Definitions
- the invention relates in each case to a tube well according to the common preamble of claims 1, 8 and 11.
- Pipe wells for groundwater extraction from at least one aquifer running in a soil formation are known from the prior art.
- the known tube wells have a well casing with a plurality of tube elements, wherein a filter unit is provided at the lower end of the wells.
- the well casing is first introduced into the well along with the filter unit, thereby lowering the filter unit downhole to the depth of the aquifer.
- a filter gravel charge is introduced into the borehole, so that a filter bed of the filter gravel charge forms in the area of the borehole bottom between the filter unit and the borehole wall.
- the annulus above the filter bed is filled with clay-bearing, swellable material to stabilize the well casing and to fill the annulus between the well casing and the wellbore.
- the filter bed and filter elements of the filter unit are used to remove groundwater from the aquifer, whereby the groundwater in the well casing is pumped to above ground level.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a tube well which, over a long period of time and at low cost, permits the withdrawal of groundwater from an aquifer which runs in a soil formation.
- the above object is achieved in a tube well with the features of claim 1.
- the invention is based on the basic idea to allow an expansion of the filter bed from the well without removing the well casing.
- the invention makes it possible for the first time to expand spent filter material after the corresponding service life of the tube well via the guide line or to demand it from above and replace it with unused filter material.
- This is particularly advantageous if the annular space has been decayed with a sealing medium which hardens after filling and durably seals the aquifer from above water-conducting layers.
- the shaft formed by filling the annulus between the well casing and the borehole wall with the sealing medium remains even after the removal of the filter material.
- the tube well according to the invention can be operated much longer by exchanging the filter material and optionally cleaning the filter unit by mechanical cleaning devices with a high delivery rate than is possible with the known tube wells.
- the pipe well according to the invention is not rehabilitated compared to the wells normally used according to DIN standard, but is maintained at intervals.
- the maintenance intervals depend on the chemical composition of the aquifer, which results in the production rate of the well, the pore volume of the filter bed with a certain permeability coefficient and the upcoming geology as well as the water resource and production rate.
- the maintenance intervals are dependent on the setting in the fountain steady state of the water level.
- the guide line can be provided to introduce the filter material into the annular space between the filter unit and the borehole wall before the (first) pumping of groundwater and thus to install or apply the filter bed, the filter material being introduced as a suspension.
- the amount of the supplied filter material is preferably such that the filter bed after entering the filter material over a height of 3 m to 5 m above the top of the highest filter element also extends upward toward the top edge of the terrain.
- the flushing medium used to discharge the filter material may be compressed air.
- water it is also possible to use water as flushing medium, with which the filter material is discharged from the borehole through the guide line upwards.
- the filter material can be entrained by flushing medium ascending in the interior of the guide line and / or by flushing medium rising from the outside of the guide line in the filter bed and entering the interior of the guide line via the line opening.
- the filter bed is also loosened by the flushing medium, which facilitates the degradation of the filter bed.
- the guide line may have a plurality of distributed over the lateral surface of the guide lineönsöffhungen.
- at least one end conduit opening may be provided.
- the diameter of the guide line depends on the diameter of the drill hole and the diameter of the well casing or the diameter of the filter unit. The larger the annular space between the well casing or the filter unit and the borehole wall, the larger the diameter of the guide line can be.
- the guide line can be perforated to length of the filter unit in different sizes.
- the size of the perforation depends on the diameter and length of distance according to the task of the tube well, especially after the borehole diameter, the width of the annulus, the Wellausbaurent, the geology, the pore volume of the filter material, the groundwater supply, the length of the filter unit and the chemical composition the groundwater resource.
- a suitable material for the guide line is selected.
- the guide allows a largely complete discharge of the filter material through the pipe openings after days. In this case, it is basically the case that filter material contained in the interior of the guide line is entrained by the flushing medium ascending in the interior of the guide line and is discharged in the direction of the upper edge of the terrain.
- the outlet opening of the flushing device can preferably be provided in the region of an end-side conduit opening of the guide conduit, wherein, preferably, the outlet opening can be aligned in the direction of the borehole bottom.
- the flushing medium thus exits downwards, which leads to a loosening of the arranged below the guide line filter bed.
- the flushing medium is then deflected and can flow in part inside the guide line in the direction of the top edge of terrain and / or outside the guide line through the filter bed up, the flushing medium on the shell-side pipe openings of the guide line from the outside into the Leadership management on and over the leadership flows towards the top of the terrain.
- the filter material of the filter bed is discharged from the wellbore and the filter bed is preferably completely removed.
- the outlet opening can be arranged in the interior of the guide line or outside the guide line in the region of the line openings, preferably below a line opening, in order to facilitate the inflow of the flushing medium into the guide line and the entrainment of filter material.
- the purge line can also have a plurality of outlet openings.
- the flushing line can be installed or used as needed in the guide line.
- at least one further guide line can be provided for introducing sealing medium or flushing liquid into the borehole in the region of the filter unit, wherein, more preferably, the further guide line has no flushing line.
- the further guide line thus serves only to bring in the removal of the filter material stabilizing rinse in the wellbore in the filter unit.
- the stabilizing rinse serves to stabilize the borehole wall in the region of the filter unit, so that the further guide duct can preferably be arranged in the vicinity of the borehole wall.
- the further guide line can be arranged for introducing filter material into the annular space also between the filter unit and the borehole wall in the adjacent region of the filter unit.
- the further guide line can also be provided as a pressure compensation element when pumping filter material over the guide line provided for removing the filter bed.
