Claims (20)

  1. Elektrisches Heizgerät (1), das einen Heizkörper (3) aufweist, der mehrere Leitplatten (4) aufweist, zwischen denen Heizelemente (7) mit Widerstand und Strahlungselemente (9) angebracht sind, die die Wärmeaustauschfläche mit einem Luftstrom erhöhen, der das Heizgerät durchquert, wobei der Heizkörper (3) zwischen einem vorderen Halter (11) und einem hinteren Halter (13) angeordnet ist, wobei der Heizkörper (3) ferner mindestens eine Halteplatte (5; 5a, 5b) des Heizkörpers (3) aufweist, die an ihren Enden Verankerungsmittel (17) aufweist, die mit zugehörigen Aufnahmemitteln (19) durch Einrasten zusammenwirken und in den vorderen (11) und den hinteren Halter (13) integriert sind, um den Heizkörper (3) fest zwischen diesem vorderen (11) und diesem hinteren (13) Halter zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere (11) und der hintere Halter (13) die Form von rechteckigen Gehäusen aufweisen, die angepasst sind, um die Enden des Heizkörpers (3) aufzunehmen, und an ihren seitlichen Seiten Schienen (41) aufweisen, die von den Haltern vorstehen und mit zwei Halteplatten (5a, 5b) zusammenwirken, die auf den zwei seitlichen Außenseiten des Heizkörpers (3) angeordnet sind.
  2. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil der Leitplatten (4) an dem vorderen Halter (11) hervorsteht, um Klemmen (15) für den Anschluss an einen Stromversorgungskreis zu bilden.
  3. Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmemittel (19) biegsame Zungen (25; 125) aufweisen, die in dem oberen und dem unteren Teil des vorderen (11) und des hinteren Halters (13) eingerichtet sind.
  4. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Halteplatten (5a3, 5b3) des Heizkörpers (3) Querwände aufweisen, die mindestens an ihren zwei Enden eine U-Form aufweisen, wobei jedes der Verankerungsmittel (17) durch Ausschnitte in den Querwänden gebildet ist, derart, dass die biegsamen Zungen (125) sich in die Ausschnitte der äußeren Leitplatten (5a3, 5b3) einfügen.
  5. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmemittel (19) biegsame Zungen (225; 325) aufweisen, die in den U-förmigen Schienen (41) eingerichtet sind.
  6. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Halteplatten (5a4, 5b4; 5a5, 5b5) des Heizkörpers (3) Querwände aufweisen, die mindestens an ihren zwei Enden eine U-Form aufweisen.
  7. Gerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei äußeren Leitplatten (5a4, 5b4; 5a5, 5b5) über ihre gesamten Längen U-förmig sind.
  8. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Verankerungsmittel (17) durch eine Aussparung (43) in der Ebene von jeder der Halteplatten (5a4, 5b4), die an mindestens ihren zwei Enden die U-Form aufweisen, gebildet ist, und die biegsamen Zungen (225) auf den Seitenwänden der U-förmigen Schienen (41) gebildet sind, derart, dass die biegsamen Zungen sich in die Aussparungen (43) der Halteplatten (5a4, 5b4) einfügen.
  9. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Verankerungsmittel (17) durch Ausschnitte (45) in den Querwänden der Halteplatten (5a5, 5b5) gebildet ist, die an mindestens ihren zwei Enden die U-Form aufweisen, und die biegsamen Zungen (325) in den Schenkeln des U der Schienen (41) gebildet sind, derart, dass die biegsamen Zungen (325) sich in die Ausschnitte (45) der Halteplatten (5a5, 5b5) einfügen.
  10. Gerät nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der U-förmigen Schienen (41) auf ihrer Seitenwand eine biegsame Lamelle (47) aufweist, die eine genaue Verkeilung der Halteplatten gewährleistet, wodurch jede Art von Problem in Verbindung mit der geometrischen Streuung des Heizkörpers (3) vermieden wird.
  11. Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verankerungsmittel (17) der zwei Halteplatten (5a6, 5b6; 5a7, 5b7) Laschen (51) aufweisen, die dazu bestimmt sind, auf den zugehörigen Aufnahmemitteln (19) gefaltet zu werden, die in den vorderen (11) und den hinteren (13) Halter integriert sind.
  12. Gerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes der Aufnahmemittel (19) Vertiefungen (53) in dem oberen und dem unteren Teil des vorderen (11) und des hinteren (13) Halters aufweist, derart, dass die Laschen der Halteplatten (5a6, 5b6) sich in den entsprechenden Vertiefungen (53) falten.
  13. Gerät nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die rechteckigen Gehäuse des vorderen (11) und des hinteren Halters (13) auf ihren seitlichen Seiten Schienen (141) in U-Form aufweisen und jedes der Aufnahmemittel (19) Vorsprünge (55) aufweist, die auf diesen Schienen gebildet sind, derart, dass die Laschen (51) der Halteplatten (5a7, 5b7) sich auf den Schienen (141) direkt außerhalb der Vorsprünge (55) falten.
  14. Gerät nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Halteplatten (5a7, 5b7) auf allen ihren Längen zwischen den Vorsprüngen (55) eine U-Form aufweisen und sich auf den Schienen (141) des vorderen (11) und des hinteren (13) Halters anpassen.
  15. Gerät nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der U-förmigen Schienen (141) auf ihrer Seitenwand eine biegsame Lamelle (147) aufweist, die eine genaue Verkeilung der Halteplatten (5a7, 5b7) gewährleistet, wodurch jede Art von Problem in Verbindung mit der geometrischen Streuung des Heizkörpers (3) vermieden wird.
  16. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Elemente des Heizkörpers (3) mit Ausnahme der zwei Halteplatten (5a, 5b) untereinander durch Kleben befestigt sind.
  17. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle Elemente des Heizkörpers (3) einschließlich der zwei Halteplatten (5a, 5b) untereinander durch Kleben befestigt sind.
  18. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitplatten (4) Falten an den Enden des Heizkörpers (3) aufweisen, damit die Anschlussklemmen (15) einen Standardabstand aufweisen.
  19. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte oder die Halteplatten (5; 5a, 5b) auch eine oder mehrere Leitplatten bildet/bilden.
  20. Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere (11) und der hintere Halter (13) aus Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
