Description

The invention relates to a package according to the preamble of claims 1 and 2, as known from US-A-4 312 473.

Such packs are often required in order to mix the contents in the various chambers into a ready-to-use mixture before use.

So far, interleaves have been inserted into the package for this purpose and glued along the edges.

Quite apart from the fact that the attachment of such an intermediate sheet is difficult to achieve, a reliable separation of the goods in the chambers is not possible with the pack produced in this way. On the one hand because the gluing takes place insufficiently at the edges, on the other hand because the package can tear away from the intermediate sheet in places when it is unfolded.

The invention is based on the object of making a pack in accordance with the preamble of claims 1 and 2 easier to manufacture and sufficiently reliably sealed.

This object is achieved in a package according to the preamble of claims 1 and 2 according to the invention by their characterizing features in a surprisingly simple manner.

For example, on the one hand, at least half a pack is attached laterally to a complete pack and its side areas are defined across the board. On the other hand, it is also possible to place two packs of practically the same size but with different widths in one another and to glue them together at least in regions.

The pack according to the invention can be used with particular advantage as an inner bag of a folding box, as is known per se (DE-U-84 11 704); because when the package according to the invention is used, the folding box opens even with lateral pressure on the middle folding line, so that an automatic further processing of the stacked flat folding boxes is possible without the risk that the package designed as a block-bottom bag will tear, because even in the unfolded state it will completely tear into the folding box creates its four inner sides and its bottom firmly and without space. Finally, the pouring out of the filling material from each chamber is simple, because its upper, free end can be shaped as a pouring spout towards a narrow side of the folding box, whereas the other chamber opening is kept closed or folded.

Appropriate configurations and training. Applications of the invention are characterized in the subclaims.

  • Fig. 1 den Beutel, in perspektivischer Darstellung und
A preferred embodiment of the invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. It shows :
  • Fig. 1, the bag, in perspective and
  • Fig. 2 is a bottom view 11-11 of FIG. 1 of the inner bag.

The inner bag, designated overall by 16, is a so-called block or block-bottom bag, which corresponds exactly to the interior of the folding box with regard to its dimensions, width and depth when unfolded. The flat block bottom 17 (FIG. 2) is folded down in a V-shape along its line of symmetry 20 to form two mutually parallel and equally large bag flat sides 18 and 19.

The bag 16 is placed congruently on one of the inner sides without the middle fold lines so that the lower end 23, 24 of each flat side of the bag 18, 19 ends at the lower transverse fold of the folding box.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, each flat side of the bag 18, 19 is glued in the area of the inside, preferably in the edge area thereof.

The inner bag 16 has two chambers 30, 31. The chamber 30 is opened by a finished bag 32 with a fold width 40 from the front to the rear flat side 18 and a predetermined height 33 and any width of the flat sides 18. On one narrow side 35 of the finished bag 32 there is a partial bag 37 which overlaps its folded edges 36 and is glued to the finished bag 32 in the area of the folded edges 36. The partial bag 37 results from a vertical cut through a finished pack through the flat sides 18, 19 and parallel to the folded edges 36 with a width 38 resulting therefrom, but the same fold width 40 as the finished bag 32.

The bag 32 or the partial bag 37 can consist of composite materials and / or different materials.
