Claims (16)
- Haltevorrichtung (4) zur Halterung eines elektrischen Lüfters (1), insbesondere Kleinstlüfters, an einer Montagewandung (2), mit
mindestens einem im wesentlichen flachen, einseitig eine Lüfter-Anlageebene (12) definierenden Halteteil (10) und mit mindestens einem etwa senkrecht zu der Anlageebene (12) von dem Halteteil (10) abstehenden und zur Halterungsverbindung kraft- und/oder formschlüssig in ein Montageloch (16) des Lüfters (1) einsteckbaren Steckelement (14) dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß darüber hinaus mindestens ein in der Anlageebene (12) des Halteteils (10) liegendes, stiftartiges, in einer zu dem Steckelement (14) etwa senkrechten Ausrichtung von dem Halteteil (10) abstehendes, zur Befestigung durch ein Loch (20) der Montagewandung (2) führbares Befestigungselement (22) vorgesehen ist, - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (10) als einstückiges Stanzbiegeteil aus Metallblech gebildet ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (10) zwei bezüglich ihrer Steckachse parallele Steckelemente (14) aufweist, die in einem lüfterspezifischen Lochabstand von zwei Montagelöchern (16) des Lüfters (1) angeordnet sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (10) zwei parallele, voneinander beabstandete Befestigungselemente (22) aufweist. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (10) eine längliche, im wesentlichen rechteckige Flächenform aufweist, wobei die Steckelemente (14) an einem Längsrand (24) und die Befestigungselemente (22) an dem anderen, gegenüberliegenden Längsrand (26) und insbesondere in den an die Schmalseiten (28) angrenzenden Seitenbereichen angeordnet sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/jedes Befestigungselement (22) zur Verbindung mit der Montagewandung (2) nach dem Durchführen durch deren Loch (20) plastisch verformbar und/oder stoffschlüssig fixierbar, insbesondere verlötbar, ist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/jedes Steckelement (24) mindestens eine, vorzugsweise zwei elastische, widerhakenartige Haltezungen (34) zum Eingreifen in die Lochwandung des Montageloches (16) des Lüfters (1) aufweist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/jedes Befestigungselement (22) als ausgestanzter schmaler Materialstreifen in der Ebene des Halteteils (10) liegt. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (10) aus einem elektrisch leitfähigen Material besteht und mindestens ein Anschlußelement (42) zum elektrischen Anschluß eines Versorgungsleiters (44) des Lüfters (1) aufweist. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Halteteil (10) als Anschlußelement (42) mindestens einen Klemmschneidverbinder (48) und/oder mindestens eine Lötfahne (52) und/oder mindestens einen Crimpverbinder (54) aufweist. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/jedes Anschlußelement (42) in einem Flächenbereich des Halteteils (10) angeordnet ist, der im montierten Zustand einen Abstand (A) zwischen dem Lüfter (1) und der Montagewandung (2) definiert. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das/jedes Anschlußelement (42) einstückig aus dem Material des Halteteils (10) gebildet ist und sich vorzugsweise von der Lüfter-Anlageseite weg erstreckt. - Haltevorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei - insbesondere identisch ausgebildete - Halteteile (10) zur Anordnung auf gegenüberliegenden Stirnseiten des Lüfters (1) vorgesehen sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Halteteile (10) über ihre Befestigungselemente (22) elektrisch mit Leiterbahnen einer die Montagewandung (2) bildenden Leiterplatte verbindbar sind. - Haltevorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die - vorzugsweise jeweils paarweise einander gegenüberliegend in das gleiche Montageloch (16) des Lüfters (1) eingreifenden - Steckelemente (14) der beiden Halteteile (10) eine von der Lüfter-Anlageebene (12) aus gemessene Einstecklänge aufweisen, die kleiner als die Hälfte der Gesamtlänge des jeweiligen Montageloches (16) ist. - Lüfter (1), insbesondere elektrischer Kleinstlüfter zum Kühlen von elektronischen Bauteilen, mit einem etwa parallel zur Lüfterachse (18) verlaufende Montagelöcher (16) aufweisenden, insbesondere aus Kunststoff bestehenden Lüftergehäuse (6),
gekennzeichnet durch eine Haltevorrichtung (4) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