- new filter material can be introduced by two each having a purge line having guide lines during installation of the filter bed, wherein at least two further guide lines are provided as pressure equalization elements.
- the guide line, and preferably the purge line may extend substantially to the bottom hole to allow a substantially complete discharge of the filter material, even in the area of the bottom hole.
- a conduit section of the guide conduit having the conduit openings may extend at least over the length of the filter element, preferably over the length the filter unit, extend.
- the line section is preferably arranged parallel to the filter element or to the filter unit. Further preferably, the conduit section comprising the conduit openings can extend beyond the height of the filter unit upwards in the direction of the surface of the bottom formation over a certain length. It is preferably provided that after installation of the filter bed of the Kirsöffhungen having line section is substantially completely embedded in the filter bed. The height of the required filter bed and thus the length of the pipe sections having line sections is ultimately determined by the conditions of the soil formation in the region of the aquifer, via which a groundwater extraction should take place.
- the filter unit is detachably connected to one of the bottom hole facing end pipe element of the Wellverrohrung and that, preferably, the filter unit is inserted or removable through the Wellverrohrung from above in the end pipe element. By removing the filter bed, the filter unit can be exposed.
- the filter unit is used according to the invention from above into an end-side tube element of the Wellverrohrung and can be pulled out for replacement or cleaning of the tubular element, without it being necessary to expand the well casing from the well.
- the guide line may be directly or indirectly connected to the Wellverrohrang.
- the guide line is preferably not connected to allow the removal of the filter unit in a simple manner.
- At least one injection line is provided here for the installation or introduction of a sealing medium in the annular gap above the filter bed, being restored by the introduction of the sealing medium in the annular gap of the original state of the soil formation.
- the by the Drilling interrupted sealing layers between the water horizons are returned to the original state of the soil formation by the sealing medium.
- the water horizons are thus separated again. This prevents potentially contaminated or salty water from higher aquifers from flowing down the annulus and contaminating the aquifer.
- an injection line for the sealing medium is provided, which can extend in the borehole substantially from the surface of the soil formation into the depth of the filter bed, wherein the lower end of the injection line does not extend into the filter bed. It can preferably be provided that the lower end of the injection line from the upper edge of a filter bed installed in the wellbore approximately 1 m to 5 m, preferably about 2 m, is spaced.
- the injection line is preferably installed together with the well casing and the filter unit in the borehole.
- the sealing medium is introduced by pressure injection by means of the injection line and rises from bottom to top in the annulus of the wellbore, starting in the area above the actual filter section.
- the sealing medium may be a suspension of natural products suitable for use in well construction work. This also includes the safety of the suspension in connection with drinking water production.
- the individual components are mixed in a certain ratio until a specific density or flowability and a predetermined specific weight have been reached.
- This suspension is injected under injection pressure into the annulus of the well above the filter bed and penetrates into pores, cracks and cavities of the soil formation as it rises in the borehole. After setting or curing of the suspension, the suspension is available as a permanently elastic, plastic and solid mass, which all access above the filter bed water pipes or water horizons access to the aquifer, to be funded from the water blocks.
- the suspension interlocks with the soil formation after hardening and at the same time stabilizes the well casing.
- the original state of the soil formation is restored geologically and hydrologically.
- the injection line in the annulus remains as a dead line.
- the injection line can also be removed again after the injection of sealing medium into the annulus. Through the injection line, it is possible in a simple manner and with little effort to fill the annulus with the sealing medium from bottom to top.
- a well chamber having a drilling fitting or the like is always arranged underground. If there is a flood, contaminated water can penetrate into the well chamber and get through well ventilation valves and cable lines in the well and finally in the area of the water extraction section or the aquifer. Here it can come to a contamination of the groundwater. In order to enable a resumption of groundwater extraction through the wells, it is necessary to pump out the contaminated liquid layers or to rinse out the borehole. In part, the use of the well is no longer possible.
- the invention is further based on the object of providing a pipe well which, over a long period of time and at low cost, enables the extraction of groundwater from a groundwater aquifer running in a soil formation.
- the pipe well according to the invention is thus protected against any form of flood, which may be the result of, for example, a flood or an earthquake. It is understood that the upward extension takes place depending on the risk situation or region to be estimated.
- the upper edge is preferably above 4 m above sea level, in particular between 5 m and 6 m above sea level, while in less endangered areas a projection above 1 m above sea level is sufficient.
- the well casing is at least between 1 m to 3 m, preferably more than 3 m, upwards, ie. extended beyond the ground.
- the penetration of contaminated high water into the borehole or into the water-bearing layer can be prevented even at high above-ground water level.
- a well protection pipe may be provided which may be at least partially, preferably to a depth of about 10 m, integrated into the soil formation or anchored in the ground.
- the tube well has a guide line for a filter material and a flushing line for a flushing medium and / or an injection line for a sealing medium for filling the annular space, in each case preferably of the previously described type, then the above-mentioned lines can extend beyond the upper edge of the borehole, at least be extended to the upper edge of the well.
- fittings or the like Which can also be arranged in the region of the upper edge of the Wellverrohrung and thus overground.
- the annular space between the upwardly extended casing section of the well casing and the outer well casing can at least partially be filled with a sealing medium, preferably of the type described above.
- the annulus is filled starting from the bottom hole to the top of the well casing in a backfilling process.
- the annulus can also be filled from overground.
- another material can be provided for sealing and stabilizing the well casing in the above-ground part of the annulus.
- a dike or truncated casing can be provided for the casing, which is arranged outside the borehole. absclinitt be provided. This development of the Ummantehmg contributes to a high stability.
