Dabei kann die Schiene gegenüber dem Untergrund auf einer festen Platte, festen Stützpunkten oder Querschwellen bzw. Längsträgern liegen. Die Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen eine Schiene 1, die in einer in Schienenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Rinne 2 einer Grundplatte 3 liegt. Zwischen Schienenfuß 4 und Grundplatte 3 ist eine Unterlegplatte 5 angeordnet. Diese Unterlegplatte 5 dient in erster Linie dazu, daß die Schiene 1 federnd auf der Grundplatte 3 aufliegt. In Fig. 2 sind Befestigungsbohrungen 6 dargestellt. Mittels nicht dargestellter, durch diese Befestigungsbohrungen 6 sich erstreckender Befestigungsschrauben, wie beispielsweise Schwellenschrauben, wird die Grundplatte 3 mit dem Untergrund, wie beispielsweise einer unterliegenden Querschwelle, verbunden. Zum federnden Niederhalten der Schiene 1 findet eine epsilonförmige Spannklemme 7 Verwendung. Ihr Mittelteil 8, der den Schienenfuß 4 mit Abstand übergreift und somit als Kippsicherung dient, wird durch eine mit der Grundplatte 3 verbundene Schraube 9 durchdrungen. Über eine Mutter 10 und eine Unterlegscheibe 11 wird die Spannklemme 7 gespannt, so daß die freien Enden 12 der Spannklemme 7 federnd mit Vorspannung auf dem Schienenfuß 4 aufliegen. Seitlich neben der Schiene 1 liegen Anstellplatten 13 auf der Grundplatte 3 auf und stützen den Schienenfuß 4 mit Anlageflächen 14 seitlich ab. Im Ausführungsbeispiel ragen diese Anlageflächen 14 nach unten in die Rinne 2 der Grundplatte 3. Die Rinne 2 ist so breit ausgebildet, daß eine Querverschiebung der Schiene 1 über die Anstellplatte 13 möglich ist. In Fig. 1 ist die äußerst rechte Lage der Schiene 1 in der Grundplatte 3 gezeigt. Die Seitenverschiebung und Fixierung der Seitenlage der Anstellplatte 13 und damit der Schiene 1 erfolgt über Exzenterscheiben 15, die im Bereich der nach oben freien Öffnungen der seitlichen Schlaufen 16 angeordnet sind. Aufgrund dieser Anordnung können die Exzenterscheiben 15 frei von oben eingestellt und verspannt werden. In Fig. 2 weisen die Exzenterscheiben 15 eine Stellung auf, die zur Mittellage der Schiene 1 in der Grundplatte 3 führt. Die Exzenterscheiben 15 greifen mit einem exzentrisch zur Mittelbohrung 17 angeordneten Scheibenmantel 18 in die entsprechenden Bohrungen 19 der Anstellplatte 13 ein. Ein Bund 20 übergreift die Anstellplatte 13. Die Exzenterscheiben 15 werden über Schraubenbolzen 21 mit der Grundplatte 3 verbunden. Im Ausführungsbeispiel wird eine normale Kopfschraube verwandt. Von oben dienen Muttern 22 zum Halten und Lagefixieren der Exzenterscheiben 15.In Fig. 2

Die Schraube 9 ist bei dieser Ausbildung jedoch mit der Grundplatte 3 verbunden. Im Ausführungsbeispiel handelt es sich bei der Schraube 9 um eine Maschinenschraube mit einem Sechskantkopf. Zum Ausgleich der Exzenterbewegung kann, wie im Ausführungsbeispiel, die Anstellplatte 13 in Schienenrichtung verschoben werden. Hierbei sind dann die Schraubenbolzen 21 an der Grundplatte 3 fixiert. Es ist jedoch auch möglich, die Anstellplatte 13 mit ihren Schenkeln 28 eng an den Anlageflächen 27 der Erhebung 26 zu führen.
