Description
Claims (14)
- Verfahren zur Verwendung eines Molches in einer Beschichtungsanlage für die Beschichtung von Werkstücken wie insbesondere Fahrzeugkarossen, wobei der Molch (10) durch eine Leitung (L) bewegt wird und hierbei mit mindestens zwei längs der Leitungsachse beabstandeten, mechanisch miteinander verbundenen Umfangsrandteilen (17, 17', 18, 18') dicht an den Leitungsinnenwänden anliegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Molch (10) verwendet wird, der zwischen den Umfangsrandteilen (18, 18') einen zu den Leitungsinnenwänden offenen Zwischenraum (19) enthält, und dass ein fließfähiges Medium in diesen Zwischenraum (19) eingefüllt und von dem Molch (10) durch die Leitung (L) gefördert wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Medium zum Spülen, Reinigen oder Behandeln der Leitungsinnenwände in den Molch (10) eingefüllt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem der Molch (50) zwischen zwei Molchstationen (MS1, MS2) durch die Leitung (51) bewegt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Medium in einer der Molchstationen (MS1) in den Zwischenraum (39) eingefüllt und nach Bewegung des Molches (50) durch die Leitung (51) an einer der Molchstationen (MS2) wieder aus dem Zwischenraum (39) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Molch mindestens zwei voneinander durch Umfangsrandteile mit Dichtkanten und/oder Dichtlippen getrennte Zwischenräume enthält, in denen er voneinander verschiedene Medien durch die Leitung fördert.
- Molch zur Verwendung in einer Leitung (L) einer Beschichtungsanlage für das Beschichten von Werkstücken wie insbesondere Fahrzeugkarossen
mit mindestens zwei längs der Molchlängsachse voneinander beabstandeten, mit Dichtkanten und/oder Dichtlippen versehenen Umfangsrandteilen (17, 17', 18, 18'), die zur Bildung eines definierten Abstands mechanisch miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Molch (10) axial zwischen den mechanisch verbundenen Umfangsrandteilen (18, 18') ein radial nach außen offener Zwischenraum (19) gebildet ist, dessen Volumen und radiale Tiefe zum Einfüllen eines von dem Molch (10) durch die Leitung (L) zu befördernden fließfähigen Mediums bemessen sind. - Molch nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenraum (19) zwischen zwei mechanisch miteinander verbundenen Molchteilen (12, 12') gebildet ist, die jeweils zwei längs der Molchachse beabstandete Umfangsrandteile (17, 18) mit Dichtkanten oder Lippen haben.
- Molch nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei jeweils mit mindestens einer Dichtkante oder Lippe versehene Molchteile (12, 12'; 22, 22'; 42, 42') miteinander durch ein langgestrecktes Verbindungsglied (14, 24, 44) verbunden sind, dessen Außendurchmesser wesentlich kleiner ist als derjenige der Dichtkanten oder Lippen.
- Molch nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außendurchmesser (d) des Verbindungsgliedes (14) höchstens halb so groß ist wie der Außendurchmesser (D) der Umfangsrandteile (17, 17', 18, 18').
- Molch nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsglied (24) aus biegeelastischem Werkstoff besteht.
- Molch nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei jeweils mit mindestens einem Umfangsrandteil (17, 17', 18, 18') versehene Molchteile (12, 12') durch ein Drahtstück (14) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Molch nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mindestens zwei längs der Molchachse durch mindestens einen Umfangsrandteil voneinander getrennte, radial nach außen offene Zwischenräume zum Einfüllen voneinander verschiedener Medien enthält.
- Molch nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge (A) des die beiden Molchteile (12, 12') verbindenden Verbindungsgliedes (14) höchstens das 10-fache des Außendurchmessers (D) der Umfangsrandteile (17, 17', 18, 18') beträgt.
- Molch nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das die beiden Molchteile (22, 22') verbindende Verbindungsglied (24) mit mindestens einem Teil der Molchteile (22, 22') einstückig ist.
- Molch nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Magnet- oder sonstiges Signalerzeugungselement enthält, auf das ein externer Sensor ansprechen kann.
