Description

Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schuh und insbesondere einen Kleinkinderschuh, der die Entwicklung des Fußes in natürlicher Weise unterstützt und besonders als Lauflernschuh die ersten Schritte eines Kleinkinds-fördert.
Stand der Technik
Bereits in der DE-C 10 70 962 wurde festgestellt, daß die Drehbeweglichkeit des Sohlen-Fersenteils gegenüber dem Sohlen-Vorderteil im Sinne einer Verwringung wesentlich für einen ungestörten Bewegungsablauf des Fußes ist. Als bekannt wird dort außerdem beschrieben, daß die Brandsohle und/oder die Laufsohle von Schuhwerk im Bereich der Gelenkstelle mit von den Sohlenkanten ausgehenden Ausschnitten versehen sind, die durch Einsätze ausgefüllt sind, welche aus weicherem Material bestehen als dem der Brand- bzw. Laufsohle. Die Breite der mit den Einsätzen ausgestatteten Sohle im Bereich der Gelenkstelle entspricht annähernd der durch die senkrechte Projektion des Fußes festgelegten Abmessung, so daß der Fuß durch den Schuhboden geschützt ist. Die Gesamttiefe dieser Ausschnitte kann kleiner sein als die Gesamtbreite der Sohle im Gelenkbereich, wobei im Bereich der Sohlenkante die Ausschnitte breiter sind als im Bereich des Sohleninneren. Anstelle eines einzigen Ausschnitts ist es auch möglich, jede Sohlenkante mehrere, etwa quer zur Sohlenlängsrichtung laufende Ausschnitte zuzuordnen, deren einen Ausschnitt begrenzenden Kanten im wesentlichen parallel zueinander laufen und deren Breite mindestens der Dicke der Sohle entspricht.
Auf der Sohienoberseite ist eine plastisch gestaltete Fußbettauflage angeordnet, welche mit dem Material der die Ausschnitte ausfüllende Einsätze einstükkig verbunden sein kann. Die Ausschnitte liegen hier hauptsächlich auf der Fußaußenkante, so daß die Sohle des Vorderfußbereiches über einen etwa mittig angeordneten Steg mit der Laufsohle des Hinterfußbereiches verbunden ist.
Aus der DE-U 87 14 923 ist die Verwendung anatomisch geformter Schuhsohlen bekannt, die nach dem Abdruck eines gesundes Fußes natürlich anatomisch geformt und für alle Schuhe verwendbar sind. Der Zeichnung ist zu entnehmen, daß die Sohle im Bereich des Übergangs zwischen Ferse und Vorderfuß nicht entsprechend des Grundrisses des Fußes geformt ist, sondern entsprechend seiner Auflagefläche. Daher ist in diesem Bereich eine Breitenreduzierung vorhanden. Das Problem der Drehbeweglichkeit wird nicht beschrieben.
Aus der DE-C-43 16 237 ist weiterhin bekannt, ein Versteifungselement aus einem Faserstoff vorzusehen, welches als Stützplatte ausgebildet ist und ebenfalls die Fußauflagefläche im Bereich der Fußaußenkanten nachzeichnet.
Trotz der hier vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen besteht nach wie vor Verbesserungsbedarf zur Förderung einer ungehinderten physiologischen Abwicklung des Fußes bei allen Bewegungen.
Die DE 1 886 439 A offenbart einen Schub mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffes von Anspruch 1.
Darstellung der Erfindung
Gemäß der Erfindung weist die Laufsohle im Bereich der Einschnürung einen Verbindungssteg mit einer derartigen Flexibilität auf, daß eine Torsion des Vorderfußes gegenüber dem Rückfuß möglichst wenig behindert wird und ist im Bereich des Vorderfußes der Laufsohle eine hohe Flexibilität bezüglich der Abwicklung durch eine entsprechende Profilierung gegeben.
Durch die Kombination einer erhöhten Drehbeweglichkeit des Sohlen-Fersenteils gegenüber dem Sohlen-Vorderteil in Verbindung mit einer Zone hoher Flexibilität im Fußballenbereich des Vorderfußes wird die physiologische Abwicklung des Fußes bei allen Bewegungen gefördert. Im Gegensatz zum Stand der Technik, bei dem die Flexibilität von der Werkstoffauswahl und der Dicke der Sohle bestimmt wird, wird die Flexibilität der Sohle primär durch die geometrische Gestaltung der Sohle erreicht.
