Claims (9)
- Système de distribution avec un distributeur pour des sections à séparer d'une bande de matière enroulée en un rouleau et avec au moins une bande de matière enroulée en un rouleau, sur les deux côtés avant de laquelle dépasse un tourillon (4, 5), au moins un tourillon (5) présentant une section d'extrémité (6), sur la périphérie de laquelle une surface d'appui (8) réalisée comme une surface de rotation et dans le côté avant libre de laquelle un évidement (12) avec une surface d'ajustage (9) non réalisée comme une surface de rotation sont prévus, le distributeur présentant pour l'au moins un tourillon (5) un guidage (21) terminant en une position de distribution, dans lequel la section d'extrémité (6) du tourillon (5) est logée de manière rotative, et au début duquel, un point étroit (22) avec une surface antagoniste (23) par rapport à la surface d'ajustage (9) du tourillon (5) est prévu, et l'insertion du rouleau dans le distributeur n'étant possible que lors de la coïncidence de la surface d'ajustage (9) et de sa surface antagoniste (23), caractérisé en ce que le tourillon (5) présente une rainure périphérique (7), dont la surface latérale plus proche du côté avant (11) libre du tourillon (5) sert de surface de guidage axial (10) du tourillon (5) et en ce que le guidage (21) du distributeur est pourvu de nervures (27) pénétrant dans la rainure périphérique (7), sur lesquelles une surface de guidage (24) pour la surface de guidage axiale (10) du tourillon (5) est prévue.
- Système de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface antagoniste (23) et la surface de guidage (24) du distributeur sont prévues sur une pièce d'insertion (28) insérée dans la première section du guidage (21).
- Système de distribution selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface antagoniste (23) et la surface de guidage (24) du distributeur présentent chacune une section initiale (25) ascendante.
- Système de distribution selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de guidage axial (10) dans la rainure périphérique (7) et le fond (13) de l'évidement (12) portant la surface d'ajustage (9) dans le côté avant libre de la section d'extrémité (6) du tourillon (5) se trouvent dans un plan radial commun.
- Système de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tourillon (5) dépasse d'un capuchon d'extrémité (2, 3) pouvant être placé dans une douille centrale (15) du rouleau.
- Système de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tourillon (5) forme la partie d'extrémité d'une barre porteuse (1) dépassant du rouleau.
- Bande de matière enroulée en un rouleau avec deux tourillons (4, 5) pour l'utilisation dans un système de distribution selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, au moins l'un des deux tourillons (5) étant pourvu d'une surface d'appui (8) réalisée comme une surface de rotation et d'une surface d'ajustage (9) non réalisée comme surface de rotation, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un tourillon (5) présente une rainure périphérique (7) formant une surface de guidage axiale (10) , la surface d'appui (8) et la surface d'ajustage (9) étant prévues dans la section d'extrémité (6) contiguë à la rainure périphérique (7) du tourillon (5), et la surface d'ajustage (9) étant prévue sur un évidement (12) dans le côté avant (11) libre du tourillon (5).
- Bande de matière enroulée en un rouleau avec deux tourillons (4, 5) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que chaque tourillon (4, 5) dépasse d'un capuchon d'extrémité (2, 3) pouvant être inséré dans une douille centrale (15) de la bande de matière enroulée.
