Claims (18)
- Tür- oder Torverschluß mit:a) horizontal und parallel zueinander angeordneten, im wesentlichen rechteckigen, plattenförmigen Verschlußelementen (2),b) die im Bereich der seitlichen Torholme (10) geführt und relativ zueinander durch einen Antrieb (8) aus einer oberen Stellung, in der sie etwa hochkant zu ihren breiten Seitenkanten in einem Stapel mit im wesentlichen fluchtenden Seitenkanten nebeneinander liegen, in eine abgesenkte Stellung verschieblich sind, in der sie mit abnehmender Überlappungslänge verfahren werden und in der sie sich nur noch mit ihren Randbereichen überlappen, undc) die durch flexible Zug- und/oder Getriebeelemente mit dem oberen Balken oder einem Seitenteil der Torkonstruktion und miteinander derart verbunden sind, daß das erste Verschlußelement (2) relativ zu dem Abschlußprofil (1) und benachbarte Verschlußelemente (2) relativ zueinander mit derselben Geschwindigkeit abgesenkt und gehoben werden;d) wobei Abschnitte der flexiblen Zugmittel (3) jeweils von einem Festpunkt im unteren Seitenteil der Torkonstruktion und Festpunkten (4) in dem unteren Bereich der Verschlußelemente (2) mit Ausnahme des unteren Verschlußelements (2) über eine Umlenkrolle (5) im oberen Bereich des ersten Verschlußelements (2) und im oberen Bereich des jeweils folgenden Verschlußelements (2) zu einem Festpunkt (6) in dem unteren Bereich des jeweils übernächsten Verschlußelements (2) verlaufen.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem oberen Verschlußelement (2) ein dieses hebender und absenkender Antrieb (8) angreift.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb aus einem Zahnriemen oder einer Kette besteht, die über ein Zahnriemen- oder Kettenrad eines im oberen Abschlußprofil angeordneten Getriebemotors läuft.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das von dem Riemen- oder Kettenrad ablaufende Trum des Zahnriemens oder der Kette mit einer torfest verbundenen Feder (9) in der Weise verbunden ist, daß diese mit dem Absenken der Verschlußelemente (2) zunehmend gespannt wird.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußelemente (2) an ihren oberen und unteren Bereichen ihrer Seitenkanten mit Laufrollen (12) versehen sind, die in Führungen (11) der Seitenholme bzw. der seitlichen Torprofile (10) geführt sind.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungen aus parallel zueinander verlaufenden Blechen (11) bestehen, von denen benachbarte jeweils Führungen für die Laufrollen (12) eines Verschlußelements (2) bilden.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrollen (5) auf mit den Seitenkanten der Verschlußelemente (2) verbundenen Achszapfen (13) von Verschlußelement zu Verschlußelement jeweils versetzt zueinander gelagert sind.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrollen (5) auf denselben Laufrollen (12) lagernden Achszapfen (13) gelagert sind.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußelemente (2) an ihren oberen und unteren Enden mit Gleitklötzen (15) versehen sind, die in Gleitschienen geführt oder mit Schlitzen versehen sind, die Führungsstege (16) einfassen.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkrollen (5) auf mit den Seitenkanten der Verschlußelemente (2) verbundenen, schrägstehenden Achsen (17) gelagert sind.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über die Umlenkrolle (5) sich kreuzend zwei durchgehende flexible Zugelemente (20, 21) laufen, die über an den unteren Bereichen der seitlichen Schmalseiten der Verschlußelemente (2) befestigte Zapfen (23), die die Festpunkte bilden, umgelenkt sind.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flexible Zugelement (21), das über den unteren Zapfen (23) des oberen Verschlußelements (2) läuft, mit dem von dem Getriebemotor angetriebenen Zahnriemen oder der Kette verbunden ist.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ausgehend von einem zweiten Festpunkt des unteren Verschlußelements (2) eine gleichartige, aber gegensinnige Einscherung von flexiblen Zugelementen vorgesehen ist.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den oberen Endbereichen der Verschlußelemente (2) Zahnräder (30) mit gleichachsigen Wickeltrommeln (31, 32) für flexible Zugelemente (38) gelagert sind, von denen das Zahnrad (30) des oberen Verschlußelements (2) mit einer torfesten Zahnstange (34) kämmt und die Zahnräder (30) der folgenden Verschlußelemente (2) mit Zahnstangen kämmen, die jeweils an dem vorhergehenden Verschlußelement befestigt sind.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Wickeltrommel (31), deren Durchmesser etwa dem Teilkreisdurchmesser des Zahnrads (30) entspricht, eine wendelförmige Wickelnut aufweist.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Wickeltrommel (32) seitliche Begrenzungsscheiben aufweist, zwischen denen das flexible Zugelement (35) spiralig aufgewickelt wird, und daß die Mitte der Höhe der Wickelnut etwa auf der Höhe des Teilkreisdurchmessers des Zahnrads (30) liegt.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußelemente aus extrudierten Profilen bestehen.
- Tür- oder Torverschluß nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußelemente an ihren oberen und ihren unteren Längskanten zur Verhakung miteinander im geschlossenen Zustand einander entgegengesetzt hakenförmig gekrümmte Leisten (41, 42) aufweisen.