Dabei kann die Einschnürung derart ausgestaltet sein, daß der Bereich der Laufsohle im Vorderfuß über einen Steg mit dem Bereich der Laufsohle im Rückfuß verbunden ist. Hierdurch ist ein Anspritzen der Sohle in einem Stück möglich.
Der Schuh eignet sich insbesondere als Kleinkinderschuh, da er die ersten Schritte des Kleinkinds bei Ermöglichung des natürlichen Zehenspiels unterstützt, wodurch die Entwicklung des Fußes in natürlicher Weise möglich ist.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Profilierung in Form von parallelen oder strahlenförmigen Rillen ausgeführt, welche sich zumindest teilweise über die Breite des Schuhes erstrecken. Besonders vorteilhaft ist die Erstreckung über die gesamte Breite des Schuhes, wobei die Profilierung auch aus mehreren Werkstoffen unterschiedlicher Elastizität bestehen kann. Hierdurch ist es möglich, unter Beibehaltung der erforderlichen Mindestdicke zur Herstellung der Sohle und zur Erzielung einer ausreichenden Stabilität der Sohle insgesamt die Flexibilität zu erhöhen.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Einschnürung der Laufsohle auf der Innenseite des Schuhs angeordnet, da die Bewegung des Fußes beim Abwickeln in diesem Bereich besonders groß ist.
Die Einschnürung ist bis in den Bereich des Rückfußes gezogen so daß im Falle eines Absatzes dieser sogar teilweise angeschnitten ist. Hierdurch wird eine höhere Flexibilität erreicht.
Um dem Fuß trotz der elastischen Sohle einen ausreichenden Halt zu geben, ist neben einem anatomisch geformten Fußbett eine Hinterkappe oder eine flexible Fersenklammer zur Fersenführung vorgesehen, die so ausgeführt ist, daß die Achillessehne frei ist.
Zur Förderung der Fußstellung ist es vorteilhaft, wenn die Laufsohle im Rückfußbereich einen Absatz aufweist. Dieser Absatz erstreckt sich unter dem Fersenbein des Kinderfußes in Richtung Vorderfuß und kann im Bereich des Innenfußes durch die Einschnürung verkürzt sein.
Kurzbeschreibung der Zeichnung

Ausführung der Erfindung
In Fig. 1 ist die Unterseite einer Laufsohle 1 dargestellt. Die Laufsohle 1 untergliedert sich in einen Vorderfußbereich 2 und einen Rückfußbereich 3, die über einen Verbindungsbereich 4 miteinander verbunden sind. Der Verbindungsbereich 4 entsteht durch eine Einschnürung 5 auf der Innenseite 6 des Fußes 7, dessen Kontur gestrichelt gezeichnet ist. Ebenfalls entlang dieser gestrichelten Kontur verläuft der nach unten unter den Fuß gezogene, nicht dargestellte Schaft, so daß in dem Bereich der Einschnürung 5 der Schaft von unten ohne Bedeckung durch die Sohle 1 ist.
Im Rückfußbereich 3 ist ein Absatz 8 angeordnet, der im Bereich der Einschnürung 5 teilweise angeschnitten ist. Der Absatz 8 bietet so einen Schutz gegen Abrutschen beim Klettern oder beim Treppensteigen. Im Vorderfußbereich 2 ist eine Profilierung 9 vorgesehen, welche sich ausgehend von der vermutlichen Lage 10 des Fußballens auf der Innenseite 6 des Fußes bis an die Fußaußenseite erstreckt.
Der Verbindungsbereich 4 ist aufgrund der Einschnürung 5 gegenüber der Projektionsfläche des Fußes in verringerter Breite ausgeführt und in dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel nur auf der Fußinnenseite 6 eingeschnürt. Es ist aber vorteilhaft, auch auf der Fußaußenseite eine entsprechende Einschnürung vorzusehen. Auf diese Art entsteht ein Verbindungssteg zwischen dem Vorderfußbereich und dem Rückfußbereich.
Um dem Fuß trotz der sehr flexiblen Laufsohle ausreichenden Halt im Schuh zu gewährleisten, ist eine in Fig. 2 dargestellte, in einem Schaft 22 angeordnete Hinterkappe 21 vorgesehen, welche im Bereich der Achillessehne nach unten gezogen ist, so daß die Achillessehne frei liegt, welche aber im Bereich des vorderen Fersenbeins hochgezogen ist und sich über den Absatz 8 hinaus an der Fußaußenkante erstreckt. Alternativ hierzu kann auch eine außen angeordnete Fersenklammer verwendet werden, um eine bessere Verbindung des Schuhs mit dem Fuß im Fersenbereich herzustellen.
