Abstract

Die Anordnung ist so getroffen, daß der gesamte Abstand zwischen den Lageraugen 34,36 mit dem Gewindeteil 31 und der Spaltverschlußbuchse 33 überbrückt ist. Die Spaltverschlußbuchse 33 bewirkt nicht nur einen weitgehenden Verschuß des Spalts zwischen dem Lagerauge 34 und dem Lagerauge 14, sondern auch eine radiale Abstützung des oberen Teils des Lagerauges 14 und der Schwenklagerachse 13 gegeneinander, so daß eine entsprechende gleichmäßige Verteilung von Radialkräften über die Länge des Lagerauges 14 erfolgt. Eine entsprechend gleichmäßige Verteilung von Abstütz- bzw. Belastungskräften soll auch erreicht werden, wenn das Band 10.2 lediglich 2-teilig ausgebildet ist. In diesem Fall ist das Lagerauge 14 der Fig.5 oben mit einer Kappe 35 verschlossen, die einen Ringbund 35' hat, der achsparallel mit der Schwenklagerachse 13 ausgebildet ist und in eine Ausnehmung 48 des oberen Endes des Lagerauges 14 eingreift. Claims (13)

  1. Door or window hinge (10.2, 10.3) having a frame strip (11.2, 11.3) and having a leaf strip (12) which is hinged to the frame strip by means of a pivot bearing spindle (13), having a hinge loop (15) of the frame strip (11.2, 11.3) or of the leaf strip (12), which hinge loop comprises a bearing eye (14) which receives the pivot bearing spindle (13) and can be engaged by means of an engagement section (16) in a rebate space (20) formed between two frame spars (18, 19) and can be fixed at that location to one of the frame spars (19) by means of fixing means, and having a horizontal adjustment device which enables the distance between the bearing eye (14) and one frame spar (19) to be adjusted transverse to the rebate space (20) and comprises an adjustment screw (17) which acts upon the engagement section (16) of the hinge loop (15) in the rebate space (20) and is supported in a transverse manner on the frame spar, the adjustment position of the screw being secured by contacting the hinge loop (15) with the frame spar (19), characterised in that a screw plate (21) is provided between the hinge loop (15) and the frame spar (19), which screw plate is to be attached to the frame spar and is hinged to an edge (22) of the hinge loop.
  2. Hinge as claimed in Claim 1, characterised in that the adjustment screw (17) is screwed centrally in the hinge loop ( 15).
  3. Hinge as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the thickness of the hinge loop (15) and/or of the screw plate (21) continuously decreases from a common articulation (23).
  4. Hinge as claimed in Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that a common articulation (23) of the hinge loop (15) and of the screw plate (21) is formed with a common hinge pin (24) or with a shoulder piece (25) of the hinge loop (15), in which the screw plate (21) is received in an articulated manner.
  5. Hinge as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the screw plate (21) is an arm of a guide parallelogram (26) which permits the hinge loop (15) to be adjusted in parallel with the screw plate (21).
  6. Hinge as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the screw plate (21) is an arm of a double-armed quadrant (27), which permits the hinge loop (15) to be adjusted in parallel with the screw plate (21).
  7. Hinge as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the screw plate (21) protrudes over the hinge loop (15) in parallel with the bearing spindle and is fixedly screwed to the frame spar (19) by means of a protruding plate section (28).
  8. Hinge as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the screw plate (21) comprises retaining ribs (29) which engage in the hinge loop (15) and/or which surround the hinge loop.
  9. Hinge as claimed in any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterised in that a threaded portion (31) of the leaf strip (12) is supported on the frame strip (11.2, 11.3) in a leaf weight-bearing manner and is in threaded engagement with the bearing eye (14) of the leaf strip (12) and is also coupled to the pivot bearing spindle (13), which comprises the rotation-adjustment means, in a rotationally-positive manner.
  10. Hinge as claimed in Claim 9, characterised in that the threaded portion (31) is directly supported on the frame strip (11.2, 11.3) by means of a thread end (32).
  11. Hinge as claimed in Claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the threaded portion (31) of the leaf strip (12) is in positive engagement with a clearance-sealing sleeve (33) which engages in the bearing eye (14) and rests against an upper bearing eye (34) of the frame strip (11.3) so as to leave no clearance.
  12. Hinge as claimed in Claim 9 or 10, characterised in that the bearing eye (14), when the leaf strip (12) is constructed in two parts, is provided with a radially fixed cap (35) in a frame strip-diverting manner, in which cap the threaded portion (50) engages in a radially supported manner.
  13. Hinge as claimed in Claim 11 or 12, characterised in that the threaded portion (50) is in threaded or locked engagement with the clearance sealing sleeve (33) or with the radially fixed cap (35), or is relatively displaceable therein.
