Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour remplir avec du produit hygroscopique des intercalaires pour vitrages isolants, de préférence des intercalaires coudés d'une seule pièce, comportant au moins un poste de remplissage (2, 3) avec deux têtes de remplissage (13, 14) pour remplir les intercalaires avec du produit hygroscopique, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif présente un appui latéral (11) pour les intercalaires, appui (11) sur le bord supérieur duquel sont prévues les têtes de remplissage, par le fait qu'il est prévu un transporteur linéaire (17) pour les intercalaires, lequel s'étend dans le dispositif, le long du bord inférieur de l'appui (11), par le fait que la partie (18) du transporteur linéaire (17) prévue dans la région du poste de remplissage peut être levée le long de l'appui latéral (11) afin d'élever la région supérieure de l'intercalaire à remplir vers les têtes de remplissage (13, 14) du poste de remplissage (2, 3), par le fait qu'un organe transporteur sans fin est prévu sur la partie levable (18) du transporteur linéaire (17) et par le fait que le moteur d'entraînement (19) de l'organe transporteur sans fin peut être soulevé conjointement avec la partie (18) du transporteur linéaire (17).

Dispositif selon revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'en considérant la direction de déplacement des intercalaires dans le dispositif, il est prévu, avant la partie levable (18) du transporteur linéaire (17), un dispositif (1) qui sert à faire pivoter de 90° les intercalaires afin de les orienter de manière que leur côté le plus long soit sensiblement vertical.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que deux postes de remplissage (2, 3) comportant chacun deux têtes de remplissage (13, 14) sont prévus sur le bord supérieur de l'appui latéral (11), et par le fait qu'une partie levable (18) du transporteur linéaire (17) est prévue dans la région de chaque poste de remplissage (2, 3).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu, sur la partie levable (18) du transporteur linéaire (17), un organe de pincement (20) pour maintenir l'intercalaire, cet organe pouvant, par pivotement autour d'un axe sensiblement parallèle à la direction (16) du transport par le transporteur linéaire (17), être basculé à sa position de serrage du côté horizontal inférieur de l'intercalaire contre la partie (18) du transporteur linéiaire (17).
  6.
