Claims (8)
- Pumpe, insbesondere Umwälzpumpe für Haushaltsmaschinen wie Geschirrspülmaschinen, deren Pumpengehäuse an dem Motorgehäuse eines Antriebsmotors befestigt ist und einen hohlzylinderförmigen Pumpeninnenraum für ein mit Flügeln bestücktes Pumpenrad aufweist, wobei in den Pumpeninnenraum stirnseitig ein Ansaugstutzen einmündet und von dem ein Druckstutzen ausgeht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pumpengehäuse (3) aus einem topfförmigen Pumpengehäuseoberteil (9), das den axialen Ansaugstutzen (11) und den Druckstutzen (13) trägt, und einem das Pumpengehäuse (3) zum Antriebsmotor 7 hin flüssigkeitsdicht abschließenden, als Dichtungsträger ausgebildeten Pumpengehäuseunterteil (15), welches sich unter elastischer Verformung an dem A-seitigen Lagerschild (17) des Motorgehäuses (5) abstützt, besteht. - Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das A-seitige Lagerschild (17) auf seiner dem Pumpengehäuseunterteil (15) zugewandten Stirnseite (59) mehrere vorstehende, in Umfangsrichtung beabstandete Stützdome (61) aufweist, an denen sich das Pumpengehäuseunterteil (15) derart abstützt, daß ein Luftzwischenraum (55) zum A-seitigen Belüften des Antriebsmotors (7) zwischen dessem A-seitigen Lagerschild (17) und dem Pumpengehäuseunterteil (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pumpengehäuseunterteil (15) elastisch ausgebildet ist und eine ringförmige Anlagefläche (57) für die Stützdome (61) und einen konzentrisch zu der Anlagefläche (57) angeordneten Lagerzapfen (65), dessen freies Ende (67) in einer Lagerausnehmung (69) der Stirnfläche (71) des Lagerschildes (17) gelagert ist, aufweist.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftzwischenraum (55) durch eine ringförmige Vertiefung (105) zwischen den Anschlagflächen (57) und dem Lagerzapfen (67) des Pumpengehäusesunterteiles (15) vergrößert wird, welche sich an den zylinderförmigen Luftspalt (107) zwischen den Stützdomen (61) anliegt.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagerzapfen (65) von dem Pumpeninnenraum (25) aus eine topfförmige Vertiefung (73) aufweist, in deren Bodenfläche (75) eine Durchgangsbohrung (77) für die Antriebswelle (43) des Antriebsmotors (7) angeordnet ist.
- Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Öffnungsrand (85) des Pumpengehäuseoberteiles (9) eine ringförmige Randvertiefung (87) aufweist, in die ein zylindrischer Lagerflansch (89) dichtend einsetzbar ist, und daß in der Außenumfangsfläche (91) der Randvertiefung (87) ein Dichtungsring (93) abstützend gelagert ist, der sich andererseits auf seiner Innenumfangsseite (95) auf einer vor dem zylindrischen Lagerflansch (89) des Pumpengehäuseunterteiles (15) angeordneten, verkleinerten und abgestuften Mantelfläche (97) radial abstützt.
- Pumpe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ränder des Pumpengehäuseoberteiles (9) und das Motorgehäuse (5) gegenseitig zugeordnete Verschlußnocken (101, 103) besitzen, die durch Drehung gegeneinander nach Art eines Bajonettverschlusses ineinander greifen.
- Pumpe nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Übergang der Innenumfangsfläche (109) des topfförmigen Pumpengehäuseoberteiles (9) zu dem Pumpenauslaufkanal (13) scharfkantig ausgeführt ist.
