Claims (10)
- Rührwerksmühle zur Naßzerkleinerung von Mahlgut unter Verwendung von Mahlhilfskörpern (27), enthaltenda) einen Mahlraum (6), dem auf seiner Einlaufseite (15) frisches Mahlgut zugeführt und von dessen Auslaufseite (26) zerkleinertes Mahlgut abgezogen wird,b) eine auf der Auslaufseite (26) des Mahlraumes (6) angeordnete statische Trenneinrichtung (20), die wenigstens eine von relativ zueinander nicht beweglichen Elementen begrenzte Durchtrittsöffnung (20a) aufweist,c) eine außerdem auf der Auslaufseite (26) des Mahlraumes (6) vorgesehene dynamische Trenneinrichtung, die wenigstens eine Durchtrittsöffnung (25) aufweist und die durch einen im wesentlichen stationär angeordneten Ring (32) und einen rotierenden Ring (33) gebildet wird,d) wobei die Durchtrittsöffnungen (20a, 25) beider Trenneinrichtungen in ihrer Weite jeweils so bemessen sind, daß das zerkleinerte Mahlgut hindurchtritt, die Mahlhilfskörper (27) jedoch zurückgehalten werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daße) der im wesentlichen stationär angeordnete Ring (32) zur Kompensation exzentrischer Fertigungstoleranzen schwimmend in einer Ausnehmung (35) des Gehäuses (1) gelagert ist. - Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der im wesentlichen stationär angeordnete Ring (32) und der rotierende Ring (33) aus verschleißfestem Material bestehen und einen die Durchtrittsöffnung bildenden Reibspalt (25) begrenzen.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Merkmale:a) ein mit einem Nabenkörper (21) fest verbundener Rotor (22) ragt als Verdrängungskörper in eine Ausnehmung (13) des Gehäuses (1);b) die Umfangswand (11) dieser Ausnehmung (13) begrenzt zusammen mit der Umfangswand (14) des Rotors (22) den spaltförmig ausgebildeten Mahlraum (6)
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die statische Trenneinrichtung durch ein vorzugsweise zylindrisches oder konisches Spaltsieb (20) gebildet wird.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die statische Trenneinrichtung (20) feststehend angeordnet ist.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die statische Trenneinrichtung (20) von einem im Betrieb der Mühle rotierenden Teil (28, 29) getragen wird.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der statischen Trenneinrichtung (20) auf ihrer dem Mahlraum (6) zugekehrten Seite Elemente (36) zur Verwirbelung der von Mahlgut und Mahlhilfskörpern (27) gebildeten Suspension drehfest verbunden sind.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur Verwirbelung der Suspension dienenden Elemente als wendelförmige Schleuderflügel (36) ausgebildet und so angeordnet sind, daß angeschleppte Mahlhilfskörper (27) durch die Schleuderflügel von der dynamischen Trenneinrichtung weggefördert werden.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchtrittsöffnung (20a) der statischen Trenneinrichtung (20) und die Durchtrittsöffnung (25) der dynamischen Trenneinrichtung in ihrer Weite unterschiedlich bemessen sind.
- Rührwerksmühle nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchtrittsöffnung (25) der dynamischen Trenneinrichtung eine Weite besitzt, die 1/4 bis 1/3 des Durchmessers der Mahlhilfskörper (27) beträgt.