Der in Fig. 3 dargestellte Kinderschuh weist im Bereich des Zehengelenks, also am Übergang zwischen dem Mittelfuß und den Zehen, eine sich über die gesamte Breite erstreckende Profilierung 9 in Form von Stegen 9.1-9.4 und Rillen 10.1 - 10.5 auf. Zusammen mit der Einschnürung 5 wird so ein Schuh hoher Flexibilität erzielt, der die Torsion des Fußes wenig behindert und im übrigen das Abwickeln des Fußes im Vorderfußbereich begünstigt.
In Fig. 4 ist eine Vergrößerung der Sohle des Kinderschuhs aus Fig. 3 in Seitenansicht auf die Außenseite des Schuhes dargestellt. Zu erkennen ist die Profilierung 9 in Form von Stegen 9.1 - 9.4 und Rillen 10.1 - 10.5, die zumindest teilweise mit einem zweiten Werkstoff ausgefüllt sein können. Diese Ausführung weist eine geringere Biegesteifigkeit auf und begünstigt daher die Verformbarkeit bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Sohlenstärke zum Schutz des Fußes.
Die Stege 9.1 - 9.4 verbreitern sich zum Schuhaußenrand hin, so daß über die Breite des Schuhs gesehen der Schuhaußenrand eine geringere Biegesteifigkeit der Sohle bei der Abwicklung aufweist als der Schuhinnenrand.
Ausgehend vom Absatz 8 verringert sich die Sohlendicke nicht nur durch die in dieser Darstellung nicht sichtbare Einschnürung, sondern auch durch die Verringerung der Sohlenstärke in dem Bereich 11.
Wesentlich für das Verständnis der Erfindung ist weiterhin, daß der Schaft des Schuhs im Bereich der Einschnürung 5 auf der Unterseite des Schuhs frei liegt, also nicht von der Sohle abgedeckt ist. Im Bereich der Fußaußenseite ist es möglich, die Einschnürung als eine nur von einem dünnschichtigen Sohlenrraaterial abgedeckte Einwölbung auszubilden.

Claims (8)

  1. Schuh, aufweisend eine Laufsohle (1) und einen damit verbundenen Schaft (22), wobei die Laufsohle (1) im Bereich zwischen dem Vorderfuß (2) und dem Rückfuß (3) eine Einschnürung (5) aufweist, wobei die Laufsohle (1) im Bereich der Einschnürung (5) einen Verbindungsbereich (4) mit einer derartigen Flexibilität aufweist, daß eine Torsion des Vorderfußes gegenüber dem Rückfuß möglichst wenig behindert wird und wobei im Bereich (10) des Vorderfußes (2) der Laufsohle (1) eine hohe Flexibilität bezüglich der Abwicklung des Fußes durch eine entsprechende Profilierung (9) gegeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einschnürung (5) der Laufsohle bis in den Bereich des Rückfußes gezogen ist, so daß im Falle eines Absatzes dieser sogar teilweise angeschnitten ist, und dass im Schaft (22) eine Hinterkappe oder eine flexible Fersenklammer (21) zur Fersenführung vorgesehen ist, weiche in dem rückwärtigen Fersenbereich nach unten gezogen ist, um die Achillessehne freizuhalten, welche aber im Bereich der vorderen Fersenbeins hochgezogen ist und damit eine größere Breite als im hinteren Fersenbereich hat.
  2. Schuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schuh als Kleinkinderschuh ausgebildet ist.
  3. Schuh nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilierung parallele oder strahlenförmige Rillen (10) aufweist, welche sich zumindest teilweise über die Breite des Schuhs erstrecken.
  4. Schuh nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rillen sich über die gesamte Breite des Schuhs erstrecken.
  5. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilierung aus mindestens zwei Werkstoffen unterschiedlicher Elastizität besteht.
  6. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnürung (5) der Laufsohle auf der Innenseite (6) des Schuhes angeordnet ist.
  7. Schuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einschnürung (5) der Laufsohle gegebenenfalls auch auf der Außenseite (9) des Schuhs angeordnet ist.
  8. Kinderschuh nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufsohle (1) im Rückfußbereich (2) mit einem Absatz (8) versehen ist.
