Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for washing a laundry, in particular for washing laundry and small parts such as ropes, Lines, sail parts or bathing accessories.
- Such items are usually - if possible - nowadays conveniently cleaned in a washing machine.
- the washing machine is a certain amount for a cleaning process
- Water is pumped into the drum and, through special filling openings, a detergent was added to form a wash liquor.
- the wash liquor dissolves or dissolves the dirt and rinses it out of the laundry with the movement.
- the dirt particles are then pumped out, so that cleaned laundry remains in the drum.
- the water for the wash liquor is usually increased warms a predetermined temperature.
- the rinsing cycle is usually followed by a rinse cycle with clear water.
- washing machines of this type are in themselves only energy-consuming for one Use in fixed locations, on large ships or in larger ones Mobile homes with suitable power connections can be used.
- the laundry is therefore in such Situations usually done in a rather cumbersome traditional way by hand in a wash bowl, if necessary with the help of a wash board or similar aids, washed. This is for larger quantities of laundry
- the process is extremely time-consuming and therefore especially on vacation, for example extremely annoying and unattractive for the person responsible for it.
- the device has a container with a washing chamber to hold the laundry and drive means to the container in a body of water by a relative movement of the device for Water, d. H. by flowing water onto the device, in rotation to move.
- This inflow of water can be achieved that either the device is pulled through the water or into a appropriate flow is maintained in a river or the like.
- the device is therefore particularly well suited for use on boats, where the device is simply hung on the back of the boat while driving can and is therefore automatically pulled through the water.
- the device is also suitable for use on campsites, provided these are located on rivers or streams, or when traveling with you Motorhome, where any, along the route River or stream can be used for an application of the device.
- the laundry is placed in the washing chamber of the container inserted, some water and detergent added and closed the washing chamber. Then the locked Containers or the device held in water and through Flows with water set in rotation. This will be for the laundry achieved the same effect as in a conventional motor-driven Washing machine.
- the washing chamber is opened after a predetermined time and poured off the wash liquor. Then fresh water can be filled in for rinsing and the device again by flow are set in rotation by water. Of course it can Laundry - if the water purity is sufficient - also directly in the water be rinsed out clearly. After the desired number of washes the cleaned laundry is removed from the washing chamber and returned to normal Way, for example by hanging on a line, dried.
- the inflow ensures the position and orientation of the protrusions or indentations Water automatically for a corresponding rotation of the container.
- the Drive means on the outside of the container obliquely or transversely to the relative movement direction, d. H. to the direction of train or flow Webs, d. H. so-called stringers, and / or grooves.
- the grooves or stringer serve as drive blades at an angle to the direction of flow.
- the container is on a line on one side attached that the container hanging on the line in the water freely around an axis of rotation running essentially parallel to the direction of relative movement can rotate. This can be done very easily using a swirl between line and container.
- the entire device is very simple and therefore inexpensive and robust, built and essentially only exists from the container with the internal washing chamber, the suspension by means of the vortex on the line and the outside of the container Webs or other suitable projections or indentations around the To set the container in rotation by the inflowing water.
- the container has a essentially cylindrical shape and tapers to one end, the container being rotatable at its tip on the cylinder axis Leash is attached.
- drivers are located in the washing chamber, for example in the form of webs running parallel to the axis of rotation, which for ensure a stronger mixing of the laundry and the wash liquor.
- the washing chamber preferably has a filling opening for the laundry on, which can be closed tightly by means of a closure.
- the tight seal has the advantage that the device is also in a body of water can be used, which does not have the water quality required for Washing the laundry is desired. That means that for example Washing the laundry itself, d. H. to produce the wash liquor or Rinse off, water with a better water quality can be used can be considered the water of the water, which is responsible for the inflow of the container ensures that there is no exchange of wash water or rinse water with the water of the surrounding body of water.
- the container is preferably a floatable one Container, that is, it is manufactured in such a way that it also contains detergent and the container filled with laundry floats on top of the water and only partially immersed in the water.
- This has in particular the Advantage that if the container is torn off the line, the container can be fished out of the water at any time.
- such a tightly sealable, buoyant on boats Container in times when it is not used for washing, have a second use as a security container, in which, for example Food, valuables or the like are filled, which in the The boat is then protected against the ingress of water, and which also in the Does not sink in the event of a shipwreck.
- the Container at least partially made of flexible material. That is, it At least some walls are so flexible that the entire container can be folded up or is preferably inflatable.
- the Containers also at least partially inflatable walls, i. H. separate Double walls forming air chambers.
- front side tapering cylindrical shape is at least the parallel to the cylinder axis extending wall of the cylindrical Container made of flexible material.
- This wall is at one of the top of the container opposite end face on a stable end wall attached, in which the closable by means of a cover Filling opening for the laundry is located.
- This wall can either be single-walled or double-walled.
- the single-walled part the entire container after closing with the cap inflatable.
- the jacket wall itself can be inflated by a suitable valve, so that the container maintains its shape even when the cap is open.
- the single-walled version has the advantage that the device is in production is simpler and therefore cheaper. In addition, the device folds even smaller when not in use.
- the double-walled Version has the advantage of better insulation, for example when warm water for the wash liquor is filled and the device for rotary drive is pulled by relatively cold water.
- the container preferably has large proportions on the outside or completely on a dark surface. After filling the container with the laundry and the wash liquor can easily Wash liquor can be brought to the required temperature by the Container is placed in the sun for a while. Because of the dark surface this leads to the wash liquor heating up relatively quickly.
- the container can also be used as a safety container or possibly used as a signal buoy or the like, it makes sense to if the outer container surface is a signal color, possibly also a reflective one Color, has or at least with signal-colored markings is provided.
- the container could be black and the webs open the surface that serves to drive the container is signal-colored.
