Claims (10)
- Strangförmige Verglasungsdichtung mit einem Basisteil (1), einem Befestigungsteil zum Befestigen der Dichtung in und/oder an einem Rahmen (14) oder einer Glashalteleiste (14a) und einer vom Basisteil (1) abstehenden Dichtlippe (4) aus geschlossenzelligem elastomeren bzw. gummielastischen Material, wie Moosgummi, wobei der Querschnitt der Dichtlippe (4) mindestens einen größeren Hohlraum (4a) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraumquerschnitt (Qh) der Dichtlippe (4) im Vergleich zum Dichtlippenquerschnitt, einschließlich des Hohlraumquerschnitts, (Qd) einen Wert zwischen 0,1 und 0,15 aufweist und im wesentlichen dreieck- oder trapezförmig mit gerundete Ecken ausgebildet ist,
daß das geschlossenzellige Material der Dichtungslippe (4) eine Shore-A-Härte zwischen 10 und 60 und eine Dichte zwischen 0,2 und 0,8 g/cm3 aufweist und
daß die Wanddicke (Wa) der Dichtlippe (4) zwischen dem Hohlraum (4a) und der der Wetterseite (WS) zugewandten Außenfläche (Fa) mindestens 1,3 mm beträgt. - Verglasungsdichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Wetterseite (WS) zugewandte Außenfläche (Fa) der Dichtlippe (4) konvex gekrümmt ist. - Verglasungsdichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtlippenquerschnitt (Qd) wulstförmig ist und gerundete Ecken aufweist. - Verglasungsdichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe (E) der Dichtlippe (4) im entspannten Zustand um einen Faktor von mindestens 0,1 größer ist als die größte zu erwartende Spaltbreite (Sa) zwischen dem Rahmen (14) bzw. der Glashalteleiste (14a) einerseits und der abzudichtenden Scheibe (15) andererseits. - Verglasungsdichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linie (L) der geringsten zu erwartenden Spaltbreite (Sb) durch das Zentrum des Hohlraumquerschnitts (4a) verläuft. - Verglasungsdichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsteil als Ankerfuß (2) ausgebildet ist und daß vom Basisteil (1) entgegengesetzt zur Wetterseite (WS) ein Stützschenkel (3) mit im Vergleich zum Dichtlippenquerschnitt (Qd) schmalerem Querschnitt absteht. - Verglasungsdichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen dem Stützschenkel (3) und der Dichtlippe (4) eine Einschnürung (20) gegenüber dem Ankerfuß (2) befindet. - Verglasungsdichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Befestigungsteil als Klemmleiste (11) ausgebildet ist, von der mindestens zwei im Querschnitt etwa sägezahnförmige Klemmstege (11a) abstehen. - Verglasungsdichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Basisteil (1), der Befestigungsteil und/oder der Stützschenkel (3) aus nichtzelligem elastomeren bzw. gummielastisch thermoplastischem Material, insbesondere mit einer Härte zwischen 50 und 80 IRHD bestehen. - Verglasungsdichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zellige Material der Dichtlippe (4) und das nichtzellige Material der anderen Querschnittsteile der Verglasungsdichtung einen gemeinsam stranggepressten Koext rusionsartikel bilden.
