Doppelsiebformer für Papiermaschinen sind in großer Vielfalt und mit vielen Abwandlungen bekannt geworden. Auf die folgenden Veröffentlichungen wird verwiesen:
- (1) DE 39 10 892 A 1 beschreibt einen Doppelsiebformer, der im wesentlichen alle Merkmale des Oberbegriffes von
Anspruch 1 enthält. Eine Stuhlung ist dort nicht gezeigt, aber dennoch vorhanden, wie der Fachman weiß. Die Formierwalze hat einen perforierten Mantel. Die Blattbildungszone weist einen ersten, gekrümmten Abschnitt auf, bei dem eine Vielzahl von Querleisten (quer zur Sieblaufrichtung) innerhalb der unteren Siebschlaufe angeordnet sind. Auch innerhalb der oberen Siebschlaufe befinden sich Entwässerungselemente. Dabei verläuft die Blattbildungszone unter einem geringen Winkel gegen die Horizontale. - (2) DE 39 27 597 A 1 beschreibt mehrere Varianten von Doppelsiebformern. Bei der Variante gemäß
Figur 1 hat die Blattbildungszone ebenfalls die Gestalt eines Kreisbogens mit sehr großem Krümmungsradius. Der Anfangsbereich dieser Blattbildungszone ist ebenfalls geringfügig gegen die Horizontale geneigt. Bei den Varianten gemäß der Figuren 2 und 3 verläuft die Blattbildungszone im wesentlichen vertikal ansteigend. - (3) US-PS 3 846 232 beschreibt einen Doppelsiebformer mit einem Stoffauflauf, dessen Auslaufkanal unter einem Winkel von etwa 30 Grad gegen die Horizontale ansteigt. Der Stoffstrahl wird sodann zwischen zwei Sieben eingehüllt, die eine Formierwalze umschlingen und diese - gemeinsam mit der dazwischen befindlichen Faserstoffbahn unter einem Winkel von ca. 30 Grad gegen die Vertikale verlassen. Die Blattbildungszone verläuft von dort ab somit sehr steil nach oben.

Andererseits wird der Einfluß der Schwerkraft verringert, der bei horizontalen Blattbildungszonen gegeben ist, und der die unerwünschte Zweiseitigkeit begünstigt.
- b) Die besondere Gestaltung der Stuhlung ermöglicht eine besonders optimale Raumausnutzung.
- c) Das Aufhängen der Entwässerungselemente des oberen Siebes am oberen Balken und das Abstützen der Entwässerungselemente des unteres Siebes am unteren Balken sind für die Raumausnutzung besonders wichtig.
Eine besonders günstige Lösung ist jene gemäß derAnsprüche 4 und 5. Dabei ist die optimale Lösung jene, bei welcher der Hauptkörper des Stoffauflaufes sowie der Hauptteil der Blattbildungszone - ganz grob gesehen - eine Diagonale bilden, die sich im U-förmigen Stuhlungsrahmen befindet und die sich praktisch von der einen unteren Ecke des U-förmigen Stuhlungsrahmen bis zur gegenüberliegenden oberen Ecke hin erstreckt.

characterized by the following features:(a) the sheet forming zone is - seen in side view - inclined at an angle of 30 to 50° with respect to the horizontal;(b) the framing (30, 31, 32, 33, 34) comprises - seen in side view - a frame (30, 31, 32) of the shape of an inverted U having a support arranged upstream of the flowbox (4) and one arranged downstream of the latter (30, 31) and having a top beam (32) that connects the top ends of the supports (30, 31) to each other, furthermore having a bottom beam (33) which is located inside the loop of the bottom wire (1), furthermore extends on both sides of the downstream support (31) and in so doing projects with its one end into the U-shaped frame, while the other end extends at least approximately as far as the horizontal end of the loop of the bottom wire (1);(c) at least one dewatering unit (24) of the top wire (2) is suspended on the top beam (32), and at least one dewatering unit (6) of the bottom wire (1) is supported on the bottom beam (33). - Twin wire former according to Claim 1, characterized in that the axes of forming roll (5) and breast roll (20) lie at least approximately in a horizontal plane.
- Twin wire former according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the nozzle of the flowbox (4) is inclined at an angle of 0 to 20° with respect to the vertical.
- Twin wire former according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that an essential part (4.2, 4.3) of the flowbox (4) - seen in side view - extends at least approximately in the direction of the sheet forming zone.
- Twin wire former according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the start of the sheet forming zone is located at least approximately in the area centroid of the area bounded by the U-frame (30, 31, 32).
