Claims (2)
- Serrure à mortaise comprenant un coulisseau (4) guidé à l'intérieur d'un coffret à serrure par au moins deux guidages (10) arrangés de façon espacée l'un de l'autre parallèlement par rapport à la têtière (3), ledit coulisseau (4) présente, orientée pratiquement diagonalement par rapport à la têtière (3), une fente (9) prévue pour l'engrènement d'un tenon (8) arrangé à un pêne dormant (5), de sorte que, pendant le mouvement du pêne dormant en position de rétraction, le coulisseau (4) est précontraint par l'intermédiaire d'un panneton à clé ou par une came du vérin de fermeture (11) et maintenu dans cette position sous pression par l'intermédiaire d'un loquet de façon que, sur le relâchement du loquet par le panneton à clé ou par la came du vérin de fermeture (11), il déclenche le mouvement du pêne dormant en position de saillie et le loquet est composé d'une broche d'arrêt (12) arrangée au coulisseau (4) et d'un cran d'arrêt (13) arrangé à une équerre (6) commandée par ressort, caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivants :(a) une pièce d'inversion inférieure (14) est guidée sur le tenon (8) du pêne dormant (5) et actionnée par un panneton à clé ou par une came du vérin de fermeture (11), pièce qui, lorsque le pêne dormant (5) est en position de rétraction, est mise en prise avec le panneton à clé ou avec la came du vérin de fermeture (11) par l'intermédiaire du tenon (8) du pêne dormant (5) et, lorsque le pêne dormant (5) est en position de saillie, elle est retenue désengagée par l'intermédiaire d'un ressort (15), pendant que la pièce d'inversion inférieure (14), guidée à l'intérieur du coffret à serrure par deux guidages (16, 17) arrangés de façon espacée l'un de l'autre, présente à son extrémité (18) opposée au panneton à clé ou à la came du vérin de fermeture (11) une butée (19) qui correspond à une butée (20) d'une pièce d'inversion supérieure (22) pivotable autour d'un fouillot (21), la pièce d'inversion supérieure (22) étant connectée avec un pêne demi-tour (23) de façon à ce que sur actionnement de la pièce d'inversion inférieure (14) le pêne demi-tour (23) revient en position rétractée, pour maintenir une fonction d'inversion, et dans ce cas l'un des guidages (17) est arrangé pratiquement parallèlement à la têtière (3) ;(b) un premier levier anti-panique (24) est relié de façon rotative au fouillot (21), ledit levier est appliqué avec son extrémité libre (25) à une branche plus courte (26) d'un deuxième levier anti-panique (27) intermobile qui, étant logé de façon rotative à la plaque du coffret à serrure (2), avec l'extrémité libre (28) de sa branche plus longue (29) saisit de par derrière la broche d'arrêt (12) arrangée sur le coulisseau (4) de telle manière que, lors d'un actionnement de la poignée, le coulisseau (4) est précontraint et le pêne dormant (5) est ramené à sa position rétractée, tandis qu'une came (30) prévue sur le fouillot (21) pivote la pièce d'inversion supérieure (22) par l'intermédiaire d'une came d'entraínement (31) arrangée sur la pièce d'inversion supérieure (22) et le pêne demi-tour (23) est ramené à sa position rétractée pour maintenir une fonction anti-panique.
- Serrure à mortaise selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pièce d'inversion inférieure (14) présente, guidé sur le tenon (8) du pêne dormant (5), un trou oblong (32) dont l'axe longitudinal central (33), lorsque le pêne dormant (5) est en position de saillie, suit un angle aigu par rapport à l'axe longitudinal central (34) du pêne dormant (5) et lorsque le pêne dormant (5) est en position rétractée, l'axe est parallel par rapport à l'axe longitudinal central (34).
