel (16) as the actuator element.
  13. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the transmission (15) is designed as non-self-locking, and/or preferably adjustable switches or sensors (31), which delimit the rotational path, are preferably situated on the segmented gearwheel (16), and delimit the movement in the opening and/or closing direction.
  14. The piece of furniture according one of the preceding claims, characterized by an embodiment of the pusher device such that with an embodiment which is asymmetrical per se, via a rotation by 180°, it is usable on furniture having doors (7) stopping on the left and also on the right.
  15. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by an embodiment of the pusher device such that it is situated on doors (7) closer to the side of the at least one hinge (8) of the door than to the side opposite to the hinges.
  16. The piece of furniture according to Claim 5, characterized in that the actuator element, in particular the tappet (11), is implemented so that at least its free end can follow the rotational movement of the door on a curved path and/or in that a measure which reduces the friction of the actuator element on the door is taken on the actuator element and/or on the door (7).
  17. The piece of furniture according to Claim 16, characterized in that the actuator element is implemented as articulated, in particular so that it has one or more pivot joint(s) (31).
  18. The piece of furniture according to one of Claims 16 through 17, characterized in that the lever element (27) or the tappet (11) has a tappet end (32), which is implemented as movable relative to the remaining tappet, preferably so that the tappet end (32) is connected via at least one pivot joint to the remaining tappet (11) or the lever element (27).
  19. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that rods (46) or cables (47) are linked in a parallelogram on the tappet end (32) on joints (31), in order to pivot it by moving the rods or cables (46, 47) and/or a roller body such as a ball (34) or a roll (35) is situated on the free end of the tappet (11) or the lever element (27).
  20. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by an elastic section (38), which acts as a pivot joint, or an elastic implementation of the tappet (11) and/or a spring, in particular a coiled spring (37), for attaching the tappet end (32).
  21. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a joint chain (39, 40) on the tappet (11) and/or by a material like a friction bearing on the free end of the tappet (11) and/or by one spring or multiple springs (41) on the joints (31).
  22. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by one stop or multiple stops (42) on the joints (31), and/or in that the tappet (11) is implemented for the purpose of being moved on a curved path.
  23. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a damping unit (50), which is preferably implemented for the purpose of acting upon closing of the movable furniture part (7), in particular a door (7) and which is preferably associated with the tappet (11).
  24. The piece of furniture according to Claim 23, characterized in that the tappet (11) is multipart, it having at least two tappet sections (51, 52) movable relative to one another, between which damping means (53) are situated.
  25. The piece of furniture according to one of Claims 23 through 24, characterized in that the damping unit has one or more springs as the damping means (53) and/or the damping unit has a fluid-damped piston configuration and/or a linearly or a rotationally acting spring, pneumatic, or hydraulic damper as the damping means (53) and/or the tappet sections (51, 52) are displaceable in one another telescopically.
  26. The piece of furniture according to Claim 25, characterized in that one tappet section (51) has a recess or opening (54) like a pocket hole, in which the further tappet section (52) is inserted, the damping means, in particular the spring, being situated between the base of the opening (53) and the inner tappet section (52).
  27. The piece of furniture according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the closing force of the movable furniture part is greater than an opening force of the spring (53) on the movable furniture part.
