In Fig. 2 verfügt die Aufnahme 32 über eine radial angeordnete Saugbohrung 42.1 und mehrere Saugbohrungen 42.2. Durch eine längsaxiale Verschiebung der Ringe 51, 52 zusammen mit den daran angeordneten Stiften 43 ist es möglich, den an den Saugbohrungen 42.2 anliegenden Unterdruck abzuschalten oder einzuschalten. Hierdurch wird entsprechend der so fördernden Artikellänge Unterdruck an der Saugbohrung 42.1 sowie entsprechend der Länge auch an weiteren Saugbohrungen 42.2 angelegt. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass stets an der Saugbohrung 42.1 ein Vakuum angelegt ist. Dieses Vakuum kann nicht abgeschaltet werden. Zusätzlich kann an den Saugbohrungen 42.2 bedarfsgerecht ein Vakuum zugeschaltet oder abgeschaltet werden. Dies hängt von der Filterstablänge ab. Die Breite der Aufnahmen 31, 32 ist ausgelegt auf die maximal zu handhabende Stablängen eines Filters oder eines Rauchartikels, die an der Maschine verarbeitet werden. Mittels der erfindungsgemäßen Staffeltrommel 10 werden längsformatflexibel zwei Reihen von Artikeln gestaffelt.In Fig. 2 the receptacle 32 has a radially arranged suction bore 42.1 and a plurality of suction bores 42.2. Claims (9)

  1. Staggered drum (10) for conveying rod-shaped articles, arranged in at least two rows next to one another, in the tobacco-processing industry, in particular filter elements, wherein in each case a conveyor disk (21, 22) with seats (31, 32) is provided for a row of articles, characterised in that a seat (31, 32) has at least two suction holes (42.1, 42.2) to which negative pressure can be applied and that the negative pressure cannot be turned off on one of the at least two suction holes (42.1) in the transport area of the rod-shaped articles, wherein a turn-off device (43, 51, 52) is provided such that the negative pressure can be turned off on at least one suction hole (42.2) by means of the turn-off device (43, 51, 52), and wherein the turn-off device (43, 51, 52) is arranged in a displaceable manner on the staggered drum (10).
  2. Staggered drum (10) according to claim 1, characterised in that the negative pressure on suction holes (42.1, 42.2) of at least two seats (31, 32) can be turned off at the same time.
  3. Staggered drum (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the negative pressure on several suction holes (42.2) of a conveyor disk (21, 22) can be turned off at the same time.
  4. Staggered drum (10) according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the negative pressure on suction holes (42.2) of the two conveyor disks (21, 22) can be turned off independently of one another.
  5. Staggered drum (10) according to one or more of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that each conveyor disk (21, 22) has a turn-off device (43, 51, 52).
  6. Staggered drum (10) according to one or more of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the turn-off device (43, 51, 52) is designed as annular and/or adjustable.
  7. Staggered drum (10) according to one or more of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the turn-off device (43, 51, 52) has turn-off elements (43) for the suction holes (42.2).
  8. Staggered drum (10) according to claim 7, characterised in that the turn-off elements (43) are adjustable.
