Abstract

Es wird eine Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung für Verbrennungsmaschinen mit einem von einer Kraftstoffhochdruckquelle (2) versorgbaren Kraftstoffinjektor (1) vorgeschlagen. Der Kraftstoffinjektor (1) weist ein Einspritzventil (9) mit dem Brennraum zuweisenden Einspritzdüsen (13, 14) auf, wobei den Einspritzdüsen (13, 14) eine innere Düsennadel (12) und eine koaxial dazu angeordnete äußere Düsennadel (11) zugeordnet ist, die druckabhängig ansteuerbar unterschiedliche Einspritzquerschnitte an den Einspritzdüsen (13, 14) freigeben bzw. verschließen. Die äußere Düsennadel (11) ist mit einer Druckfläche (21) einem Schließraum (20) zugeordnet. Zum Ansteuern der äußeren Düsennadel (11) ist ein erstes Schaltventil (7) vorgesehen, über das der Schließraum (20) mit einem Niederdruck-/Rücklaufsystem (88) verbindbar ist. Die innere Düsennadel (12) weist einen Steuerkolben (43) auf, der mit einer Druckfläche (52) in einen Steuerraum (53) weist. Zum Ansteuern der inneren Düsennadel (12) ist ein zweites Schaltventil (90) vorgesehen, über das der Steuerraum (53) mit dem Niederdruck-/Rücklaufsystem (88) verbindbar ist, so dass bei einer Aktivierung des zweiten Schaltventils (90) eine Druckentlastung des Steuerraums (53) erfolgt. Dadurch ist eine separate Ansteuerung der äußerer Düsennadel (11) und der innerer Düsennadel (12) möglich.

For driving the inner nozzle needle (12), a second switching valve (90) is provided, via which the control chamber (53) with the low pressure / return system (88) is connectable, so that upon activation of the second switching valve (90) a pressure relief of Control room (53) takes place. As a result, a separate control of the outer nozzle needle (11) and the inner nozzle needle (12) is possible.
