Description

Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Spreizmittel als Parallelscheibenantrieb ausgebildet sind, welcher geneigt zu den Drehachsen der Fördertrommeln angeordnet ist und dessen Haltemulden an den Enden von Antriebszapfen des Parallelscheibenantriebs angeordnet sind.
Die Konstruktion ist so getroffenen, daß die Antriebszapfen parallel zueinander sowie zu den Achsen der Fördertrommeln ausgerichtet sind.
Erreicht wird dies nach einer Weiterbildung dadurch, daß der Parallelscheibenantrieb zwei um exzentrisch zueinander versetzte Drehachsen umlaufende Antriebsscheiben aufweist, wobei gemäß einer Weiterbildung eine der Antriebsscheiben des Parallelscheibenantriebs einen zentralen Antrieb aufweist und mit der anderen Antriebsscheibe über die exzentrisch angeordneten Antriebszapfen verbunden ist.
Zweckmäßigerweise sind die Antriebszapfen als drehgelenkig in den Antriebsscheiben gelagerte Kurbelzapfen ausgebildet, wobei nach einem zusätzlichen Vorschlag jede Haltemulde einem Muldenträger zugeordnet ist, den ein entsprechender Kurbelzapfen mittels einer Drehlagerung aufnimmt.
Um eine stabile Außenlage der Haltemulden in der jeweiligen Übergabestellung mit der die Artikel zufördernden Trommel sowie die Artikel abfördernden Trommel zu gewährleisten, sieht eine bevorzugte Ausgestaltung vor, daß die Drehlagerung des Muldenträgers zugleich ein Lager des Kurbelzapfens bildet, das von einer peripheren Ausnehmung einer Antriebsscheibe drehgesichert, längsverschiebbar aufgenommen wird.
Mit alternativen Mitteln wird die stabile Ausrichtung der Haltemulden dadurch erreicht, daß die Muldenträger mit separaten, eine relative Längsverschiebung zulassenden Drehsicherungsmitteln versehen sind.
Diese Drehsicherungsmittel sind zweckmäßigerweise als jeweils paarweise zwei Muldenträger in der Außenlage der Haltemulden gegeneinander verriegelnde Verdrehsperre ausgebildet.

Eine problemlose Saugluftverbindung zu den Haltemulden der Antriebsscheibe wird nach einer speziellen Ausgestaltung dadurch gewährleistet, daß die Drehgelenkverbindung als sphärisches Lager ausgebildet ist.
Eine weitere Vereinfachung des Parallelscheibenantriebs wird dadurch erreicht, daß die geneigten Antriebsscheiben um eine einzige gemeinsame Achse antreibbar sind.

Die äußeren Lagerkörper 27 der Muldenträger 26 bzw. der Drehlager der Antriebskurbeln 24 innerhalb der Antriebsscheibe 19 werden maulschlüsselartig derart von peripheren, langlochartigen Ausnehmungen 28 der Antriebsscheibe 19 aufgenommen, daß sie verdrehgesichert aber während des Umlaufs der Antriebsscheibe 19 auf ihrer kegelförmigen Bahn längsverschieblich in den Ausnehmungen 28 geführt sind. Auf diese Weise werden die Haltemulden 11 der während ihres Umlaufs parallel zu sich selbst sowie parallel zu den Achsen 2, 7, 9 der Fördertrommeln 3 bzw. 8 bzw. 10 geführten Muldenträger 26 immer in einer stabilen Außenlage gehalten, in der sie Filterzigaretten 6 der Reihe 5 von der Fördertrommel 3 übernehmen, während ihres Umlaufes auf der Kegelbahn der Antriebsscheibe 19 spreizen, d. h. gegenüber der durchlaufenden Reihe 4 auf Abstand bringen und auf die Fördertrommel 10 mit einem definierten Abstand zur Reihe 4 der Filterzigaretten übergeben. Hierzu sind auch die Muldenträger 26 zur Beaufschlagung der Haltemulden mit Saugluft mit entsprechenden Saugluftkammern 13 versehen, welche über die hohl gestalteten Antriebskurbeln 24 mit einem stationären Steuerkörper 29 verbunden sind.

Bei dem in Figur 2 dargestellten abgewandelten Ausführungsbeispiel sind Teile die denen des Ausführungsbeispiels gemäß Figur 1 entsprechen mit um hundert erhöhten Bezugszahlen versehen und nicht noch einmal besonders erläutert.
Bei dieser Variante erfolgt der direkte zentrale Antrieb durch ein Zahnrad 130 und Kegelräder 131 auf die äußere Antriebsscheibe 118. Über die Antriebskurbeln 124 wird die innere Antriebsscheibe 119 von der Antriebsscheibe 118 angetrieben. Bei dieser Ausführung nehmen die Antriebszapfen 125 der Antriebskurbeln 124 die Muldenträger 126 drehbeweglich über separate Lagerkörper 132 auf, während die Lagerkörper 127 ausschließlich der Lagerung der Antriebskurbeln in der inneren Antriebsscheibe 119 dienen. Um die Haltemulden 111 während ihres Umlaufes um 180° in einer stabilen Außenlage zu halten, sind gemäß Figur 3a jeweils zwei Muldenträger 126 mittels einer Gleitnase 133 gegeneinander drehgesichert, wobei an der Antriebsscheibe 119 befestigte und an den Innenseiten der Muldenträger 126 angreifende Zugfedern 124 die Muldenträger 126 so um ihren Antriebszapfen 125 verdrehen, daß die Gleitnase einerseits als Verdrehsperre wirkt, hingegen eine Relativverschiebung in Längsrichtung des Antriebszapfens 125 zuläßt.
In den Figuren 3b bis 3d sind abgewandelte Ausführungsformen von Drehsicherungsmitteln für die Muldenträger 126 dargestellt. Gemäß Figur 3b wird der Kraftschluß der Gleitnase 133 dadurch erzeugt, daß zwei Permanentmagneten 135 die Muldenträger 126 paarweise an der Gleitnase 133 zur Anlage bringen.
Gemäß Figur 3c wird eine stabile Lage der Muldenträger 126 durch eine als Verdrehsperre wirkende Klauenverbindung 136 erzielt, wobei Zugfedern 137 die Muldenträger 126 ruhig halten.

Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der inneren und äußeren Antriebsscheibe 218, 219 eine einzige gemeinsame Antriebsachse 207 zugeordnet, wobei die innere Antriebsscheibe 219 zentral durch eine Antriebshohlwelle 239 angetrieben wird, deren Antriebsklaue 240 mittels eines Querbolzen-Drehgelenks 241 mit der Antriebsscheibe 219 verbunden ist. Ein aus der Hohlwelle 239 herausgeführter Lagerbolzen 242 mit einem Flansch 243 dient zur Aufnahme der äußeren Antriebsscheibe 218. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel wird die äußere Antriebsscheibe 218 über gerade Antriebszapfen 225 angetrieben, die mittels einer Drehgelenkverbindung in Form eines sphärischen Lagers 244 in der Antriebsscheibe 218 gelagert und mittels eines Querbolzen-Drehgelenks 245 mit der inneren Antriebsscheibe 219 verbunden sind. Die Muldenträger 226 sind drehgesichert fest mit den Antriebszapfen 225 verbunden. Darüber hinaus weist die innere Antriebsscheibe 219 eine kardanische Lagerung 246 auf, deren Drehachse mit 247 bezeichnet ist.
