The transport directions of the conveyor belts (1, 2) form an acute angle with one another. With the device, superimposed benefits can be automatically separated by lifting.

Description

The invention relates to a device for dividing a stream of shingles from superimposed benefits into two partial streams formed by lifting with two conveyors in the form of conveyor belts.

In the printing industry it often happens in practice that two (or more) so-called benefits are produced from one sheet of paper. After this paper sheet, e.g. B. in an offset printing machine, has been appropriately printed, it is folded and cut several times, so that in the end two folded benefits - each consisting of half an original sheet - lie on top of each other. It happens that the upper benefit is wrong in relation to the lower benefit, i. that is, e.g. B. the lower one has the fold on the left and the upper one has the fold on the right.

Since it is usually necessary for the benefits to be uniformly one above the other, it is necessary to separate the two wrongly superimposed benefits and to collect them separately. This separation or disassembly is currently carried out manually and is called "plucking" in the printing works. This plucking clearly requires relatively high personnel costs.

While according to CH-PS 655 489 an incoming scale flow from two formations is assumed, which are already slightly offset from one another laterally, the invention is based on the condition frequently encountered in practice that the benefits (e.g. in pairs ) lie congruently one above the other.

The further known CH-PS 663 604 relates to a deflection device for a shingled stream, in particular of booklets or sheets to be transported in a shingled position (benefit). Several conveyor lines are connected. A section is designed as a switch and can be folded down and switched in the conveying direction. This can be used, for example, to deflect the scale flow by 180 °.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a device for dividing a stream of shingles from superimposed uses, which can in particular also automatically separate superimposed uses.

Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß über dem denThis object is achieved according to the invention by a device of the type mentioned above in that the

Shingled stream of the conveyor belt carrying the benefits, the second conveyor belt, which is adjacent to the surface of the panels and is provided with a perforated perforation which can be subjected to negative pressure, is provided and that the directions of transport of the conveyor belts form an acute angle to one another.

When the superimposed panels on the lower conveyor belt come to the place where the upper conveyor belt begins, the upper panel is sucked in by the latter and pulled away to the side, so that the two panels are separated.

The distance between the two conveyor belts is expediently adjustable. It should expediently be set so that it is slightly larger than the height of the superimposed benefits, so that on the one hand they can easily get between the conveyor belts, but on the other hand the upper benefit can be easily sucked in.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the lower conveyor belt is at least twice as wide as the upper one and the upper conveyor belt is arranged completely or at least within the width of the lower conveyor belt with the area in which the perforated perforation is subjected to negative pressure. It is thereby achieved that the upper panel, after it has been displaced laterally, is deposited again on the lower conveyor belt, so that the two panels can finally be transported next to one another and stacked.

In this case, it is expedient if the lower conveyor belt has a perforation in the part of its width where the upper conveyor belt begins. This draws in the bottom panel so that it cannot be easily moved; the upper panel, however, is not sucked in by the lower conveyor belt because it lies on the lower panel, so that it can be moved laterally by the upper conveyor belt.

During and after the lateral displacement, the upper benefit lies to an increasing extent directly on the lower conveyor belt, but this does not normally have perforated holes there, so that the lateral movement is not hindered. If there is a perforation in the hole to fix the upper panel on the lower conveyor belt after moving it laterally, the perforation should be in the area of the upper one Do not apply negative pressure to the conveyor belt so that lateral displacement is not hindered.

The speed of the upper conveyor belt is advantageously adjustable in relation to that of the lower conveyor belt. The speed is set depending on the extent to which the superimposed benefits overlap with the next superimposed benefits. The more they overlap, the faster the upper conveyor belt should move so that the upper panels lie on the upper conveyor belt with a sufficiently large area.

For a better understanding of the invention, an embodiment is explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.

Fig. 1 zeigt eine schematische Draufsicht auf die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung, Fig. 2 eine Schnittansicht nach der Linie II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine Unteransicht des oberen Transportbandes, Fig. 4 eine Schnittansicht nach der Linie IV-IV in Fig. 1 und Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht auf das untere Transportband.1 shows a schematic top view of the device according to the invention, FIG. 2 shows a sectional view along the line II-II in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a bottom view of the upper conveyor belt, FIG. 4 shows a sectional view along the line IV-IV in FIG 1 and 5 a top view of the lower conveyor belt.

Im vom Transportband 1 umschlossenen Raum ist ein eine Ansaugöffnung 13 aufweisender Saugkasten 10 angeordnet.1, the device according to the invention essentially consists of a lower conveyor belt 1 and an upper conveyor belt 2, the directions of transport of the two conveyor belts enclosing an acute angle with one another. 2 and 3, the perforated upper conveyor belt 2 is guided over deflection rollers 3, which are mounted in a base frame G and one of which is driven by a potentiometer-controlled gear motor 4. In order to avoid slippage of the conveyor belt 2, a pressure roller 5 is provided which presses against the driven deflection roller 3. In the space enclosed by the conveyor belt 2, a vacuum box 6 having two suction openings 7 is arranged. The lower conveyor belt 1 shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 with a perforated perforation 16 on one side is also guided over deflection rollers 9, one of which is mechanically driven by the package delivery arm, not shown. A suction box 10 having a suction opening 13 is arranged in the space enclosed by the conveyor belt 1.

Of the double strips 11, which lie flush on top of one another in the direction of the arrow 14, 12, the upper panel 11 is lifted off the upper conveyor belt 2 due to the suction effect exerted by it and transported laterally away. The lower panel 12 remains on the latter due to the suction effect exerted by the lower conveyor belt 1. At the end of the upper conveyor belt 2, the upper panel 11 is placed laterally offset on the lower conveyor belt 1.
