Claims (16)
- Schneidstapelvorrichtung für Papierprodukte, miteinem Zuförderer (12) zum Zuführen eines Schuppenstromes von Papierprodukten (P),einer Stapelkammer (24) mit einem ersten (26) und mindestens einem weiteren Aufnahmeelement (28, 30) zur Bildung zumindest einer Lage, undeinem Abförderer (45, 45'; 50, 50'; 52, 52') zum Herausführen der zumindest einen Lage aus der Vorrichtung, undeiner Schneideinrichtung (36, 36', 37), die zwischen der Stapelkammer (24) und dem Abförderer (45, 45'; 50, 50'; 52, 52') vorgesehen ist, und mit der ein Beschnitt einer vollständig gebildeten Lage durchführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßrelativ zur Förderrichtung gesehen - die Orientierung der zugeförderten Druckprodukte (P) gegenüber der Orientierung der Lage bei Verlassen der Stapelkammer (24) um 90° gedreht ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,

nach der Stapelkammer (24) eine Dreheinrichtung (42, 46; 42', 46') vorgesehen ist, um die gebildete Lage um 180° zu drehen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß

eine Fördereinrichtung (38, 38', 39) vorgesehen ist, die eine vollständig gebildete Lage in die Schneideinrichtung (36, 36', 37) hinein und in gleicher Richtung aus dieser hinaus führt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schneidebene der Schneideinrichtung (16, 36, 36', 37) parallel zu der Förderrichtung der Fördereinrichtung (38, 38', 39)verläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Bereich der Schneideinrichtung eine Preßeinheit (60) für die zu schneidende Lage vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
nach der Schneideinrichtung (36, 36', 37) und oberhalb der Dreheinrichtung (42, 46; 42', 46') eine zurückziehbare Zwischenablage (48, 48') vorgesehen ist, mit deren Hilfe eine geschnittene Lage in die Dreheinrichtung fallengelassen werden kann. - Verfahren zum kombinierten Stapeln und Schneiden von Papierprodukten, insbesondere mit einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:a) Fördern einer Anzahl von Produkten eines Produktstromes in eine Stapelkammer und Bilden einer Lage von Produkten;b) Fördern der Lage zu einer Schneideinrichtung;c) Beschneiden zumindest einer Seite der Lage;d) Abfördern der Lage aus der Vorrichtung.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Lage nach dem Schritt c) auf eine Dreheinrichtung gefördert wird und die Dreheinrichtung anschließend um 180°gedreht wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Produktstrom vor dem Fördern in die Stapelkammer an zumindest einer Seite beschnitten wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Orientierung der Produkte des zugeförderten Produktstromes verglichen zu der Orientierung der Lage bei Transport zu der Schneideinrichtung - relativ zur jeweiligen Förderrichtung - um 90° gedreht wird.
