Claims (7)
- Kleinveredlungsanlage (100) für eine textile Warenbahn (10),mit einem dampfdichten Gehäuse (2), in welches an zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Enden durch verschließbare Öffnungen (6) Kaulen (5) auf Kaulenwagen (4) einfahrbar sind und in welchem eine Dampfatmosphäre aufrechterhaltbar ist,mit Antriebsvorrichtungen für die Kaulen (5) mittels deren die Warenbahn (10) von einer Kaule (5) auf die andere und zurück umwickelbar istund mit mindestens einer von der Warenbahn (10) auf dem Weg von einer Kaule (5) zur anderen zu durchlaufenden, mindestens ein Quetschwerk umfassenden, zu der vertikalen Mittelebene (40) zwischen den Kaulen (5) symmetrisch ausgebildeten Naßbehandlungseinrichtung,a) in der vertikalen Mittelebene (40) ist ein Quetschwerk (37) angeordnet;b) zu beiden Seiten des Quetschwerks (37) ist je ein Auftragswerk (30) für gleichzeitigen beidseitigen Auftrag einer Behandlungsflüssigkeit mit minimalem Flotteninhalt angeordnet,c) außerhalb der beiden Auftragswerke (30) ist je eine Anordnung (20) übereinanderliegender Umlenkrollen (21,22,23,24) vorgesehen, über die die Warenbahn (10) in vertikalen Schlaufen leitbar ist und von denen die unteren Umlenkrollen (21,22) in Flüssigkeitsbehälter (26) eintauchbar sind;d) zumindest die Auftragswerke (30) und die Flüssigkeitsbehälter (26) sind wahlweise derart außer Funktion setzbar, daß sie von der Warenbahn (10) ohne Flüssigkeitseinwirkung durchlaufbar sind.
- Kleinveredlungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragswerke (30) jeweils einen schmalen, von der Warenbahn (10) vertikal durchlaufenden, durch zu beiden Seiten der Warenbahn (10) angeordnete, quer über die Breite der Warenbahn (10) verlaufende und sich nach unten der Warenbahn (10) annähernde Wandungen (32) gebildeten Trog (31) umfassen, der nach unten auf mindestens einer Seite der Warenbahn (10) durch einen in Querrichtung verlaufenden, aufblasbaren, gegen die Warenbahn (10) abdichtenden Schlauch (33) begrenzt ist und dem oberhalb des Schlauches (33) über Zuleitungen (34) Behandlungsflüssigkeit zuführbar ist.
- Kleinveredlungsanlage nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Trogs (31) in einem wegschwenkbaren Flüssigkeitsbecken (16) eine feststehend gelagerte Umlenkwalze (35) angeordnet ist, und die Warenbahn (10) vertikal aus dem Trog (31) nach unten austretend oder vertikal nach oben in diesen eintretend über die Umlenkwalze (35) außerhalb des Auftragswerks (30) nach oben oder von oben umlenkbar ist.
- Kleinveredlungsanlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Quetschwerk (37) und der Umlenkwalze (35) eine Breitehalteeinrichtung (36) vorgesehen ist.
- Kleinveredlungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeitsbehälter (26) an den unteren Umlenkrollen (21,22) mit der Behandlungsflüssigkeit absenkbar sind, bis sich die unteren Umlenkrollen (21,22) ganz oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsspiegels befinden.
- Kleinveredlungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf den obersten Umlenkrollen (24) abhebbare Abquetschwalzen (25) angeordnet sind.
- Kleinveredlungsanlage nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen die Umlenkrollenanordnungen (20) und die jeweils benachbarte Kaule (5) ein Kompensator (12) zur Steuerung der Warenbahnspannung eingeschaltet ist.
