Claims (8)
- Ossature de bâtiment réalisée à partir de profilés à froid- formant des poteaux (2) et des traverses (5) et reliés entre eux par des pièces de jonction (7, 8, 9) réalisées sous forme de pièces à froid profilées, présentant une forme permettant leur empilage, caractérisée en ce que les pièces de jonction (7, 8, 9) sont des pièces à profilés en Z, et en ce que les poteaux (2) et les traverses (5) sont formés chacun par deux profilés en C (3a, 3b) montés dos à dos et reliés par les pièces de jonction (9) disposées entre les parties de base des profilés montées dos à dos, les ailes des pièces de jonction en forme de Z étant fixées sur les faces extérieures des ailes correspondantes des profilés en C (3a, 3b).
- Ossature selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une pièce de jonction (8) d'un poteau (2) et d'une traverse (5) est constituée d'une plaque de base plane (16) dont deux bords extérieurs adjacents sont pourvus de rebords (17, 18) perpendiculaires à la plaque de base (16) et présentent entre eux un angle correspondant à l'angle (β) formé par les extrémités du poteau et de la traverse à joindre, tandis que les bords (19, 20) de la plaque de base (16) adjacents à ces bords extérieurs pourvus de rebords (17, 18) sont dépourvus de rebords
et en ce que, à l'état d'assemblage, la plaque de base (16) est engagée entre les bases des profilés en C des extrémités du poteau et de la traverse, les rebords (17, 18) étant fixés sur les faces extérieures des extrémités des ailes extérieures des deux profilés en C (3a) situés dans un même plan du poteau (2) et de la traverse (5). - Ossature selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les bords (19, 20), dépourvus de rebords, présentent une longueur correspondant à leur longueur d'engagement entre les profilés (3a, 3b) du poteau et de la traverse
et en ce que les extrémités des bords (19, 20) dépourvus de rebords sont reliées par un bord (21) pourvu d'un rebord (22) orienté dans la direction opposée à celle des rebords (17, 18) des bords extérieurs, ce rebord (22) étant interposé entre les ailes des autres profilés (3b) situés dans un même plan, du poteau (2) et de la traverse (5). - Ossature selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de jonction (9) de deux traverses (5) comprendune partie en forme de plaque plane (30) destinée à être interposée entre les bases des profilés (3a, 3b) des deux traverses (5),des rebords formant ailes (31, 32) adjacentes, orientées dans la même direction à partir de la base plane (30) et destinées à être fixées sur les faces externes des deux profilés (3a) situés dans un même plan, etun rebord formant aile (35) au côté opposé aux ailes (31, 32) et orienté dans la direction opposée, cette aile (35) étant interposée entre les ailes inférieures des autres profilés (3b) situés dans un même plan.
- Ossature selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une pièce de jonction (7) d'un poteau (2) au fondement (10) du bâtiment est réalisée sous forme d'une plaque en forme d'un Z avec deux rebords (13) parallèles et orientés dans des directions opposées, et en ce que ladite pièce de jonction (7) est interposée entre les deux profilés (3a, 3b) de l'extrémité inférieure du poteau (2), avec une aile (13) fixée sur la face extérieure correspondante d'un profilé (3a) et l'autre aile (13) fixée sur la face extérieure de l'aile correspondante de l'autre profilé (3b).
- Ossature selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend des pièces de renforcement (40, 41) en forme de cornière, destinées à être montées sur les bords libres des pièces de jonction (8, 9) appropriées au niveau de certains rebords précités.
- Ossature selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisée en ce que des supports de structure supplémentaires sont fixés entre les bases des profilés (3a, 3b) montés dos à dos d'un poteau (2) ou d'une traverse (5).
- Ossature selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la fixation des poteaux (2), des traverses (5) et des pièces de jonction (7, 8, 9) se fait par boulonnage.
