Description
Claims (10)
- Kehrmaschine zum Kehren eines Gleises, mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (6,8) abgestützten Maschinenrahmen (5) und mit diesem höhenverstellbar verbundenen, in Maschinenlängsrichtung voneinander distanzierten und jeweils eine senkrecht zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufende Rotationswelle (39) mit radial abstehenden, flexiblen Kehrelementen (32) aufweisenden Kehrbürsten (10,15,16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Arbeitsrichtung der Maschine vordersten bzw. ersten Kehrbürste (10) von insgesamt wenigstens drei in Maschinenlängsrichtung voneinander distanzierten Kehrbürsten (10,15,16) ein in Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufendes Förderband (11) zugeordnet ist, dessen höher gelegenes Abwurfende (37) über einem Entladeöffnungen (13) aufweisenden Schotterspeicher (12) positioniert ist, und daß jeder Kehrbürste (10,15,16) ein senkrecht zur Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufendes Querförderband (19) unmittelbar vorgeordnet ist.
- Kehrmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kehrbürste (10,15,16) durch allseitig bewegbare Gelenkverbindungen (17) am Maschinenrahmen (5) angelenkt und durch Spurkranzrollen (21) am Gleis abstützbar ist.
- Kehrmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Maschinenrahmen (5) aus zwei durch eine Gelenkverbindung (7) gelenkig miteinander verbundenen, jeweils nach oben gekröpft ausgebildeten Rahmenteilen (3,4) zusammengesetzt ist, wobei dem in Arbeitsrichtung vorderen, ersten Rahmenteil (3) der Schotterspeicher (12) und die erste Kehrbürste (10) zugeordnet sind.
- Kehrmaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Rahmenteile (3,4) im Bereich der Gelenkverbindung (7) auf einem gemeinsamen Schienenfahrwerk (6) abgestützt sind.
- Kehrmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gelenkverbindung (17) zur Befestigung der Kehrbürsten (10,15,16) am Maschinenrahmen (5) jeweils als Parallelogrammanlenkung ausgebildet ist.
- Kehrmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Arbeitsrichtung vordersten ersten Kehrbürste (10) ein höhenverstellbar am Maschinenrahmen (5) befestigter Planierschild (14) vorgeordnet ist.
- Kehrmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Planierschild (14) zwischen der in Arbeitsrichtung vordersten, ersten Kehrbürste (10) und dem Schotterspeicher (12) bzw. dessen Entladeöffnungen (13) angeordnet ist.
- Kehrmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die drei Kehrbürsten (10,15,16) jeweils einen unterschiedlich geformten, durch Stirnflächen (38) der flexiblen Kehrelemente (32) gebildeten Rotationskörper (33) aufweisen.
- Kehrmaschine nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rotationskörper (33) wenigstens der in Arbeitsrichtung der Maschine hintersten Kehrbürste (16) einen zwischen den Schienen (24) des Gleises (2) befindlichen Mittelteil (35) aufweist, dessen Kehrelemente (32) länger als jene der an den Mittelteil (35) angrenzenden Bürstenabschnitte (36) ausgebildet sind.
- Kehrmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei in Arbeitsrichtung hinteren Kehrbürsten (15,16) auf einem an seinem hinteren Ende auf einem Schienenfahrwerk (8) abgestützten Trailerrahmen (29) befestigt sind, der mit seinem vorderen Ende unter Bildung einer Gelenkstelle (7) an einem über das Fahrwerk (6) der Maschine (1) vorkragenden und zur Aufnahme der ersten Kehrbürste (10) nach oben gekröpften Rahmenabschnitt (28) des Maschinenrahmens (5) angelenkt ist.
