Description
Claims (14)
- Türfeststeller für einen Kraftwagen, umfassend
eine ein starres Türhalteglied bildende, am einen Türanordnungsteil, Tür (0b) oder Türsäule (0a), um eine zur Türscharnierachse parallele Achse (1) schwenkbar angelenkte Spindel (2),
eine der Spindel (2) zugeordnete, an dem anderen Türanordnungsteil in einem feststehenden Feststellergehäuse (3) angeordnete und rotierbar gelagerte Spindelmutter (5), und
eine der Spindelmutter (5) zugeordnete Brems- und Feststelleinrichtung,
wobei die der Spindelmutter (5) zugeordnete Brems- bzw. Feststelleinrichtung durch einen am Außenumfang der in Abhängigkeit von der Türschwenkbewegung rotierend angetriebenen Spindel (2) anliegenden Längenabschnitt (6) eines beidendig mit einem durch einen Bremshebel (7) gebildeten Antriebselement verbundenen Bremsseiles oder Bremsbandes gebildet ist, und
wobei dem Bremshebel (7) als Ausrückeinrichtung ein vermittels Federlast (10, 11) in Einrückrichtung gehaltener und in Abhängigkeit von einer gewollten Türbewegung freigebbarer Verstellnocken bzw. Verstellexcenter (8) zugeordnet ist, derart, daß der Bremshebel (7) bei stillstehender Türe unter der Federlast (10, 11) in seiner der angezogenen Bremse entsprechenden Stellung gehalten bzw. in diese Stellung bewegt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rotierbar gelagerte Spindelmutter (5) in einem an einem der Türanordnungsteile angeordneten Gehäuse (3) untergebracht ist, und daß eine mechanische Einrichtung zur Ableitung der Verstellbewegung für den den Bremshebel (7) entgegen der Federlast (10, 11) in seine der gelösten Bremse entsprechende Stellung verbringenden Verstellnocken bzw. Verstellexcenter (8) aus der Türbewegung vorgesehen ist. - Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Ableitung einer Versrellbewegung für den Verstellnocken bzw. Verstellexcenter (8) aus der Türbewegung einen relativ zu dem die Brems- bzw. Feststeileinrichtung enthaltenden Teil des Feststellergehäuses (3) beweglichen Gehäuseteil (20), eine in diesem untergebrachte, mit der Spindel (5) zusammenwirkende Steuermutter (25) und eine dieser nachgeschaltete Anordnung (27, 28, 29) zur Erzeugung einer Drehbewegung des Verstellnockens bzw. Verstellexcenters (8) umfaßt.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steuermutter (25) vermittels einer nachgeschalteten Kupplung (26) und eines Stirnradgetriebes (27, 29) mit einer den dem die mit der Spindelmutter (5) zusammenwirkende Band- oder Seilbremse (6) betätigenden Bremshebel (7) zugeordneten Verstellnocken bzw. Verstellexcenter (8) aufweisenden Excenterwelle (28) in Antriebsverbindung steht.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Steuermutter (25) mit dem nachgeschalteten Stirnradgetriebe (27, 29) verbindende Kupplung durch eine Viskokupplung (26) gebildet ist.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Steuermutter (25) mit dem nachgeschalteten Stirnradgetriebe (27, 29) verbindende Kupplung durch eine Reibkupplung gebildet ist.
- Türfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die Lagerung der Spindelmutter (5) aufnehmendes Gehäuseteil (20) des Feststellergehäuses (3) an seinen beiden Stirnseiten vermittels elastisch verformbarer Gehäusebereiche bzw. elastisch verformbarer Zwischenglieder (21, 22) relativ zu dessen feststehenden Bereich (19) verschieblich innerhalb des Feststellergehäuses (3) abgestützt ist.
- Türfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vermittels der nachgeschalteten Kupplung (26) von der Steuermutter (5) antreibbare Stirnradgetriebe (27, 29) eine Übersetzung ins Schnelle aufweist.
- Türfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einer den Verstellnocken bzw. Verstellexcenter (8) aufweisenden Excenterwelle (28) zugeordnete Federlast durch zwei gegensinnig gewickelte Wickelfedern (10, 11) aufgebracht wird, wobei die Wickelfedern (10, 11) zueinander und zur Excenterwelle (28) konzentrisch in einer zugeordneten Abteilung (13) des Festellergehäuses (3) angeordnet sind.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Wickelfedem (10, 11) vermittels eines zu dieser radial gerichteten und in diese eingesetzten Mitnehmerbolzens (31) mit der Excenterwelle (28) in Antriebsverbindung stehen.
- Türfeststeller nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Wickelfedern (10, 11) über ihre innenliegenden Enden jeweils in einer in einer Stirnwand (32) der zugeordneten Abteilung (13) des Feststellergehäuses (3) ausgebildeten Ringnut (33) abgestützt sind.
- Türfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bremshebel (7) mit dem Verstellnocken bzw. Verstellexcenter (8) der Excenterwelle (28) vermittels eines Stößels (12) in Antriebsverbindung steht.
- Türfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die der Spindelmutter (5) zugeordnete Feststellbremse aufnehmende Teil (20) des Feststellergehäuses (3) an zwischen einem vorderen und einem hinteren Teil des Feststellergehäuses (3) angeordneten Zugankern (23) verschieblich geführt ist.
- Türfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Feststellergehäuse (3) in seiner Gesamtheit um eine zur Türscharnierachse parallele Achse (15) schwenkbar an dem Türkörper (0a) angeschlagen ist, wobei ein mit dem Feststellergehäuse (3) verbundener und im wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichteter Träger (14) vermittels an seinen beiden Enden angeordneter Lagerzapfen (18) in einem zwei entsprechend beabstandete Lageraugen (17) aufweisenden Lagerbock (16) aufgenommen ist.
- Türfeststeller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brems- und Feststelleinrichtung ein stufenloses Feststellen der Spindel (5) unabhängig von dem Türöffnungswinkel zuläßt.
