Claims (9)
- Reinigungsvorrichtung für das Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Gehäuse, das einem zu reinigenden Zylinder benachbart ist, sich über die Länge der Zylindermantelfläche erstreckt und eine der Zylindermantelfläche zugekehrte Öffnung hat, mit einem im Gehäuse angeordneten, antreibbaren Reinigungssystem, das an die Zylindermantelfläche anstellbar ist, mit einer dem Reinigungssystem zugeordneten Einrichtung zur Zuführung von Reinigungsmittel und mit einer den unteren Bereich des Gehäuses bildenden Auffangwanne, die mit dem Gehäuse lösbar verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die der Öffnung (3) gegenüberliegende Rückwand (9) des Gehäuses (2) aufklappbar oder abnehmbar ist und daß an der Rückwand (9) die Einrichtung zur Zuführung des Reinigungsmittels angebracht ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Reinigungssystem eine Walze (8) und eine an die Walze (8) anstellbare Rakel (13) aufweist und daß die Rakel (13) an der abnehmbaren Rückwand (9) angebracht ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Rakelspritzzone unmittelbar unterhalb der Rakel (13) eine Auffangrinne mit seitlichem Gefälle angebracht ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangwanne (14) den unteren Rand der Rückwand (9) von außen übergreift.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangwanne (14) durch einen kraftschlüssigen Schnellverschluß in der Betriebsstellung an dem Gehäuse (2) gehalten ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auffangwanne (14) an ihren seitlichen Enden mittels Rollen (17) in von einer Geraden nach unten abweichenden Führungsbahn (18) geführt ist
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (2) sich entlang der beiden Längsseiten der Öffnung (3) erstreckende Traversen (5, 6) aufweist, die mit Wangen (4) an den Stirnseiten des Gehäuses (2) verbunden sind.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der der Auffangwanne (14) benachbarten Traverse (6) ein Schnellverschluß zur kraftschlüssigen Halterung der Auffangwanne (14) angebracht ist.
- Reinigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der oberen Traverse (5) Halterungen zur Befestigung der Rückwand (9) angebracht sind.
