Claims (5)
- Orloff-Mehrfarbendruckverfahren, umfassend das Einfärben der Sammeldruckform eines Formzylinders mit Hilfe von mit diesem mittels eines Zahngetriebes verbundenen Schablonenwalzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einfärben der Sammeldruckform des Formzylinders mit Hilfe von Schablonenwalzen dadurch zustande gebracht wird, daß diesen eine zyklische hin- und hergehende Zwangsbewegung in der Axial- und der Umfangsrichtung relativ zum Formzylinder erteilt wird, ohne den Zahnradantrieb derselben von dem letzteren zu stören, wobei die Größe der hin- und hergehenden Bewegung der Schablonenwalzen in einem Bereich von Werten zwischen 0,2 und 4,0 mm liegt, während die Verhältnisse zwischen der Anzahl der rückläufigen Bewegungen und der Drehzahl der Schablonenzylinder irrationale Zahlen sind, die im Bereich von 2 bis 10 liegen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche speichernde Schablonenwalze eingebaut wird, die während ihres Kontaktes mit den Gummitüchern eines Sammel-Gummizylinders das Mehrfarbenbild aufnimmt bzw. überträgt und eine Tonplatte gemäß dem Format des malerischen Feldes der Sammeldruckform darstellt, wobei der erwähnten speichernden Schablonenwalze eine Zwangsbewegung innerhalb von Größen mitgeteilt wird, die den angegebenen Bewegungsgrößen der Schablonenwalzen entsprechen.
- Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1, 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Grenzzone der Farbschablone eine nach der Ausfüllfläche abnehmende, kontinuierliche oder gestufte Rasterskala eingeführt wird, deren Linearabmessungen und Gradationskennlinien die Länge der Zone und die Stetigkeit des Farbenübergangs bestimmen und die als Punkt- oder lineare Skala ausgebildet ist, wobei die Rasterliniatur der erwähnten Skala in einem Bereich von Werten zwischen 8 und 40 lin/cm liegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gradationskennlinie der gestuften Rasterskala entsprechend den Ausfüllflächen der Felder der Rasterzelle von 80, 60, 40 und 20 % gewählt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jedes Paar der Grunddruckfarben ein bestimmtes Verhältnis der Werte des Viskositätsindexes der Farben bei deren Gesamtwertebereich von 2 bis 12,5 Pa·s (20 bis 125 Poise) passend ausgewählt wird.
