Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gegenstand, insbesondere ein stiftförmiges Schreibgerät mit einer der Handhabung dienenden Griffzone, wobei zumindest auf einem Teil der Griffzone einzelne aus der Oberfläche der Griffzone vorstehende Strukturen vorhanden sind. Stiftförmige Schreibgeräte dieser Art sind beispielsweise aus EP 1 177 108 bekannt. Zur Erzeugung erhabener Strukturen auf einem holzgefassten Stift wird eine wässrige Polymerdispersion auf die Stiftoberfläche aufgebracht. Dabei ist auf einem Holzuntergrund und speziellen Lackierungen eine ausreichend feste Haftung gegeben. Aufgrund des wässrigen Lösungsmittels ist eine feste Haftung der Strukturen bei kunststoffgefassten Stiften oder Schreibgeräten mit Kunststoff-Schäften in vielen Fällen nicht erreichbar. Es muss dann auf Strukturen aus anderen Materialien, beispielsweise auf der Basis von organische Lösungsmitteln enthaltenden Lacken, thermoplastischen Kunststoffen und dgl. zurückgegriffen werden, wobei auch hier eine Haftung nicht an allen für die Herstellung von Schreibgeräten oder sonstigen Gebrauchsgegenständen wie Tennisschläger, Hammerstielen und dgl. üblichen Materialien wie Holz, diversen Lacküberzügen, und Kunststoffen wie ABS, PP und PVC erreichbar ist. Bei der Herstellung einer großen Vielfalt verschiedener mit vorstehenden Strukturen zu versehender Gegenstände, was insbesondere in der Schreibgeräteindustrie der Fall ist, ist somit bei der Wahl des Materials für die Strukturen auf das jeweilige Material der Gegenstände abzustellen, was unterschiedliche Lagerhaltungen und unterschiedliche Applikationsverfahren bedingt. So erfordert beispielsweise die Herstellung von Gegenständen mit Strukturen auf der Basis wässriger Polymerdispersionen eine völlig andere verfahrenstechnische Herangehensweise als dies bei Strukturen auf der Basis thermoplastischer Kunststoffe oder lösungsmittelhaltiger Lacke der Fall ist. Zumindest bei lösungsmittelhaltigen Lacken ist eine längere Trocknungsphase erforderlich, während der die Gefahr besteht, dass die noch nicht ausgehärteten Strukturen verfließen oder auf sonstige Weise verändert werden. Aus EP 1 514 700 sind holzgefasste Stifte bekannt, auf deren Oberfläche erhabene Strukturen aus strahlungshärtbaren Kunststoffen aufgebracht sind. Die Verfestigung der zunächst noch fließfähigen Massen erfolgt zwar relativ schnell, so dass ein Verlaufen der beispielsweise noppenförmigen Strukturen nicht zu befürchten ist. Nachteilig ist jedoch, dass die in der genannten Druckschrift offenbarten Materialien hinsichtlich ihrer Haptik und Griffigkeit nicht optimal sind. Damit sind aber die Probleme bei der Herstellung von Gegenständen mit Griffzonen der eingangs genannten Art noch nicht erschöpft. Neben der Forderung, dass die vorstehenden Strukturen weich und griffig sein müssen und insgesamt eine für den Benutzer angenehme Haptik aufweisen sollen, dürfen sie sich, besonders unter Einwirkung von Handschweiß, nicht klebrig anfühlen. Neben den jeweiligen durch die unterschiedlichen Materialien zu berücksichtigenden Haftverhältnisse sind somit auch noch die spezifischen Materialeigenschaften insbesondere hinsichtlich Haptik und Griffigkeit zu berücksichtigen. Es hat sich überraschenderweise gezeigt, dass sich damit auf einer Vielzahl verschiedenster Materialien sehr weiche und griffige erhabene Strukturen mit guter Haftung und einer äußerst angenehmen Haptik herstellen lassen. Dabei kommen beispielsweise die folgenden Rezepturen in Frage:

  • Aus den Siliconkautschuk-Typen TEGO® RC 902 und RC 706 werden jeweils unter Beimengung von TEGO® RC 711 und einem Photoinitiator (TEGO® A 17) Mischungen hergestellt, wobei die jeweiligen Ausgangsmassen mit Hilfe von Düsen in Noppenform auf einen Gegenstand appliziert werden können. Die Applikation erfolgt unter Inertgasatrnosphäre, z.B. unter Stickstoff.
Goldschmidt GmbH, D-45116 Essen sells UV-curable silicone rubbers, which are intended for the production of releasable adhesive coatings on articles such as adhesive labels, labels, etc. It has surprisingly been found that can be produced on a variety of different materials very soft and grippy raised structures with good adhesion and a very pleasant feel. For example, the following recipes are suitable:
  • Mixtures were prepared each with the admixture of TEGO RC 711, and a photoinitiator (TEGO ® A 17) of the silicone rubber types TEGO RC 902 and RC 706, the respective starting materials by means of nozzles in the form of studs on a Subject can be applied. The application takes place under an inert gas atmosphere, eg under nitrogen.

Eine vor allem auch in verfahrenstechnischer Hinsicht vorteilhafte Variante sind Gegenstände mit Strukturen auf der Basis wenigstens einer Siliconkautschuk-Dispersion. Dabei sind sowohl peroxid- als auch additionsvernetzende Dispersionen denkbar. In diesem, wie auch im Falle von nicht als Dispersion vorliegendem Siliconkautschuk, ist ein Katalysator zur Vernetzungsbeschleunigung zweckmäßig. Im Fälle der genannten Dispersionen kann eine Beschleunigung durch geringe Mengen von Platin erfolgen.A particularly advantageous variant in terms of process engineering are articles with structures based on at least one silicone rubber dispersion.
