Claims (11)
- Verfahren zum Beleimen von Produkten (2) aus Papier- und/oder Kunststoff, insbesondere von Verschlußklappen für Briefumschläge, Papierbeutel und dgl., mit einem Haftklebemittel (4) und zum Auftragen eines Schutzstreifens, der das Haftklebemittel bis zum Gebrauch abdeckt, bei dem eine Materialbahn (15) mit Antihafteigenschaften oder eine zunächst mit einem Antihaftmittel beschichtete Materialbahn (15) vorbewegt wird, sodann das Haftklebemittel (4) auf die Materialbahn (15) oder auf das Antihaftmittel aufgebracht wird und die mit dem Haftklebemittel (4) versehene Materialbahn (15) unter Bildung von einzelnen als Schutzstreifen dienende Streifen (3) durchschnitten wird, die durch unmittelbares Auflegen mit dem Haftklebemittel (4) auf die vorbewegten Produkte (2) oder auf eine Produktbahn (2b) daran anhaften, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifen (3) vor dem Auflegen auf die Produkte (2) oder die Produktbahn (2b) entlang ihrer quer zur Längsausdehnung der Materialbahn (15) verlaufenden Längskante von der Materialbahn (15) abgeschnitten werden, daß die abgeschnittenen Streifen (3) in ihrer Querrichtung vorbewegt werden und daß die Streifen (3) während dieser Vorbewegung auf die in gleicher Richtung vorbewegten Produkte (2) oder vorbewegte Produktbahn (2b) aufgelegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als antihaftbeschichtete Materialbahn (15) eine Silikonpapierbahn verwendet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftklebemittel (4) flächig sowie in Form beabstandeter Flächen auf die Materialbahn (15) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haftklebemittel (4) mit Abstand von mindestens einem Rand (43) auf die Materialbahn (15) aufgebracht wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 mit einer Führungs-, Zug- und Umlenkwalzen aufweisenden Fördereinrichtung (8 bis 13) für die Materialbahn (15), einer Aufbringeinrichtung (5 bis 7, 40a) zum Aufbringen des Haftklebemittels (4) auf die vorbewegte Materialbahn (15), einer Schneidvorrichtung (16) zum Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (15) quer zu ihrer Laufrichtung, einer Transporteinrichtung (26) zum Vorbewegen der Produkte (2) oder der Produktbahn (2b) und einer Auflegevorrichtung (21), mit der das auf die Materialbahn (15) aufgebrachte Haftklebemittel (4) in Kontakt mit den vorbewegten Produkten (2) oder der Produktbahn (2b) gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung (16) in Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (15) vor der Auflegestelle 24) angeordnet ist, daß die Schneidvorrichtung (16) zum Durchtrennen der Materialbahn (15) mit der Breite der Streifen (3) entsprechenden geringen Schnittabständen vorgesehen ist und daß die Auflegevorrichtung (21) für den Weitertransport der abgeschnittenen Streifen (3) in Richtung ihrer Breite bis zur Auflage auf den Produkten (2) oder die Produktbahn (2b) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung (16) zugleich als Auflegevorrichtung (21) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufbringvorrichtung (5 bis 7) zum Aufbringen des Haftklebemittels (4) auf die Materialbahn (15) eine Wanne (5) für das Haftklebemittel (4), eine in die Wanne (5) bzw. das Haftklebemittel (4) eintauchende Auftragswalze (6) und eine der Auftragswalze (6) zugeordnete Rakeleinrichtung (7) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von einer Rolle (20) abgezogene Materialbahn (15) zunächst abwärts und sodann unterhalb der Wanne (5) für das Haftklebemittel (4) und dann auf deren Seite und dort wieder nach oben geführt ist und sodann auf die Auftragswalze (6) zu und von dieser weg sowie schließlich zu der Schneidvorrichtung (16) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn (15) im Bereich der Aufbringeinrichtung (5 bis 7) um eine abschwenkbare, an einem Hebelarm (17) gelagerte, zugleich als Zugwalze dienende Druckwalze (10) geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragswalze (6) streifenförmig angeordnete Flächen (31) mit rasterförmig angeordneten Vertiefungen (32) nach Art einer Tiefdruckwalze aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Aufbringeinrichtung eine intermittierend arbeitende Düse (40a) zum Auftragen des Haftklebemittels (4) auf die Materialbahn (15a) vorgesehen ist.
