Definitions
- the invention relates to a lifting gate for halls, Garages and the like, with several, in closed Position of each other, lamellar Sections that extend across the width of the gate and are guided laterally in guide rails, the Sections by side connected, over Transport wheels raised conveyor chains and into one Opening position can be transferred in the Sections close together one after the other in the area of the Fall over the upper side arranged on them Rollers are hung on rails of a magazine.
- Such a lifting gate is known, for example DE-A-27 03 512 EP-A-0 425 480 also discloses a similar lift gate. For example, you will be at Factory or warehouse used and allow the Keep the width of the gate comparatively large. Through the The individual sections are hung in close succession on rails of a magazine in the open state of the Tores has relatively little space in the lintel area needed.
- a disadvantage of the known lift gate is, however, that the individual sections are hung freely so that they perform a pendulum movement when transferring to the magazine can, in particular in the reverse sequence, that is when closing the gate, it can cause problems because it is too Interference when inserting the sections into the Guide rail can come. With such Difficulties are particularly with high opening or Closing speeds of the gate can be expected, however especially in cold weather, if if necessary, the gate should only be opened for a short time shall be.
- the invention is based on the object To improve the lift gate of the type mentioned at the beginning, that even at high opening and closing speeds trouble-free operation is guaranteed.
- Swing-out elements arranged below the transport wheels are, each of a fork-shaped gripper lever for pins arranged below the upper rollers are formed, the gripper lever with the same Direction of rotation and the same angular velocity as that Transport wheels are driven and the bottom of the Pick-up fork in the gripper lever on a diameter of the transport wheels rotates corresponding radius, and the distance between the axes of rotation parallel to one another Transport wheels and the gripper lever the distance between the upper rollers and the pin on the sections corresponds.
- the advantage achieved by the invention is essential in that the sections in the acquisition from the guide rail into the magazine not just in upper but also in the lower area, due to the special training of the transport wheels and the Gripper lever is guided in particular parallel, so that on the one hand, the forces that occur are kept to a minimum on the other hand, no or at most minor Pendulum movements of the sections can occur.
- the gate can be opened or opened much faster Conclude.
- the rails the lower rollers run above them. This ensures in particular that the upper The sections rest firmly on their rails so they cannot dodge upwards. This also leads to increased security in operation under larger Speeds.
- the rails expediently run from the transport wheel or the gripper lever inclined downwards.
- the Sections roll under the influence of gravity automatically into the magazine.
- a preferred further development provides that on the wave of Transport wheels and the gripper lever one each Toothed washer or a gear wheel of the same diameter is arranged, via which a motor-driven Zahnriehmen or a chain is running.
- the sections have one at the top trapezoidal projection and one at its lower edge corresponding groove, the projection or the Groove out of the center towards the outside of the gate are arranged.
- This asymmetrical arrangement of the Projection or the groove is achieved that the upper the inside edge of each section is lower than that outer upper edge, which also applies to each inner and outer lower edge applies.
- Lifting gate is intended for example for factory or Warehouses and consists of several, in closed position of sections 1 on top of each other, which are lamellar. These sections 1 extend over the entire door width and are guided laterally in guide rails 2. Sections 1 are connected by conveyor chains 3 raised, which run over transport wheels 4. The Conveyor chains 3 are in this way at the sections 1 connected that when lifting one between them form a small gap. This allows the sections 1 in an open position are transferred in which the Sections 1 individually one behind the other approximately in the area of the fall are arranged. The sections 1 laterally arranged upper rollers 5, on which they are hung on rails 6 of a magazine.
- Swing-out elements are below the transport wheels 4 arranged, each by a fork-shaped Gripper lever 7 are formed, which when transferring the Section 1 into the magazine one below the top one Rollers 5 arranged pin 8 engages around the section.
- the gripper levers 7 have the same direction of rotation and the same Angular velocity like the transport wheels 5 driven. Furthermore, the bottom of the receiving fork runs in the Gripper lever 7 on a the diameter of Transport wheels 4 corresponding radius so that the Sections 1 when they are transferred into the magazine parallel alignment remain, for which the distance of the mutually parallel axes of rotation of the transport wheels 4 and the gripper lever 7 the distance between the upper Rollers 5 and the pin 8 corresponds to the sections.
- the receiving fork in the gripper lever 7 widens towards her free end and is rounded at the end, whereby the pin 8 particularly simple and reliable in the Recording fork can be recorded. This is further provided that the pin 8 of section 1 at Transfer into the magazine lower leg 7.1 Pick-up fork is longer than the other leg 7.2.
- the sections 1 have one at their upper edge trapezoidal projection 14 and one at its lower edge corresponding groove 15, as shown in FIG. 1 is recognizable.
- the projection 14 and the groove 15 are there outside the center towards the outside of the gate arranged, whereby the top and bottom of the Sections 1 downwards towards the inside of the gate run.
- the sections 1 have at their upper edge outside and inside at its lower edge protruding cover strips 16 on an additional Sealing the existing between the sections 1 Serve gap.
