Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von klebendem Montageband (1) von einer Rolle (2) an Wand-, Boden- oder Deckenabschnitte, insbesondere an Bodenwandabschlüsse, wobei die Vorrichtung einen Arbeitsgriff (3), ein Anlegeelement (4) für das klebende Montageband (1) und ein Aufnahmeelement (5, 6) für die Rolle (2) zum Abspulen des Montagebandes (1) aufweist, welche auf einem Träger (10) angeordnet sind, wobei das Anlegeelement (4) an mindestens einer Seite eine Auftragskante (7) mit einem solchen Radius hat, daß das mit der freien Klebefläche vom Anlegeelement (4) weg weisend zugeführte Montageband (1) bis in Innenecken hinein klebend befestigbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das Anlegeelement (4) drehbar gelagert ist und im Grundriß eine mit mindestens zwei Auftragskanten (7) senkrecht zur Auftragsrichtung versehene Form aufweist, wobei neben den Auftragskanten (7) ebene Auftragsflächen (8) zum Anbringen des Montagebandes (1) an im wesentlichen ebenen Flächen angeordnet sind und zwischen den zwischen zwei benachbarten Auftragskanten (7) angeordneten Auftragsflächen (8) jeweils eine Ausnehmung (9) in Form einer Wölbung zum Schwenken des Anlegeelementes (4) beim Umfahren von Außenecken vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Träger (10) mindestens eine Andrückrolle (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Andrückrolle (11) aus einem elastischen Material ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitsgriff (3) als seitlich abestützter Träger ausgebildet ist, welcher das Anlageelement (4), die Andrückrolle (11), den Träger (10) und das Aufnahmeelement für die Rolle (2) des klebenden Montagebandes (1) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) als Grundplatte ausgebildet ist und das Aufnahmeelement (5, 6) für die Rolle (2) des klebenden Montagebandes (1), das Anlegeelement (4), die Andrückrolle (11) und den Arbeitsgriff (3) trägt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2, 3 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement für die Rolle (2) des Montagebandes (1) eine am Träger (10) angebrachte Führung (5) für die Rollenhülse und eine dazu gegenüberliegend angeordnete Niederdrückeinrichtung (6) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Niederdrückeinrichtung (6) lösbar ist und zwischen einer Rollenhaltestellung und einer Rollenentnahme-/Rollenbeladestellung fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Zentrierscheibe (16) zum zumindest teilweise federbelasteten Eingreifen der Niederdrückeinrichtung (6) in die Rollenhülse und eine im Arbeitsgriff (3) angeordnete Arretiervorrichtung zum Halten der Zentrierscheibe (16) in der Rollenentnahme-/Rollenbeladeposition vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Träger (10) zur Einstellung der Anbringhöhe des Montagebandes (1) ein Distanzhalter vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement für die Rolle (2) zur Anpassung der Anbringhöhe des klebenden Montagebandes (1) höhenverstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) an dem höhenverstellbaren Aufnahmeelement (18) angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das höhenverstellbare Aufnahmeelement (18) als Hülse (19) ausgebildet ist, welche auf einem in ihrem Innern angeordneten Stabelement (20) zwischen einem ersten Anschlag, welcher einer bezüglich der Anbringhöhe des klebenden Montagebandes (1) tiefsten Stellung entspricht, und einem zweiten Anschlag, welcher einer bezüglich der Anbringhöhe des klebenden Montagebandes (1) höchsten Stellung entspricht, gleitend verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschiebung mittels eines im Innern der Hülse (19) angeordneten und mit dem Stabelement (20) zusammenwirkenden Gewindeelementes erzeugbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewindeelement mittels eines im Arbeitsgriff (3) angeordneten Schraubgriffes (21) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Anlegeelement (4) aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Träger (10) eine solche Größe aufweist, daß der Abstand zwischen dem Anlegeelement (4) und der Drehachse der Rolle (2) eine Aufnahme von Rollen mit einem Durchmesser von größer als 14 cm ermöglicht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß ein flaches tellerartiges Element (12) zwischen der Rolle (2) des Montagebandes (1) und dem Träger (10) vorgesehen ist, welches sich mit der Rolle (2) beim Abwickeln des Montagebandes (1) mitdreht. wobei das flache tellerartige Element (12) ein auf der der Oberfläche des Trägers (10) und des Montagebandes (1) zugewandten Seite klebstoffabweisendes Papierelement ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flache tellerartige Element (16) eine auf seiner der Oberfläche des Trägers (10) und des Montagebandes (1) zugewandten Seite teflonbeschichtete Metallscheibe ist.
