Claims (8)
- Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung für die in die Stranggießkokille einer Stranggießanlage einströmende Stahlschmelze, die aus mindestens einer den Kokillenbreitseiten zugeordneten Spule (3) mit einem ferromagnetischen Kern (5) sowie aus mindestens einem diesen zugeordneten Joch (7) besteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung, bestehend aus Joch (7), Spule (3) und ferromagnetischem Kern (5) in bzw. an die Stranggießkokille durch wenigstens ein Verstellmittel (6) ein- bzw. ausschwenkbar ist. - Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese nicht zusammen mit der Stranggießkokille oszillierbar ist. - Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Arbeitsposition durch eine mechanische Hubbegrenzung an die Stranggießkokille anpassbar ist. - Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Zweck der Verringerung des Polabstands und zur Erhöhung der Effektivität im nichtmagnetischen Wasserkasten ein magnetischer Teilkern angeordnet ist. - Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese wenigstens mittels je zwei ungleich langen, nicht parallelen Hebeln durch das Verstellmittel (6) ein- bzw. ausschwenkbar ist. - Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verstellmittel (6) durch wenigstens einen Hydraulikzylinder ausgebildet ist. - Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Arbeitsstellung mittels wenigstens einer einstellbaren Hubbegrenzung (8) bestimmt ist. (vgl. Fig. 1) - Elektromagnetische Bremsvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass deren Ruhestellung mittels wenigstens eines Anschlags (4) bestimmt ist. (vgl. Fig. 2)
