Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Speichereinspritzsystem für eine
mehrzylindrige Brennkraftmaschine mit magnetventilgesteuerten
direkteinspritzenden Kraftstoffeinspritzventilen (1), mit einer in
jedem Ventilgehäuse zu einer federbelasteten Düsennadel (5) führenden
und durch einen Steuerkolben (3) mit Ventilfunktion absperrbaren
Zuführleitung (8), mit einer in einem Federraum (14) sich abstützenden
und die Düsennadel (5) auf ihren Nadelsitz (16) drückenden Düsennadelfeder (15),
ferner mit einem auf der Rückseite des unter Systemdruck
stehenden Steuerkolbens angeordneten Steuerraum (10) sowie einem
mit diesem zusammenwirkenden Magnetventil (2), durch das der
Steuerraum mit einer Entlastungsleitung verbindbar und gleichzeitig
die Absperrung der zur Düsennadel (5) führenden Zuführleitung (8)
aufhebbar ist.
Die federbelastete Düsennadel (5) und der Steuerkolben (3) sind hierbei
räumlich voneinander getrennt, wobei sich an den Federraum (14) ein
durchmessermäßig kleinerer Druckraum (18) anschließt, in dem ein den
Druckraum (18) von dem Federraum (14) trennender und bei einer Funktionsstörung
des Kraftstoffeinspritzventiles auf die Düsennadel (5) in
Schließrichtung einwirkender systemdruckbeaufschlagter Kolben (19)
längsverschiebbar geführt ist.
The invention relates to a storage injection system for a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine with solenoid valve-controlled direct injection fuel injection valves (1), with a feed line (8) leading in each valve housing to a spring-loaded nozzle needle (5) and lockable by a control piston (3) with a valve function, with a supply line in a spring chamber (14) which are supported and press the nozzle needle (5) onto their needle seat (16), the nozzle needle spring (15), furthermore with a control chamber (10) arranged on the back of the control piston under system pressure and with a solenoid valve (2) which interacts with it that the control chamber can be connected to a relief line and, at the same time, the shut-off of the feed line (8) leading to the nozzle needle (5) can be lifted.
The spring-loaded nozzle needle (5) and the control piston (3) are spatially separated from one another, with the spring chamber (14) being followed by a smaller-diameter pressure chamber (18) in which a pressure chamber (18) separates the spring chamber (14) and in the event of a malfunction of the fuel injection valve, the system pressure-loaded piston (19) acting on the nozzle needle (5) in the closing direction is guided to be longitudinally displaceable.
