Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a package for flowable fillings with a tube formed by at least one longitudinal sealing seam, at the ends of which bottom and lid are attached, of which the lid has a pouring device in the vicinity of its outer edge, the tube being made of carrier material coated at least on one side with thermoplastic plastic , for example cardboard, which is, the bottom is quadrangular and is formed altverschluß from the folded-over tube of the pack as F.
Liquid packs similar to the pack described above are already known. In these, the lid is round and consists of thermoplastic material without a carrier material, so that the lid is molded onto the upper edge of the tube. It has been shown that the known package can only be produced with great effort and, due to differently curved surfaces in the region of the tube, it is difficult to combine and transport it on pallets. The pouring opening of the known package is located in the center of the round lid, so that an upstanding collar is always required at the pouring opening, because otherwise the liquid in the package cannot be poured out in the desired manner. The high collar of the pouring device in turn gives rise to other stacking problems, particularly when several packs are to be stacked on top of one another.
The object of the invention is therefore to improve the known package in such a way that better pouring and stacking options and nevertheless inexpensive production of the package are possible.
This object is achieved in that the lid has at least four corners and at least a first and a second plane, which enclose an angle and of which the first plane is parallel to the plane of the bottom, and that at least the second plane is formed from the tube material.
It has already been proposed, including the lid of a liquid pack similar to the aforementioned A rt square to design and install the pouring near one of the four corners, but this cover was also made of thermoplastic material without T RAE germaterial and had along wrong in the room running Lines on the upper edges of the tube are injected. The package according to the invention, however, has a _ _aus two levels lid formed, wherein at least the second level of the same material is prepared as the tube. In addition to saving material when using the material not required for tube formation, there is the further advantage according to the invention that the packing tapers in its upper part in the vicinity of the lid, so that the volume of the filling material decreases towards the lid. Considering the problem of improved pouring properties of the package according to the invention, then particularly the length of the liquid level passes in the direction of casting a part, and starting from that point on the upper edge of the pack at which the pouring b reasonable is racht and away from the center of lid there. This length is reduced by the bevel seen from the side of the pack or by the tapering of the top of the pack. When pouring this means that the package can be tilted, ie the level or line in front of the stand under the pouring spout can be inclined from the vertical more horizontally than in conventional packages in which the surface of the liquid is larger than that of the Invention is. The pouring is therefore more expedient and cheaper according to the invention, because the inclined position before the first pouring of the completely filled package separates the pouring jet better from the pouring edge of the pouring spout, so that it is certain to drip on the surface or Edge under the pouring spout of the pack is prevented.
It is also particularly advantageous according to the invention if the pouring opening is arranged near a corner and the second plane of the lid is diametrically opposite this corner. Although, according to the invention, it is fundamentally also contemplated to arrange the pouring opening between two corners but on the outer edge in a square lid seen from above, it has proven to be particularly practical, however, if the pouring opening is moved to one of the corners of the square lid seen from above . To the above-described length of the pouring means in the tilting plane of the pack during the casting towards the opposite D corner lick to shorten or reduce the surface of the auszugie- sequent fluid, then the second plane of the lid, which is not yet opened in the prior filled packing is inclined against the horizontal, on the side opposite the corner on the pouring device. In other words, when viewed from the side, the top of the package is practically cut diagonally. This also has the advantage that the tilt angle for the package can be increased before the pouring jet leaves the pouring opening. The above embodiment with the arrangement of the pouring opening at one corner and the bevel opposite provides manufacturing advantages because the folding of the tube made of the coated paper material allows economical and inexpensive modifications. For example, a double-folded ebegriffen rib for stiffening the cover or for attaching H or the like can be used.
In this context, it is particularly advantageous according to the invention if a handle is attached to the second level of the cover. Although the attachment of a handle to packs of a similar design has already been proposed, the connection with the cover made of the tube material is a completely new one above ge measure, which allows easy pouring and good handling of the pack with little material.

The lid, generally designated 4, has four
It can be seen that in the
