Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Behälters, insbesondere einer Dose oder Flasche, mit einer Halteeinrichtung für den Behälter und einer Greifeinrichtung (49), mit deren Hilfe der Behälter (3) kraftschlüssig fixierbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteeinrichtung einen Aufnahmeteller (7) für den Behälter (3) umfasst, der aus einer Bereitschaftsposition in eine Spannposition verfahrbar ist, in der der Behälter (3) durch die Greifeinrichtung (49) fixierbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifeinrichtung (49) mehrere, vorzugsweise mindestens drei Greifelemente (53) umfaßt.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifelemente (53) jeweils um eine Achse (51) schwenkbar sind.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmereller (7) und vorzugsweise die Greifelemente (53) mittels einer Antriebseinrichtung (57) um die Längsmittelachse (11) des Aufnahmetellers (7) drehbar sind.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeteller (7) mit Hilfe einer Verlagerungseinrichtung (13) in Richtung seiner Längsmittelachse (11) verlagerbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeteller (7) in die Aufnahmevorrichtung (1) einfahrbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlagerungseinrichtung (13) einen Schieber (15) mit einem mit dem Aufnahmeteller (7) zusammenwirkenden Schieberkopf (17) umfaßt.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuerung für die Verlagerungsbewegung des Schiebers (15) eine Kurvensteuerung (31) mit einer Konturscheibe (33) ist, die von einem Tastelement (35) des Schiebers (15) abtastbar ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeteller (7) und der Schieber (15, Schieberkopf (17)) mittels magnetischer Kräfte miteinander verbindbar sind.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetischen Kräfte durch im Aufnahmeteller (7) vorgesehene Magnetelemente (23) bewirkt werden, die mit einem magnetischen oder magnetisierbaren Gegenpol zusammenwirken, der auf der dem Aufnahmeteller (7) gegenüberliegenden Seite des Schiebers (15, Schieberkopf (17)) angeordnet oder in den Schieber (15) integriert ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die magnetischen Kräfte durch im Schieber (15, Schieberkopf (17)) vorgesehene Magnetelemente bewirkt werden, die mit einem magnetischen oder magnetisierbaren Gegenpol zusammenwirken, der auf der dem Schieber (15), bzw dem Schieberkopf (17), gegenüberliegenden Seite (77) des Aufnahmetellers (7) angeordnet oder in den Aufnahmeteller (7) integriert ist.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifelemente (53) durch den Schieber (15), insbesondere den Schieberkopf (17), so anlenkbar sind, daß die Greifelemente (53) aus einer Ruhestellung in eine Klemmstellung verlagert, vorzugsweise verschwenkt, werden.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeteller (7) und der Schieber (15) voneinander getrennt sind, bevor die Greifelemente (53) durch eine Verlagerung des Schiebers (15) in ihre Klemmstellung verlagert sind.
- Aufnahmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie an einer vorzugsweise um eine Achse drehbaren Führungseinheit (71) angebracht ist.
- Verfahren zum Fixieren eines Behälters, insbesondere Dose oder Flasche, mit Hilfe einer eine Greiteinrichtung mit mindestens einem Greifelement, vorzugsweise mehreren Greifelementen, aufweisenden Halteeinrichtung, die einem verlagerbaren Aufnahmeteller für den Behälter zugeordnet ist, mit folgenden Schritten:Aufbringen des Behälters auf den Aufnahmeteller,Verlagerung des Aufnahmetellers aus einer Bereitschaftsposition, bzw. Ausgangsstellung, in eine Spannposition bzw. Klemmstellung,nachdem der Aufnahmeteller seine Spannposition erreicht hat, erfolgt eine kraftschlüssige Fixierung des Behälters mit Hilfe der Greifelemente.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmeteller aus seiner Bereitschaftsposition in seine Spannposition abgesenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verlagerung des Aufnahmetellers und die Betätigung der Greifelemente mit Hilfe eines Betätigungselements, bzw. eines Schiebers, erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Greifelemente zur Klemmfestlegung des Behälters um jeweils eine Achse geschwenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl und die Anordnung der Greifelemente so gewählt ist, daß der Behälter beim kraftschlüssigen Fixieren durch die Greifelemente zentriert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anpreßkraft, mit der das mindestens eine Greifelement gegen den Behälter gedrückt wird, eingestellt werden kann.
