Claims (11)
- Verpackungsmaschine mit einer Übergabevorrichtung, mittels der ein Produkt (P) in eine Verpackung (V) einführbar ist, und mit einer umlaufenden Prospekt-Fördervorrichtung (27), die eine Vielzahl von zangenartigen, in einer Reihe angeordneten Haltern (15, 16) zur Aufnahme jeweils eines Prospektes aufweist und mit der der Prospekt im Bereich der Übergabevorrichtung zwischen das Produkt (P) und die Verpackung (V) bringbar ist, so dass er zusammen mit dem Produkt (P) in die Verpackung (V) einführbar ist, wobei im Transportweg der Halter (15, 16) eine Öffnungseinheit (12) mit zumindest einem Anschlag (13) angeordnet ist, mittels dessen die Halter (15, 16) zur Freigabe des Prospektes zu öffnen sind, und wobei der Anschlag (13) in Abhängigkeit von einem Öffnersignal einer Steuervorrichtung (26) zwischen einer die Halter (15, 16) öffnenden Funktionsstellung und einer Nicht-Funktionsstellung verstellbar ist, in der die Halter (15, 16) ohne Freigabe des Prospektes an dem Anschlag (13) vorbeilaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine erste Detektorvorrichtung (19) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Einschubbewegung des Produktes (P) in die Verpackung (V) erfassbar ist und die bei Einschub des Produktes (P) ein entsprechendes Einschubsignal an die Steuervorrichtung (26) abgibt, wobei die Steuervorrichtung (26) ein Öffnersignal nur bei vorhandenem Einschubsignal erzeugt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Detektorvorrichtung (19) die Einschubbewegung eines mit dem Produkt (P) in Anlage tretenden Einschubstößels (11) erfasst.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Detektorvorrichtung (19) einen ersten Initiator (19a), der von jedem vorbeilaufenden Einschubstößel (11) initiierbar ist, und einen zweiten Initiator (19b) umfasst, der nur von einem das Produkt (P) einschiebenden Einschubstößel (11) initiierbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Initiator (19a) einen Zwischenspeicher auf den Wert 0 zurücksetzt und der zweite Initiator (19b), der in Transportrichtung hinter dem ersten Initiator (19a) angeordnet ist, den Zwischenspeicher im Falle seiner Initiierung auf den Wert 1 setzt, wobei nur dann das Einschubsignal an die Steuervorrichtung (16) abgegeben wird, wenn der Zwischenspeicher den Wert 1 besitzt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Initiatoren (19a, 19b) von dem Einschubstößel (11) berührungslos initiierbar sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Initiatoren (19a, 19b) von Metalldetektoren, Magnetschaltern oder Lichtschranken gebildet sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Detektorvorrichtung (19) und die Öffnungseinheit (12) als Einheit in Transportrichtung (PZK) der Prospekt-Fördervorrichtung (27) verstellbar sind.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine zweite Detektorvorrichtung (20), mittels der die Position des nächsten zu öffnenden Halters (15, 16) erfassbar ist und die ein entsprechendes Haltersignal an die Steuervorrichtung (26) abgibt.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (13) in Abhängigkeit von dem Einschubsignal und dem Haltersignal in die Funktionsstellung bringbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Detektorvorrichtung (20) zusammen mit der ersten Detektorvorrichtung (19) und der Öffnungseinheit (12) als Einheit in Transportrichtung (PZK) der Prospekt-Fördervorrichtung (27) verstellbar ist.
- Verpackungsmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag (13) unter Federvorspannung in seine Nicht-Funktionsstellung steht und dass dem Anschlag (13) eine steuerbare Betätigungsvorrichtung (24) zugeordnet ist, mit der der Anschlag (13) entgegen der Federvorspannung in die Funktionsstellung bringbar ist.