- the Wash chamber an inlet and an outlet on. At this inlet or The outlet are preferably valves to close the inlet or outlet close.
- the wash chamber can of course only have one show common inflow and outflow.
- Hose connections are preferably located at the inlet or outlet. By means of the inlet or outlet, it is possible to provide the washing chamber a suitable clear water connection or a water pump is available be used for rinsing with fresh water running through.
- Another possible use is to join the process Connect the shower head and the entire container with clear water to fill. By hanging the container above head height or by appropriate Pumping air into the container via the air pump through the The entire device can then be additionally supplied as a travel shower device be used.
- the container has a Breakthroughs, d. H. sieve-like, wall part on which is either lockable or interchangeable with a closed wall part is.
- a Breakthroughs d. H. sieve-like, wall part on which is either lockable or interchangeable with a closed wall part is.
- the closed tight sealing cover against a suitable sieve cover be replaced.
- the device can also be used to spin the laundry become. For this, the items to be washed are placed in the container after rinsing leave or refilled and the sieve-like wall part inserted or opened and the container just hurled around on a line. As a rule, enormous centrifugal forces occur, which are excess Squeeze water out of the laundry. This will make the later one Drying time in the sun is significantly reduced.
- the device according to the invention therefore offers a relatively convenient way to all Perform functions of a motor-operated washing machine, whereby no power connection is required.
- an openwork For example, use a sieve-shaped partition, with the laundry seen from the filling opening behind the partition in the washing chamber located. Then the filler opening is opened using the sealing cap closed again and the container to be ejected hurled around on a leash.
- This internal partition has the Advantage that the spun water in the space between the sieve-shaped partition and the sealing cap collects and not in is splashed around.
- the device is in the present Embodiment essentially of a cylindrical container 3, which is tapered, pointed on one end. At this top 8 is the container 3 is attached to a line 11 by means of a swirl 12.
- Shell wall 7 of the cylindrical container 3 are made of flexible Material, such as plastic or rubber.
- This jacket wall 7 is on the front side opposite the tip 8 of the container 3 9 attached to a stable fixed end wall 10.
- the front wall 10 has a radially circumferential groove 20 in which the front end of the jacket wall 7 protrudes and is glued there.
- the end wall by means of a correspondingly large clamp clamped on the front wall.
- This filling opening 14 is by means of a stable closure cover 15 sealable.
- the cover 15 can by means of a Thread 22 are screwed into the fill opening 14, wherein in the filling opening 14 at the end of the thread or on the closure cover 15 at a suitable position, a seal 21, for example in the form of an O-ring, is located, so that the closure lid 15 the filling opening 14 air and closes watertight.
- An inlet 16 and an outlet 17 are located in the closure cover 15. Both the inlet 16 and the outlet 17 have a hose connection on. At the outlet 17 there is a manually operable valve 19. There is also a valve 18 on the inlet 16 instead of the manually operable one Valve 18 can optionally be a suitable check valve on the inlet 16 use, which ensures that only with overpressure the environment or in front of the valve by a pump or the like Air or water is poured into the washing chamber 4 of the container 3 can, but not out of the washing chamber 4 through the inlet 16 comes.
- a washing process with the device 1 according to the invention is as follows carried out. First, with the filling opening open, the laundry is 2 in the washing chamber 4 of the container 3 is inserted. It will also be a desired one Amount of water and a detergent added, resulting in a Wash liquor 13 forms. Then the filling opening 14 with the lid 15 sealed airtight and by means of an air pump or a bellows inflated over the inlet 16, the entire container so that it maintains its stable cylindrical shape.
- the wall of the tip 8 and the jacket wall 7 are designed as double-walled walls, which can be inflated by a valve in the wall before the washing chamber is filled with laundry and the washing liquor.
- the closed container filled with the laundry 2 and the wash liquor 13 is then attached to a line 11 via a swivel 12 at the tip 8 and, for example, pulled behind a boat through the water W in the direction shown in the direction of the arrow R in the figure. Due to the water W flowing in the opposite direction of the arrow R to the stringers 5 fastened on the outside of the jacket wall 7 of the container 3, the container 3 is then rotated about the cylinder axis D (axis of rotation). The speed of rotation depends on the relative speed between container 3 and water W.
- the container can of course also be placed in a flow flow by means of the line 11 or the like can be held. That is, the container will held here at one point and the water W flows past and sets the container 3 in rotation.
- Carriers 6 are the laundry 2 and the wash liquor 13 well mixed whirled, so as in a conventional motorized Washing machine the washing liquor 13 with the Laundry 2 comes into contact and loosens the dirt and from the laundry 2 washes out.
- the filling opening 14 can then be dumped out of the wash liquor.
- the container is closed again and if necessary inflated again and pulled back behind the boat for the rinse aid or held in the flow.
- river water or sea water for washing the items to be washed directly into the sea or in the Keep flow to rinse. In this case, the washing process would be done with the device ended.
- the device in addition to the closed cover 15 a sieve-like Cover (not shown). This is to be spun out of the laundry, the laundry in turn in the washing chamber 4 of the container 3 given and the filling opening closed with the sieve-like lid. Then the container is held on a line 11 and with a large Thrown around speed, due to the large occurring Centrifugal forces remove much of the excess water from the Laundry and out through the sieve cover.
- the container wall is black and the stringers are in signal colors.
- This color scheme has to One advantage is that the heated container is heated by the filled container initially only has to lie in the sun for some time and because of the black Surface absorbs the sun's rays well and for heating the Wash liquor 13 is used.
- the signal-colored stringers serve that the container can also be used as a signal buoy in an emergency.
- the devices according to the invention are in various sizes and Dimensions can be produced.

Abstract
