Abstract

The invention relates to a pick-up device for refuse collecting vehicles (1), having a carriage (4) which is displacable on a guide rail (3), the guide rail being capable of being swung by means of pivotable arms (2, 2'), and having a gripping apparatus articulated on the carriage. In order to achieve the object of further developing this pick-up device in such a manner that it can receive refuse containers on both sides of the refuse collecting vehicle, the pick-up device being comparatively simple and robust in structure, the carriage is mounted to be displaceable in both directions on the guide rail and the gripping device is mounted to be capable of being swung out on both sides via pivot arms (7, 10, 11). <IMAGE>

Description

Mittels einer derartig schwenkbaren Hub-/Kippvorrichtung können vom Müllsammelfahrzeug aus Müllbehälter aufgenommen und in einer Einschüttöffnung eines Sammelbehälters oder in einen mit Förder- und Presseinrichtungen versehenen Aufnahmeraum entleert werden. Die vorbekannte Aufnahmevorrichtung kann zu einer Seite des Müllsammelfahrzeugs hin verfahren werden, so daß seitlich neben dem Müllsammelfahrzeug stehende Müllcontainer bzw. Müllbehälter aufgenommen werden können. Es ist aber sehr arbeitsaufwendig, mit dieser vorbekannten Aufnahmevorrichtung Müllbehälter aufzunehmen, die auf beiden Straßenseiten und somit auf beiden Seiten des Müllsammelfahrzeugs stehen. In diesem Fall müssen entweder die Müllbehälter auf die Straßenseite befördert werden, zu welcher hin die Aufnahmevorrichtung verschiebbar ist, oder das Fahrzeug muß die Straße zwei Mal - jeweils in Gegenrichtung - befahren.Such a receiving device is already known from EP 0235784 B by the same applicant. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, daß zur Aufnahme eines Müllbehälters beidseitig des Müllsammelfahrzeugs der Schlitten auf der Führungsschiene in beide Richtungen verfahrbar ist und daß die Greifeinrichtung über Schwenkarme zu beiden Seiten des Fahrzeuges seitlich ausschwenkbar in dem Schlitten gelagert ist. Demnach ist die seitlich verfahrbare Aufnahmevorrichtung im Frontbereich des Müllsammelfahrzeuges sowohl nach rechts als auch nach links verfahrbar. Den Figuren 1-3 ist zu entnehmen, daß der Riemen 6 mittels 2 Haltern 13 und 13' am Schlitten befestigt ist und zweifach umgelenkt wird. Eine Umlenkung erfolgt an der Umlenkrolle 12 und eine weitere Umlenkung erfolgt an dem Antriebsmotor 5. Der Motor 5 ist beispielsweise ein hydraulisch, pneumatisch oder elektrisch betriebener Motor. Wird der Riemen 6 durch den Motor 5 angetrieben, so verändert er sein Längenverhältnis zu den Haltern 13 und 13' auf dem Schlitten 4. Dagegen wird zur Verschwenkung des Schwenkarms 11 um den Lagerpunkt 18 gem. Fig. 3 die Kolben-Zylinderanordnung 8, die zwischen dem Schlitten und dem Schwenkarm 7 verläuft, ausgefahren. A pick-up device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a first piston-cylinder assembly (8) is articulated respectively on the carriage (4) and on the first pivoting arm (7); and that a second piston-cylinder assembly (9) is respectively articulated on the carriage (4) and on the third pivoting arm (10).
  4. A pick-up device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the gripper device (20, 21, 22, 23, 24) is secured or mounted on the second pivoting arm (11).
  5. A pick-up device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the carriage (4) is displaceable along the guide rail (3) by means of motor-driven pull members (6).
  6. A pick-up device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the gripper device comprises at least one pick-up comb (20).
  7. A pick-up device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the gripper device comprises at least one pick-up claw (21).
  8. A pick-up device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the gripper device is a gripper device (22) actuated by a piston-cylinder assembly.
  9. A pick-up device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the gripper device comprises at least one or more fork arms (23).
  10. A pick-up device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the gripper device comprises at least one triangular coupling claw (24) with straight end faces.
